I expected my package to arrive yesterday, after being informed it was on its way three days ago. I received a message at 5:52 PM yesterday claiming a delivery was attempted but I was not home, which is incorrect as I was present at the time. I watched the FedEx truck pass by without stopping. I was then told the package would arrive today, but it is now 7:52 PM and still no delivery or update. I am unable to reach a live representative and find this customer service experience very disappointing. I just want my package delivered and some honest communication.

I am waiting for a package that requires a signature. According to FedEx, they tried to deliver it twice, but nobody was home. However, there was someone at home all day yesterday, yet no delivery was attempted. The package is supposed to be delivered today, but I might not be available. I tried to sign for it on the website, but the option wasn't working. I also had trouble setting up the delivery manager. Can I leave a signed note for the delivery person to leave the package? I recently received a damaged package from Walmart and initiated a refund. They provided a QR code for a Fedex return that supposedly did not require a printer. However, when I visited the Fedex center at [redacted] 3rd Ave E 120th St, New York, NY [redacted], they refused to accept the QR code and insisted on a printed label. I find it confusing and inconvenient that Walmart would offer a QR code option that is not universally accepted. Despite this being the closest Fedex center to me, I will avoid using it in the future due to this experience. Hopefully, Walmart can streamline their return process to avoid such miscommunication in the future.

I need assistance with a lost shipment receipt for a package I sent via FedEx in December. The receiver never got the package and is requesting the tracking number. I visited the facility, but they couldn't retrieve the details without the receipt. I don't have the tracking ID or any other numbers. All I have is my and the destination's information. This is the only package I've sent in years, and they are unable to locate it. I was advised to reach out to customer service for help, but the automated system is not connecting me to a representative.

My package was mistakenly delivered to the wrong address by a FedEx driver who seemed inexperienced. He got into an argument with my neighbor when she informed him of the mistake. After taking the package back, he left. Subsequently, I received an email from eBay stating that the package had been delivered. I am unable to reach a live customer service representative because of the automated system. Hello, my name is William H. and I work in Human Services. I am currently seeking assistance in tracking a mobile phone sent by Safelink for someone I support. The package was sent via FedEx over 6 weeks ago and has yet to arrive. I reached out to Safelink and they provided me with a 26-digit tracking number: [redacted][redacted][redacted].
Upon entering this number on the FedEx website, I learned that the package is still in transit with a pending delivery date and no travel history available. Unfortunately, the same tracking number does not work when used on the FedEx phone system. I suspect this is due to the system being designed for shorter tracking numbers.
Is there a way to obtain a shorter tracking number from the longer one provided by Safelink? If not, could you advise me on how to directly contact FedEx to address this issue?

I dropped off a package at 6:30 p.m. yesterday for Priority Overnight delivery to a residence. The tracking information shows it is currently "OUT FOR DELIVERY," but the estimated delivery date is Monday. I believe if it is out for delivery, it should arrive today. FedEx operates on Saturdays and Sundays, so I am concerned it won't arrive until Monday. The package must be delivered by tomorrow.

I am inquiring about the status of my FedEx delivery with tracking number [redacted]76. The package was marked as delivered on 6/28/23 at 11:12 am MDT, with the note "Left in mail room." Despite this, I did not receive any notification from FedEx or Parcel Pending, the service responsible for the mail room. Normally, non-USPS packages should be placed in a secure locker, with access instructions provided. However, I did not receive any such credentials, leaving me unable to access my delivery. Upon investigating through the ThredUP app, I discovered the delivery details, including a blurry and unclear "proof of delivery" photo that showed the package next to the entrance of the mail room without proper security measures. After reaching out to the mail room management, their customer service assisted in interpreting the delivery photo, showing a similar package to mine in a locker being accessed at 11:10 am. This conflicts with the stated delivery time, creating confusion about the whereabouts of my order.
I am now requesting FedEx to locate my missing package. Should they be unable to recover it, I am seeking compensation for the full value of the items, considering that many were unique and irreplaceable selections from my order of 35 items.

I explicitly instructed the delivery person to place my package on the back porch to avoid theft, as my location near 1st Avenue has security concerns with people loitering. Despite this, my package was left in the front, and unsurprisingly, it has been stolen. Walmart claims that the delivery was made by your service. I require a refund promptly to reorder the part needed to repair my car. My instructions were clear to place the delivery at the back of the property.

I did not order any package, and none of my acquaintances mentioned sending one to me. I'm perplexed because the app indicates the package will arrive at 8 pm on the same day I check, but it has been showing that for a few days now, which is becoming frustrating. I reside in Lubbock, Texas, and I accidentally left my work laptop in Memphis, Tennessee. On 07/27/[redacted], I arranged for FedEx to deliver the laptop from the airport within two days. One of the FedEx employees tossed a FedEx envelope meant for our daughter into a neighbor's pasture by a gate. Fortunately, our neighbor discovered it after it had been exposed to rain three times. Unfortunately, the papers inside, including a car title from a dealership, are now ruined. We have been anxiously awaiting these documents for three weeks! It seems the FedEx personnel have become quite negligent. There are houses very close by, less than a tenth of a mile away. If necessary, we can provide photos as evidence of the incident. - James H. I shipped out two packages, both with the same address labels by mistake. The local FedEx store did not catch this error and sent one of the packages with the duplicate label. The package delivered to the wrong address in California on the 3rd contains over $[redacted] worth of motorcycle parts meant to be returned to a vendor in Florida. The duplicate tracking number for the misrouted package is [redacted]26. I need assistance in locating this package sent to the incorrect destination.

I need assistance with a package delivery issue. The package with tracking number [redacted]57 was mistakenly delivered to the wrong city. It was meant for my customer in Hialeah Gardens, FL, but the tracking information shows it was delivered to Hialeah, FL instead. My customer urgently requires this package and it must be redirected. There was a woman who signed for the delivery, and I believe the driver's GPS data can determine where it was mistakenly left. This situation needs immediate resolution.
