I had two packages sent from Miramar, FL simultaneously with a 2-day delivery service. One package arrived today around 4 pm, but the other one did not. The missing package contains vital veterinary medicine for my dog. The tracking number for the received package is [redacted]58, and the tracking number for the undelivered package is [redacted]80. I am concerned about the delay and need to locate the package as soon as possible to ensure my dog gets the necessary medicine.

My package with tracking number [redacted]96 was scheduled for delivery on Wednesday but didn't arrive. It was delivered yesterday when I wasn't home. They were supposed to re-deliver today, but it hasn't arrived. I stayed home all day waiting, but nothing. I called multiple times, and one customer service representative assured me it would be delivered by 8pm. It's now 9:45pm, and I'm still waiting. Can I pick it up at your facility? I am very disappointed with this poor service.

Recently, a mix-up occurred where my neighbor received my package and I received theirs. Furthermore, an email indicated a delivery on Monday, but nothing was found at my front door. Fortunately, I found the missing package on Wednesday, delivered by someone else to my doorstep. I understand the current busy season for drivers, and I appreciate all your hard work at FedEx. My packages were left out in the pouring rain yesterday. One item, a special-made blanket, got damp because it was left outside in the rain, even though it had some plastic covering. The dampness could cause mold, so I'm trying to dry it. The second item was in a box left outside in the rain, and now the box is so wet that the ladder and parts inside to put it together are soaked. If the ladder is damaged, I won't be able to return it. I wish the driver would drive around the circular driveway and leave the packages under the patio roof to prevent this from happening. This isn't the first time this has occurred; previously, a box of meat was left in the hot sun in the middle of the driveway. Luckily, my husband retrieved it as the driver was leaving. Once, a package was found on a step leading to my lawn instead of a sidewalk. Do they know what to look for as an entrance? I believe Fedex dropped off a package at my home around 2:52 p.m. on December 5, according to their records. However, I did not receive any package. I have only interacted with an automated system so far regarding this issue. I was present at home, and no one else in my family received the package. I am concerned if the package was delivered to the wrong address or if it was possibly stolen. Our neighborhood has generally been safe, so theft is unusual. The package contained items from Lamb & Ivy, specifically crib sheets, which I was really looking forward to.

Package [redacted]48 was scheduled for delivery last Thursday, but the status changed to pending. Subsequently, it was updated to Saturday delivery. However, the status is now pending once more. The package is now three days overdue, and there's no confirmed delivery date. I need to resolve this issue promptly as the package is valuable and will need to be resent once it arrives.

This is the third time a package has been left in front of my garage instead of my front door. The driver's report does not match the actual delivery location. My garage is visible from the street and is a target for theft. My neighbor had a similar experience. This delivery, with tracking number #[redacted]96, was left this morning, and it could have gone unnoticed all day. - Carol

Package number [redacted]48 was expected to arrive last Thursday, but the status changed to Pending. It was updated to delivery for yesterday but is now back to Pending. The package is important to me, and I will need it to be resent once I confirm its contents. The package has been one state away for three days, and I am still uncertain when it will reach me. There seems to be an issue with the status updates, and I am eager to understand the current situation with my package.

I am extremely frustrated with your FedEx delivery driver. He falsely claimed to have left my package at the door, but it's not there. I even allowed him access through the gate and went outside to see him on the truck. Confronting him directly, he insisted he left it at my door, which clearly isn't the case. The package is nowhere to be found, particularly frustrating as he seems unwilling to walk to building number #2 at [redacted]. It was evident he lied given how swiftly he claimed to have delivered it. He must return and locate the actual drop-off location.

Subject: Issue with FedEx Shipment [redacted]92: Package Not Delivered I received an email notification at 3:09 pm today regarding the delivery of my package from Wolverine Worldwide, stating it was delivered at 3:08 pm on the 6th of December, [redacted]. However, I want to report that the package has not been received by me. I have been home all day and can confirm no deliveries were made here. I urge FedEx to investigate and locate the individual who wrongfully marked the package as delivered to [redacted] Silene, Pittsboro, NC 27[redacted]. Packages have consistently been left at our mailbox, which is over [redacted] yards away from our house. Unfortunately, a package was stolen. Following this incident, the company sent a replacement package that required a signature. Surprisingly, the driver signed for the package himself and left it at the mailbox. Recently, my husband interacted with this driver, and he displayed a terrible attitude. The driver mentioned that he doesn't need to deliver packages to our house because of COVID. This situation has resulted in packages being exposed to harsh weather conditions, such as cold, heat, and rain, often being left on top of the mailbox or in a trash bag nearby. Even a flower delivery, which was perishable, was carelessly left on the ground at the mailbox. We have reached out to the CEO, customer service, and even personally engaged with the driver to address these recurring issues.

I observed an incident last Friday, around the 4th of the month. A driver came into my driveway, but unfortunately stopped midway. My two dogs went out to greet him, prompting him to reverse out of the driveway and head south. The road south tends to get muddy if there's been heavy rain. The driver then ventured into my brome field, an area where we produce hay for our horses and cattle. Upon inspection, I noticed that he had crossed the ditch, leaving deep tracks and causing damage to the planted area. He then returned to the road. The driver was operating a smaller tandem axle truck. Shortly after, he returned to my driveway and inquired about the directions to my neighbor's house, located a mile west of me (belonging to Martin J.). The driver was tall, but I didn't catch his name. I don't seek reimbursement, but I do request some form of assurance from your end that such an incident will not reoccur. It involves time and money to prepare the soil, fertilize, and plant brome seed. It is important for drivers to differentiate between a drivable road and a cultivated field on a farm.

I checked the information online, and it states that my package was supposedly delivered today at 3:56 PM on 12/7/[redacted]. However, when I verified with the shipper, they mentioned a delivery exception stating, "Delivery exception. Future delivery requested," which is incorrect. There was no delivery attempt made by the FedEx driver today, and I did not request a future delivery. Can you please clarify why this misinformation was recorded under my tracking number and why the package was not actually delivered?

A box was mistakenly delivered to the wrong address last month in November [redacted]. Instead of being dropped off at [redacted] Anders Lane in Huntsville, Texas [redacted], it was left at a nearby trailer on Anders Ln. Fortunately, the box was returned to a black FedEx driver who was delivering in the area about 2 or 3 weeks ago. Despite numerous attempts to contact FedEx at [redacted], I have been unable to speak to a live person and get assistance regarding the missing package. The box is significant to me as it contains valuable items worth $[redacted]. Although I don't have a tracking number or FedEx label, I possess a copy of the money order made out to me and the company in Canton, Ohio where I purchased the box. This situation has left me very disappointed and frustrated with FedEx, as I have never experienced such issues with their service before. Carolyn Yousaf

FedEx left my TV on the front stoop, resulting in it getting wet from the rain. Despite my request to have packages placed by the side door under the carport, they are now leaving them at the front of the carport. This forces me to move packages before using the carport, even though the side door is only 7 feet away. It's frustrating to choose between dealing with wet packages or not being able to access my carport. I have a table near the side door specifically marked for FedEx deliveries.

I am currently awaiting a delivery in San Francisco. I have been waiting for parts to arrive for a repair. I have been tracking the package using the FedEx website. Initially, the package was set for delivery on Monday in South San Francisco. However, I did not receive it as expected. Upon checking the tracking information again, I noticed that the status had not been updated past Friday, and it had indicated I would receive the package today. Unfortunately, the tracking information now states, "No delivery date available at this time." When attempting to seek assistance through the automated phone service, it stated that the FedEx tracking number on the website was not valid. I'm frustrated with the lack of clear information about my package delivery. Yesterday, I was informed it would arrive by 8 PM, and now I'm being told it will come today by 8 PM. I don't understand why there are discrepancies in the delivery dates. The initial promise was for delivery by the eighth, and now it's the ninth. This situation is reminiscent of a previous issue where my package arrived three days later than initially communicated. Hello, I am writing to report that my package with tracking number [redacted]68 has not arrived as expected based on the standard transit date of 12/7/[redacted]. Currently, its status shows as "pending with no scheduled delivery update available at this time." Since the package has not shown any movement since it was last scanned at the facility in Portland, Oregon on 12/6, I am concerned that it might be lost. I am considering contacting the merchant to inquire about the possibility of receiving a replacement item as this package was intended as a Christmas gift. I received the package yesterday morning, but I had an issue with where it was left. The box was placed on the lower deck of my wheelchair ramp, right at eye level for anyone passing by. This worried me as the package contained my medical supplies. I had to go outside to get it myself. Living in Avoca, NY, I often receive deliveries from various carriers. Due to the weather, I placed a sign on my front door requesting packages to be placed under my carport, just 4ft away. Despite clear instructions, FedEx deliveries from Walmart were left on the porch in puddles of water twice this week. I don't like to complain, but I made a polite request with "please and thank you," yet my packages still got wet. It's frustrating when the contents are damaged due to this oversight. Thank you.
