I am assisting my brother, who has heart problems, agoraphobia, and is battling depression. His girlfriend moved out, causing the electric to be shut off at his trailer. Upon trying to transfer the service to his name, he discovered a bill was run up fraudulently. He is diligently working to pay off the amount owed. Given his low income and urgent need for electricity, it would be greatly beneficial for him to arrange a payment plan. His name is Mark S., residing at 29 Meadowbrook Acres, Parkersburg, WV [redacted].
