I would like to report that the driver of truck number [redacted] was driving recklessly this morning on my way to work. I was traveling at the speed limit of 45 mph when I noticed the truck dangerously tailgating me. I pulled over to let them pass, and then observed them speeding at 70 mph. I am concerned about the safety hazard this driver poses on the road and feel the need to address this issue.

My spouse and I have been eagerly anticipating a package delivery. Regrettably, we have not received any updates on its status. After managing to connect with a customer service representative, we were informed that the package would arrive today between 10:40 AM and 3:45 PM on 12-18-[redacted]. Disappointingly, the package did not arrive as promised. Upon checking again, the tracking information indicates that the package is still in Sacramento and has not yet been scheduled for delivery. We are growing increasingly frustrated with the delay in receiving our package.

I am seeking an update on a package stuck in Gilroy, CA since December 14. According to FedEx, the package is out for delivery, but they are unable to provide its exact location. The tracking number is [redacted]69. I've been informed that a trace cannot be initiated until 72 hours after the initial delivery date. I simply want to know the current whereabouts of my package to better anticipate its delivery.

I need to address a serious issue at the Austell, GA distribution center on Flat Shoals Rd. in Cobb County, GA. False delivery information is being provided, stating packages are "Out For Delivery" and scheduled to arrive, but they never do. Is anyone at corporate aware of this issue? This is causing frustration as I am waiting for 2 packages that were reported to be on the delivery truck twice with no delivery made. How can this be rectified? The lack of communication and follow-through is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the business.

I am seeking assistance with tracking number [redacted]67. I have only received 1 out of 2 or possibly 3 boxes from Enitiallab in City of Industry, California. The computer indicates that one package was delivered on 12/20/21. Wayfair, the retailer I purchased the vanity, mirror, and chair from, mentioned another tracking number, [redacted]0, which may not have been collected with the boxes. I believe all items were placed under one tracking number, but there might be a total of three packages. I am unsure about the missing furniture and if there are additional boxes in transit. I am hoping for assistance in locating the rest of my order, as I lack detailed information and require your support in reaching out to the pickup location to track down the potentially misplaced boxes.

My cousin ordered an Omaha Steak package, and they are sending a replacement scheduled to be delivered today, 12/23/[redacted]. A delivery driver damaged my irrigation system in the yard. He drove past 10 feet before leaving when questioned. I contacted the corporate number listed for India. They informed me that the local office would call back, but they couldn't provide me with the number. When can I expect to hear from them regarding the driver and my package? I need assistance in arranging the pick-up of a package from my apartment. FedEx trucks have been in the area, but none have collected my parcel. I do not have the tracking number, yet I possess all other necessary information along with a copy of the shipping label. I recently ordered the FoodSaver [redacted] Series 2 in 1 Automatic Vacuum Sealing System for $[redacted].65, with a 30% discount from Food Saver. The delivery was scheduled for Sunday 01/01/22 at 9:24 A.M. However, the driver did not follow my instructions to deliver the package to the side porch/patio, which is away from the street. Instead, it was left on the front porch where it was stolen. I attempted to contact customer service at 1-[redacted] but was unsuccessful in reaching a person to address the issue. I have filed a case on 01/02 with the case number C[redacted]2. The tracking number for the package is [redacted]32. On December 19, [redacted] at 3:55 pm, a large double-axle FedEx delivery truck pulled into my driveway to drop off a package. Unfortunately, with another car already parked there, the female driver had to drive onto the grass to maneuver the wide vehicle. Witnessing this from inside my house, I quickly went out to inform her about the damage caused to the grass. She mentioned she would report the incident. Since I only moved into this newly constructed home on August 12, [redacted], the grass is freshly planted, and the tire tracks have left visible depressions. I have taken photos of the damage. FedEx indicates the package was delivered to my place at 12:29 p.m. on January 19. Unfortunately, the package is not here. This has occurred for the second time in the last year. Our address is [redacted] Stagecoach Lane SE, not Stagecoach Road SE. I have a strong suspicion that the driver may be delivering to the wrong address. I am requesting FedEx to locate my package and deliver it to my correct address within the next 24 hours. I have been waiting for a package from FedEx for over a month. I called them, but all they do is provide the scheduled delivery date. I contacted the shipper, and they overnighted another package to me. Since I don't have home delivery, I asked them to send it to the post office. Unfortunately, the post office was closed when they attempted delivery. I requested that FedEx leave the package at the side door if the office is closed, but they said they couldn't due to shipping restrictions. I've already lodged a complaint with the BBB about the first package, and I'm willing to do it again if the issue isn't resolved. My main concern is getting my package delivered.

I was actively tracking the delivery on Monday, but to my surprise, someone else signed for it. I contacted FedEx on Monday but did not receive a callback. The tracking number [redacted][redacted]47 indicates the delivery was made on Wednesday, March 30, [redacted] at 1:18 PM to the front door. However, I did not receive this delivery. Despite numerous attempts to contact the [redacted] number, I have been unable to reach a customer service representative as the automated system only reiterates that the package was delivered yesterday. Typically, FedEx leaves packages at my garage door per my request but this time there was no front door delivery at all. To add to the confusion, I received an email from USPS mentioning they are anticipating the arrival of the item linked to the same tracking number. These are live plants from Gurney's, and given the multiple delays in delivery, I am unsure of their condition. It is frustrating that I am unable to speak to a customer service representative to clarify that the delivery did not reach me yesterday.

FedEx is typically a reliable option for safe and fast delivery. However, upon tracking my passport, I noticed delays in the delivery process. I possess evidence such as changing tracking details, call logs, conversation recordings with FedEx, and correspondence from the embassy countering FedEx's claims. I aim to present these facts to legal counsel or the appropriate authority if necessary. My travel plans to London are contingent upon receiving my passport promptly. Despite ongoing attempts to seek clarification from FedEx, they have failed to provide a satisfactory explanation for the delay. The embassy has also confirmed that the delay was caused by FedEx's internal issues rather than embassy intervention. I fear the consequences of further delays on my trip. Rest assured, I am documenting this experience for future reference.

My packages have consistently been left on the ground near the highway close to the mailbox instead of being brought to my door despite someone being home at all times. This is unacceptable as it leaves my valuable items exposed for anyone passing by to see and potentially take. Despite my complaints, there has been no improvement in the service provided by FedEx. It is frustrating and disappointing that they do not seem to prioritize customer service. I am considering reaching out to FedEx again to address this issue, but I am doubtful they will provide a satisfactory resolution. It's disheartening to see such negligence from a company that I rely on to deliver my packages safely.

I received an email notifying me of a delivered package, but upon checking outside, I did not find it even though I had left a note asking for a buzz at my door. I suspect FedEx may have delivered it to the wrong address. I contacted a representative named Romain, who informed me that he would file a claim but did not provide me with a claim number as he promised. I am still waiting for a follow-up call as no one has reached out yet. I urgently need the claim number to inform the shipper about the missing package. Just two weeks ago, the FedEx delivery person brought a package directly to my door from the same shipper, so this experience is quite frustrating.

On either June 1 or 2, I placed an order on the Fruit of the Loom website for a product with FedEx Ground shipping, which was the cheapest option. The estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days. The tracking number for my order is [redacted][redacted]. Today is June 15th, and I have not received any updates on my delivery status. Contacting customer service led to the call being ended after being told the existing information is the most up-to-date. Fruit of the Loom has been more communicative than FedEx. I have experienced two instances lately where your delivery personnel failed to ring my doorbell. As a person who is somewhat disabled, I rely on this signal to receive my packages in a timely manner. Today, I discovered frozen meat left outside my front door under a sign clearly directing deliveries to the side entrance. This sign is visible from the street, so it should not have been overlooked. Additionally, I was notified via email yesterday of attempted deliveries for a different package, despite being present at home during these times.
To address these issues, I am having a new sign created that prominently says "Doorbell!" with an arrow pointing towards it. The doorbell is easily accessible next to the door frame and functions correctly.
Improving the training provided to your delivery staff would greatly enhance the service quality. Furthermore, having a customer service phone number that connects to a live representative would be beneficial in resolving such matters promptly.
