I believe the ongoing issue with THE TFC's constant lateness in starting shows or dramas cannot be resolved unless they adjust their schedule properly. The promotions and additional delays before starting the programs make the situation even more frustrating. It seems unlikely that this time management problem will be resolved anytime soon given the repeated occurrences. I urge for a more prompt and punctual approach to avoid further annoyance and disappointment.

I'm experiencing an issue where the screen remains blank with a white half circle continuously spinning. I've encountered an error message saying "oops, there is an error, try again," but I'm unable to proceed. My old email address displayed is "[redacted]," however, my correct email is "[redacted]" Previously, I would log out and back in to correct this, but currently, I cannot due to the blank screen.

I'm Teresita Rowley, a long-time TFC customer. Today, I encountered login issues with TFC online on both my home computer and mobile device. Despite attempting to login through Facebook, the page wouldn't load. Last night, I had no problems watching on my phone, but today the site is inaccessible. I tried reaching out to TFC via phone, but was unable to get through to anyone after waiting on hold for an extended period. I'm feeling frustrated by this experience and urgently seek a response to my email. Thank you.

I am looking to add ASAP to my subscription. A friend in Oklahoma got it through Amazon for TFC. Is there a compatible device I can purchase for my current subscription? I am willing to pay extra for this feature. I inquired about ASAP before but didn't receive a response. Please assist with my request this time. Thank you.

Hello, I would appreciate assistance with renewing my TFC IPTV Video subscription. When I called the numbers [redacted][redacted] and +1[redacted], I was directed to voicemail, leading to a 10-20 minute wait. I need to update my bank account information, but the process is taking longer than expected. I am dissatisfied with the service as I am not receiving prompt callbacks and have to wait a significant amount of time. I intend to escalate this concern to TFC as it is a recurring issue.
