I'm having trouble with a recent buyer on Fiverr. After successfully reinstating the buyer's eBay account as requested, they immediately changed the password, preventing me from taking screenshots of the completed work. Despite providing evidence that the account was reinstated and a new bank account was attached as agreed, the buyer filed a dispute and I received a warning on my Fiverr account. This experience has been disappointing as I have previously refunded other canceled orders without issue. I purchased a service to play a game on my account and obtain in-game currency. The provider completed half the work but needed an extra 3 days due to other orders, promising extra currency as compensation. However, after using my account, it got banned from the game. I purchased a service on Fiverr from a seller who was supposed to help me obtain the Facebook blue badge for my page. This badge is given to verified pages, but despite following the necessary online procedure and providing my identification documents, I have yet to receive it.
I contacted the seller before making the purchase to confirm if they could successfully obtain the blue badge for a new page like mine. Despite the seller's assurances and a money-back guarantee in case of failure, the process did not go as planned. The seller failed to request my documents promptly and asked for an additional $50 to continue the process after 10 days of delay.
When I confronted the seller about their incompetence, they requested access to my personal Facebook login details, which I refused. Instead, I provided temporary access to TeamViewer, where I observed the seller's unsuccessful attempt to obtain the blue badge quickly. Now, I am seeking a refund from the seller, who has been unresponsive except to claim financial hardship.

In response to his request to negotiate, I reminded him that he had reviewed the job requirements before placing the bid. I quoted his initial message where he assured the quality of his work and expressed eagerness to deliver outstanding results.

Despite several attempts, clearing cache, and even using a different device, the verification process fails each time. The numbers I used are my personal and regularly used contacts.
