Hello, I am reaching out regarding my booking details: Booking code: VJBWY7 Confirmation number: [redacted][redacted] Passenger: Mojisola Lucy Faniran I recently contacted Flighthub to make changes to my travel plans. I requested to travel on July 25th, [redacted], from Calgary to Lagos, and return on August 25th, [redacted], from Lagos to Calgary. The agent assured me it would be processed within 24 to 72 hours and I would receive an email confirmation. However, it has been over a week and I have not received any communication or confirmation. I contacted Lufthansa, who informed me that Flighthub is responsible for the changes. With only four weeks left before my trip, I am anxious to know the status of my reservation. Please respond to my email promptly. Booking number with Flighthub: [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted] Mobile number: [redacted] I have already attempted to contact customer care with no success. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. Thank you. Lucy.

I booked a flight in February, but Flighthub has changed my itinerary multiple times since then, making options I preferred unavailable. Their poor service extends to disabling comments on their social media. This is frustrating because I chose more expensive shorter flights over longer ones. It's unfair that I have been unable to reach an agent for weeks, the call back options don't work, and customer service lines have long wait times leading to being hung up on after hours of waiting. The stress of these changes a week before travel, especially after paying extra for quicker flights, is overwhelming. I am unable to make arrangements due to not knowing my new travel schedule with the little information provided on their website. Flighthub's IVR forces you to accept changes without giving details. I've experienced glitches before and even had to pay extra to rebook. This will be my last time using Flighthub, even if it means paying more elsewhere. The hassle is not worth the minimal savings I made for a shorter flight.

I recently booked a round trip flight from Vancouver, BC, to Toronto, Ontario for May 28, [redacted]. On June 8, I requested to change my departure date to July 10 instead of July 11. Upon receiving the quote email on June 9, I accepted it online and provided my payment details, resulting in a $50 service fee charge. Despite multiple calls, I was repeatedly told to wait for confirmation. By June 30, after a 4-hour call wait, an agent informed me that the desired flight was unavailable and that booking a new one would cost an additional $[redacted]. This unforeseen increase from the initial $[redacted] quote is unacceptable, particularly with rent due soon. I urgently need to return home to my family and cannot afford this drastic price hike due to the airline's oversight.

I booked Air Canada flights through Flight Hub for January 12, [redacted]. The Flight Hub booking number is [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]. The itinerary was as follows: August 14, [redacted]: Halifax-Montreal-Rome August 25, [redacted]: Rome-Montreal-Halifax I canceled these flights on August 13, [redacted], and received a travel credit. However, when I tried to apply for a refund, I was informed that my flights do not meet the current travel advisories. Interestingly, our friends had the same flights booked through Air Canada and Flight Hub, canceled their flights, and were able to get a refund recently. Given the similarities in our situations, I believe I should also qualify for a refund. I am seeking assistance on how to initiate the refund process with Flight Hub. Thank you, M. McCracken

We had to travel from the USA to Canada for a quick one-day business trip. We went through Canada customs and then back through USA customs to resolve an issue. We had booked our flights and purchased cancellation protection due to uncertainties related to Covid restrictions. After receiving information from the airlines about the requirements to enter both Canada and return to the USA, we realized we wouldn't make our flight due to Covid testing, waiting for results, and dealing with quarantine exemptions. We promptly canceled our flights, expecting a refund with the cancellation protection we bought, but our refund request was denied. Once we navigated all the Covid restrictions, we rebooked flights and successfully traveled to Canada. Unfortunately, one flight to Canada and one back to the USA were canceled despite having cancellation protection. The first flight was canceled 26 hours before departure and the second 14 hours before. These cancellations occurred shortly after booking, once we received all the details about the Covid-19 restrictions from the Airlines and the ArriveCAN App.

I am currently seeking a refund for my Air Canada flight that was booked through Flighthub. Despite meeting all the necessary requirements for a refund because the flight was canceled by Air Canada, I have been facing difficulties obtaining it. Initially, after several calls to Flighthub, I was told that my refund request was being processed, but I never received any confirmation email. Now, I am struggling to speak with an agent at Flighthub as the system is automated and indicates that my flight refund does not comply with flight restrictions. The flight in question was scheduled to return from Honolulu to Vancouver on April 18, [redacted], and was booked on March 1, [redacted]. It was canceled due to covid by Air Canada. Although the Westjet portion of the flight to Honolulu has been refunded, the return flight is linked to the same Flighthub reference number. Despite the charge on my Mastercard showing as Air Canada, I am unable to directly contact them as the booking was made through Flighthub.

Hello, I'm writing to inquire about my flight booking made on June 28th, [redacted] for a round trip to Ottawa with reservation number [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]. I recently received a notice that my return flight on August 3rd, [redacted] via Porter Airlines was canceled. I wish to utilize my credit for booking another flight. Despite my efforts, I have been unsuccessful in reaching the customer service call center today. I spotted a ticket on your website from Flair Airlines priced at $94 CAD including taxes, which I believe could be covered by my credit. I am keen on securing this flight as it aligns with my intended return date. Would it be possible to arrange a call back to +1 [redacted] or communicate via email at [redacted]? Thank you, Nili Rose Cyuzuzo

I have requested a refund from Transat and received a follow-up from FlightHub, requesting more information. Despite being given a phone number (1-[redacted]), I have been unable to reach a live person for assistance, only automated systems. It has been very frustrating trying to resolve this issue without speaking to a representative directly. I have not had any success with the options provided and am still awaiting the refund for my flight reservation with Booking ID: [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]. I hope that FlightHub can improve its customer service by allowing customers to speak to a real person. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated as a valued traveler. Thank you, L. Dorismond.

I am currently in Dubai, and waiting 71 minutes on the phone with no guarantee of reaching someone is extremely expensive. Below is the email I attempted to send to Flighthub. Subject: Flighthub Booking: [redacted] Email: [redacted] Hello, I recently received notification from Flighthub that my flight on August 23rd from Tirana to Dubai via Emirates has been canceled. The only alternative date suggested on your site is the 25th of August, which does not suit our plans. I contacted Emirates and they confirmed that I could switch to August 22nd or fly from Athens on August 23rd without any additional charges or penalties. However, any attempt to amend the booking on your website results in a price increase of $[redacted] to $[redacted] per passenger. Emirates assured me that they will collaborate with Flighthub to issue the new tickets. To accommodate these changes, we would like to switch the canceled flight to the following Emirates flight: Athens - Dubai on August 23rd. I have tried calling without success, waiting for 30 minutes. Please liaise with Emirates and advise on the way forward. Awaiting your assistance, N. Guillon +[redacted] 55 [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]

I am writing to address an unresolved refund request with your company. I had purchased two airline tickets for a trip on July 8, [redacted], but encountered issues when trying to check in online the day before departure. After contacting customer service, I was directed to AirTransat who informed me that my flight had been canceled. Despite requesting a refund through your website, I have yet to receive any updates or communication regarding the status of my refund. The lack of assistance and information from your team has left me disappointed and frustrated. I had to purchase new tickets with another airline due to the urgency of my travel plans. I am now requesting a refund for the amount paid for the unused tickets due to the inconvenience caused by your company's unprofessional service. I can be reached at [redacted]. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, G.A.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing regarding my experience on August 2, when I was supposed to fly on LH479 from Montreal (YUL) to Frankfurt at 5:55 pm. My booking number was: [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]. This flight was a rebooked one due to the impact of COVID-19 and was rescheduled for August 2, [redacted]. Upon attempting to check in at 3:30 pm, I was informed by a Lufthansa representative at Montreal airport that my ticket could not be located in their system. Despite seeking assistance at the service desk, I did not receive any resolution. A Flight Hub agent confirmed over the phone that my ticket was valid, but unfortunately, the airport employee was not convinced, leading to me missing my flight. For insurance purposes, I kindly request confirmation of the validity of my ticket. Your prompt clarification on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Sincerely, Birgit Maria Helene Wirz

I am a Canadian citizen who purchased a round trip ticket through FlightHub. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I was unable to return on my booked flight. I attempted to contact FlightHub numerous times without success. When I finally reached them on August 20th, I agreed to pay $[redacted] for a new reservation. After providing my Visa number, the payment did not go through initially, and I was told to wait for 3 days. When I contacted FlightHub again, they informed me the payment did not go through and canceled my ticket. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue, I have not received any assistance. I am seeking a solution as soon as possible. Thank you for your help. My name is Ayad Abbas, and my FlightHub booking number is [redacted].

I purchased tickets through FlightHub on August 4th with Icelandair. Yesterday, out of curiosity, I checked my upcoming flight on October 7th. When I clicked on "manage my booking," I saw a notification about a minor change initiated by Icelandair for my flight to Helsinki on September 2nd. Surprisingly, my flight was canceled, but I was never informed. FlightHub is now stating I have to wait 12 to 18 weeks for a refund, despite Icelandair's website indicating a 3 to 6 week refund process. When attempting to resolve this with Iceland, the customer service was unhelpful, interrupting me and eventually hanging up. Similarly, FlightHub wouldn't let me speak to a manager. I'm now left without a flight, with bookings at my final destination and limited funds. This situation is frustrating as I was not informed of the cancellation promptly and now face a significant delay in receiving a refund.

I received a notification from FlightHub regarding changes to my Lufthansa return flight from Denmark to the U.S. I was instructed to log in and verify these changes by September 29th. However, the specific alterations to my booking were not detailed. Unfortunately, Lufthansa's customer support is currently unavailable, and when I tried calling FlightHub's 24/7 customer support from Skype, I was informed my phone number was "blacklisted." This might be due to using a Skype number. The lack of communication between FlightHub, United Airways, and Lufthansa regarding my multi-carrier booking has been frustrating. I encountered difficulties with luggage bookings for my outbound flight and during my journey. I am now seeking clarity on the changes to my return journey but am unable to reach a human for assistance. My experience with FlightHub has been very poor, and I do not plan to use their services again.

I mistakenly requested a refund for my Delta flight due to a change in travel plans caused by COVID. Delta offered an e-credit instead, which I accepted. However, I am struggling to cancel my reservation through FlightHub to apply the e-credit. Despite trying to contact them through their website and phone number, I have not received a satisfactory response. The FlightHub reference number for my booking is #[redacted]52, and the Delta confirmation is HRG8G4. I greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue promptly.

I booked a flight from Richmond, Virginia to Shannon, Ireland for a business conference but encountered issues with Aer Lingus canceling flights and Flight Hub not updating their information. Despite my efforts to contact Flight Hub, I've faced language barriers and unprofessional behavior from their agents. The lack of competent customer service is frustrating as I urgently need to rearrange my travel plans. I aim to modify my Aer Lingus flights from Heathrow to Shannon to Dublin instead or receive a prompt refund. Assistance with resolving this matter promptly would be greatly appreciated.

I booked a United Airlines flight through Flighthub for Nov. 25 to Dec. 6 but changed it to Nov. 11 to Nov. 22. After paying $75, an agent informed me I owed an additional $[redacted] which I paid. However, I received a confirmation email with the wrong return date. Despite multiple calls to correct this, no resolution was reached and I had to pay an additional $[redacted].50 for the correct dates. The back office is still sorting out the issue. Agent Cassandra acknowledged the error. I am requesting a refund of $[redacted].

Hello! Towards the end of June, I made a reservation with your company for a trip to Orlando with my family from September 20-26, booked through Spirit Airlines for health reasons with one of my credit cards. Unfortunately, my children had to cancel the trip, and Spirit Airlines mentioned that they processed the refund to the credit card ending in [redacted], which was the card used for the payment. I reached out to Spirit today regarding the refund and they confirmed that they sent the funds to your company, thus I am inquiring when I can expect the reimbursement of $[redacted].64 plus $79.20 for your service fee to be credited back to my account. The booking number is [redacted] and the spirit confirmation code is MHCWWT. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Thank you.

My father's flight got canceled, and he's now on different flights. I need to know his current connection to pick him up at the airport. His original trip was from Bucharest to Amsterdam and then to Seattle. His name is S. Corbu, and his initial flights were Delta #[redacted] from Bucharest to Amsterdam at 6 a.m. and Delta #[redacted] from Amsterdam to Seattle at 9:55 a.m. I got a survey from AirFrance mentioning he was on a Bucharest - Paris flight today. Since he doesn't have his phone with him and is 83, I'm concerned about his journey today. How can I check his current flight? Thanks. E-ticket #[redacted][redacted]

I had a reservation to fly from Victoria to Kelowna on Nov. 15. My flight to Kelowna this morning was canceled, and the alternative would take nearly two days, disrupting my plans. I had to cancel, but now I need to cancel my return flight in four days. I've been in touch with the airline, but they're only referencing the Kelowna flight, not the return leg with the other airline. I'm struggling to communicate that I want to cancel the second flight as well. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you, Rick B.
