I recently opened my account at the end of January [redacted], and my tax refund was deposited yesterday, February 10, [redacted]. I used my card to withdraw $[redacted] and made a purchase of $[redacted] at Walmart yesterday. However, upon waking up this morning, I discovered that my account has been frozen without any explanation. The IRS cannot reverse the deposit since I have already spent a portion of it. I have over $5,[redacted] in my account that I am unable to access. I have initiated a trace on the money and I am requesting for the funds to be returned to my card. I am certain that I have not done anything wrong and I am prepared to take legal action if necessary.

Hello, my name is Kendall H. I used to work at Fiesta Title Agency in Phoenix, AZ, around [redacted]. At that time, we had Fidelity Investment's 401k. In [redacted], we merged with another company, and the company name changed to First Financial Title Agency of Arizona. They switched us to a different 401k, which I believe was called The Logs Group LLC. I am seeking information about where the 401k ended up and if that is the correct name. Fortunately, I now have the correct number and wish to ensure the money is properly deposited. I am having trouble accessing my Toyo Tire Holding of Americas INC Retirement Plan [redacted]. Previously, upon signing in, I could view my current investments and see the previous day's activity. However, now a "Select account" screen appears and I am unable to proceed beyond that point despite trying all available options. I can still access my daily balance but have lost the ability to view the daily activity details that were previously available to me.

I am quite frustrated at the moment. I opened a Roth IRA 7 months ago, which is performing well. However, upon opening a new stock account to make trades, I am confused. I transferred $1,[redacted] from my bank account to my stock account, but it seems to be stuck in a SPAXX money market fund. I am eager to buy Pfizer stock, but my funds are not transferring. I did not intend to place the money in this Money Market Account, and I am disappointed. Is there a minimum amount required to transfer into my stock account? I attempted to close my account with Fidelity. I followed the instructions on the website, which indicated a 6-minute callback time, but no one from Fidelity has reached out after eight days. The website constantly displayed the 6-minute wait time without any updates. Understandably, Fidelity may be overwhelmed, but the lack of response is disappointing. The service experience fell short of expectations, and it seems like there may be issues both with Fidelity and the Get Human platform.

My late brother-in-law, who used to work for Medrad, had his 401K managed by Vanguard before it transitioned to Bayer and later to Fidelity. After his passing, his 401K was split between his four nieces and nephews, including my children, Kaitlin F. and Austin F. While Kaitlin received her Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) after Fidelity took over, Austin did not. Despite contacting Fidelity, they claim to have no record of his account, leaving us unable to access approximately $80K and risking legal issues for missing RMD payments in [redacted] and [redacted]. It has been two years of seeking answers without success, and I am eager to escalate this matter to someone in the company's legal department.

I am experiencing difficulty accessing my account. Initially, I encountered a server error multiple times followed by my account getting locked. Despite providing my participant number, birth date, and possibly incorrect Employee ID, I cannot reset my account/password. I am uncertain which email was linked to my account since the last login in [redacted] coincided with my maternity leave, preventing access to my work data and email. Although I recall my participant number and can verify my identity with my birth date, attempts to use the provided Employee ID to reset my password were unsuccessful. Contacting customer service by phone from Hungary has proven futile, and due to moving addresses since [redacted], I am not receiving mail. Hello, I want to address an issue regarding my Fidelity investment loan that is set up to deduct monthly from my bank account. Since my bank recently merged with another bank, I was advised to update all accounts linked to my old checking account. Although I updated the routing number on Fidelity's website, there seems to be a delay as my bank statement indicates a missed payment attempt. I assure you that I have never missed a payment before, and there are only seven payments left on the loan. I will reach out to my bank tomorrow to address this situation. Despite calling the Santa Barbara CA office seeking help and waiting for about 30 minutes, I received no response. I rely on Fidelity for various financial activities like paying bills, managing my portfolio, depositing pension checks, and accessing tax information. The lack of security on the website has left me unable to conduct these necessary tasks, causing me great distress. My husband's account with Fidelity Investments has been closed for two years, and he has since passed away. Despite this, I continue to receive mail addressed to him. I am unable to find an email address to contact them, and calling customer service is not an option since the account no longer exists, and access to the website is no longer available.
