Hello, I have two Flipkart accounts. One is under the name of Akanksha with a due amount of 150rs. The other account is under the name of Sudhakar, where I accidentally made a double payment of 527rs for two Nivea body washes and a set of Renberg knife set. I chose the pay later option thinking it was cash on delivery (COD), but the delivery person took the money. I was assured the excess amount would be adjusted against my 150rs due. Unfortunately, the adjustment hasn't been made, and an additional 100rs late fee has been added. Despite reaching out to customer care, I have not received a resolution as calls are being escalated but not answered. I also keep receiving calls from the delivery person. I would appreciate it if someone could address this matter promptly.

Hi, I received the following message recently: Important update: An excess amount of Rs.[redacted]/- was refunded for your order OD[redacted][redacted]0 to your credit card ending in [redacted]. You can view this excess refund on your statement within 30 days from 14/10/[redacted]. The excess amount will be debited from your card within the next 15 working days. Thank you for your understanding. Regards, Flipkart I received a refund of Rs.[redacted]/- for the order Gods backpack. I checked my account statement and did not notice any excess amount. Please avoid deducting any amount unnecessarily. I have trust in Flipkart and its services and look forward to shopping again. Thanks for your help, Sangeetha

Sir, your service is extremely poor. The hassle I had to go through with your courier boy, who questions why I am not taking the items despite the difficulties faced, is beyond the amount of items I did not purchase from your store. Anyways, I will not be purchasing from your store anymore. I did not receive my needed items, and it was a big mistake to deal with such useless products. It's a good thing I only put home decorating items in the cart and did not proceed to check out, otherwise, I would have lost thousands. I made the right choice by ordering from Flipkart while living in Saudi, and although some items were delivered, the delivery gradually started to go wrong.

This website was a disappointment for me. I purchased a Woodland item for my brother but never received any tracking information. When I reached out, they directed me to the seller who denied any mistake. The customer executive blocked my ID when I asked for proof. I had to visit the post office to claim my package, which turned out to be an empty box. After requesting a return through Flipcart, the seller refused to arrange a pick-up or cover the courier charges. Despite filing a claim and trying to resolve the issue with customer service, they offered a gift card instead of a refund. When I refused, they mentioned their policy does not include return courier charges. It has been a frustrating experience dealing with them, and now my account is blocked without a valid reason.

Hi there, I purchased a Redmi Note 6 Pro on December 26, [redacted], and received it before December 31, [redacted]. Upon opening the package, I noticed a white spot on the lower right side of the screen. I immediately filed a complaint regarding this issue. Regarding ORDER ID OD[redacted][redacted]0, the Redmi Note 6 Pro I bought on December 26, [redacted], has a screen defect. Despite assurances that a replacement or refund would be provided before December 16, [redacted], the issue remains unresolved. Technicians visited twice but rejected the replacement. I am seeking appropriate action to rectify this situation. 1. Display Defect: White Spot on Screen Under the Consumer Rights Act/Sale of Goods Act [redacted], goods must match their description, be of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose. I have been a loyal customer of Flipkart for over three years. Recently, I experienced a shocking incident of fraud where my personal details and shopping history were compromised. I received calls from individuals claiming to be from Flipkart, providing specific details about my past purchases and offering me gifts in exchange for making a significant purchase. Unfortunately, I fell victim to their scheme and transferred a total of Rs 59,[redacted] to an account allegedly belonging to Flipkart. However, I have not received any products or order details as promised. This whole situation has left me deeply disappointed and concerned about the security of my personal information. I urge Flipkart to investigate this matter promptly and refund the amount I lost. If this issue is not resolved satisfactorily, I will have no choice but to cease shopping with Flipkart in the future and take legal action to address this breach of trust. Today, I received a text from Flipkart claiming I had won a car worth 12,80,[redacted] or an equivalent sum of money. Subsequently, I was contacted by agents. Searching for the customer care number led me to call a given cell phone number. The representative on the phone requested money, assuring me it was refundable without any problems. Initially, I paid 6,[redacted], and then an additional 15k when they asked for more. However, when they demanded further payments, my suspicions were raised, and I refused, asking for a refund. It became apparent they were fraudulent and had deceived me, leading to a loss of my money. As a loyal Flipkart customer, I find this deeply upsetting. I intend to share my experience on social media, seek a refund and compensation, and possibly pursue legal action against them for deceiving and defrauding customers.

I have been facing an issue with my purchase for one month. My order number is OD[redacted][redacted]0. I bought the product on 28/01/[redacted] using a Bajaj EMI card. The demo and installation were completed within ten days, and it worked fine for three days. However, it has now stopped working. I filed a service complaint on Feb 17th, and a technician visited on 27/02/[redacted] and found issues with the water motor sensors and drain pump. Unfortunately, I was not present when the technician visited. I would like to return the product as I am unsatisfied. I will not be making any payments for it or the EMI, and I am considering closing the account if the issue is not resolved. Thank you.

I recently bought a metallic shoe cabinet, but upon receiving it, I am dissatisfied with the product. I initiated a return request, and a technician has visited my place. However, the online status is not updated. I have tried reaching out through emails, messages, and the toll-free customer service number multiple times, but have not received any response. I am eager for a resolution as soon as possible as I have not received any communication from your end regarding the return process. Hello, I regret to inform you that I am receiving unsatisfactory assistance from customer care. User ID: [redacted]/[redacted] Old email: [redacted] Personal phone number: [redacted] I contacted customer care on March 16th reporting that someone else was utilizing my account, placing orders, and making a call on March 15th pretending to be me. Upon receiving an email notification, I discovered I couldn't log in due to unauthorized actions. Today, I was informed that my account got blocked for alleged attempts to cancel an item, although I haven't canceled any orders this month. Despite explaining the situation to customer care, they seemed unable to assist me properly, claiming no complaint was made about the unauthorized use of my account. I urge you to review the call recording from March 16th to verify my complaint. It seems an oversight on their part. Additionally, I wasn't informed before my account was blocked. I haven't received any prior communication or warning. As a loyal Flipkart customer for 5 years, I urge you to urgently resolve this issue so I can access my account. I have a history of orders, addresses, card information, Flipkart Plus membership, coins and more tied to my account. I bought a mobile from Flipkart. I attempted to pay by card a few times, but it failed, so I paid in cash. Later, I discovered that my money was deducted from my account, resulting in a double payment to Flipkart. Despite emailing my passbook copy showing the deduction, I have not received a satisfactory response. No one has contacted me, and when I call Flipkart, I only receive a missed call. If I do not receive a refund, I will escalate the issue to the consumer court. Please respond to my concern.

I received a message indicating that my item had been delivered to someone else by mistake. This is clearly a mistake made by the delivery team. I want a refund or for the items to be retrieved from the incorrect recipient and properly delivered to me. If this issue is not resolved satisfactorily, I will have to take legal action. I have all the necessary documentation. Please assist me with this matter promptly. I paid [redacted] Indian Rupees for 3 Reebok shoes. I recently purchased 2 Split AC units from Flipkart with Order ID Numbers OD[redacted][redacted]0 and OD[redacted][redacted]0. During the purchase, the website showed free installation and delivery, as indicated in the attached image. However, after the order shipped, I received a call demanding Rs [redacted] for the installation of each AC. When I contacted customer service, they claimed there was no free installation offer. I checked with a different pin code, which still showed free installation before ordering but changed to a chargeable service after purchase. I have evidence of the discrepancies in the displayed costs. I requested a refund due to this misleading information, but they refused. This situation has been frustrating, and I intend to address it further.

I recently made a purchase on Flipkart and was expecting the item to be delivered to my home this morning.
