I have been in contact with your customer service team for several weeks regarding a faulty Flir One that I purchased. The process for returning and replacing the item has been frustrating and unproductive. While your staff is courteous, the established procedures seem convoluted and ineffective for both the employees and customers. I urge you to streamline the process and provide me with a replacement product promptly so I can resume using it for work. Despite your market position and local presence, I cannot in good conscience recommend others to buy from your company. -Robert Fizek, Architect
