Hello, my name is Ashley F. and my son is Adrian M. I made my first premium payment on September 18th. However, I received a voicemail from FL KidCare on Oct 3rd stating that the payment hasn't been made and my son's coverage might be affected. My payment confirmation number is [redacted] for account number [redacted]. The payment was $[redacted] with a $1.20 convenience fee, totaling $[redacted].20. Could you please address this issue promptly and let me know why the payment hasn't been received? Thank you.
