FiveStars.com Customer Service Issues

As a Five Star member, I recently received a 15% discount offer from La Hacienda restaurant at [redacted] SW Canyon Road in Beaverton, Oregon, which expires on 9/21/19. On 9/7/19, my family and I dined there and presented my Five Stars member card for the discount. However, upon receiving the bill, I noticed the discount was not applied. The manager admitted the error but was unable to rectify it, suggesting we return before the expiration date to use the discount. This experience was disappointing, and we will not be returning to this restaurant. I hope that other establishments in the program uphold a higher standard of service.
