On Monday, February 24, a package was delivered to my home before 10 a.m. The delivery driver did not notify me and left the 6-foot by 2-foot package in front of my closed garage door. While pulling in with my Subaru Forester, I accidentally ran over the package, containing a dual exhaust system for my son's truck, labeled as a "2 man lift." The package was partially crushed, and my front bumper sustained damage. Despite contacting FedEx, I faced an intimidating experience with a driver the next day, which I reported to the Kitchener FedEx station. Following conversations with Rob, the claims adjuster Mr. David Gregg from ARC insurance reached out to me multiple times, the last being an email on March 17th. However, I have had difficulty getting in touch with him since. This situation has been distressing, and I hope for a resolution soon. Regards, Catherine S.

I am currently tracking my parcel with tracking number [redacted]11. I received a notification stating it would be delivered on Monday, but the delivery person did not make any attempt to contact me. I was expecting a call on my cell phone but never received one. I made sure to have my phone with me at all times. I am disappointed that there was no effort made to reach out. I decided to check for a "Notice of Delivery" sticker, but I couldn't find one anywhere. How can I be sure they even tried to deliver the parcel?

Two parcels that I did not receive were marked as "DELIVERED" on September 10, [redacted], between 3:30 and 4:15 pm by FedEx. I have not received any packages or any notice at my door. Tracking numbers are [redacted]30 and [redacted]50. Please inform me about the whereabouts of my packages and when I can expect to receive them. Good evening, I am reaching out regarding my shipment with tracking number [redacted]95, sent from Hyderabad on 11/12/[redacted], scheduled for delivery by 20.00hrs on 17/12/[redacted]. Despite being at home to receive the parcel as planned, I was informed by the agent that FedEx claimed the delivery could not be made due to a locked door, yet no attempt was made to contact me as my contact number was provided along with the address. Hello, my name is Andrea Rogers. Yesterday, I was expecting a package from Chewy's. According to the tracking app, it was marked as delivered, but I couldn't find it anywhere in my house. Our property has a long driveway about [redacted] feet from the street to the house, with a garage attached and an A-frame building about [redacted] feet from the street. There is a gate by the wall that stays open, which is where the package was found by my mother who had to leave the house to see a doctor. She happened to spot the Chewy box there, as it's not visible from the house. I appreciate her finding it, but it would be much more convenient if packages were brought to the front door instead. I've put up signs directing delivery to the front door with arrows, as my elderly mother, who is around 80 years old, cannot lift heavy items. It's frustrating when delivery people don't follow these instructions. I tried contacting FedEx but only reached an automated system, which was unhelpful. I would appreciate a callback at your earliest convenience. Thank you.

I had difficulty communicating with a representative at FedEx Thailand who only spoke in a language I couldn't understand and then hung up on me. I am unable to reach any FedEx numbers in different countries and keep encountering the same issue. This situation is frustrating, and I am concerned about what may be happening. It appears that FedEx might have mishandled my Danish candy shipment and is now requesting additional payments that seem suspicious. Furthermore, my calls to FedEx are being blocked. This is unacceptable, and I feel like they are not addressing my concerns properly. I am seeking assistance and hope to resolve this matter with FedEx soon.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong bed on Amazon, only realizing the error after it was shipped. Despite attempting to cancel the order, it seemed unsuccessful. Consequently, I placed an order for the correct bed. Today, both beds were scheduled for delivery, causing concern that the incorrect one might be delivered. I notified the FedEx driver about the situation, and he mentioned he would return the wrong bed. However, upon reviewing a photo he sent later, I discovered that it was actually the correct bed. Despite repeatedly texting the driver for hours, I have not received a response. I am unsure of the next steps and would appreciate any assistance.

I've been away and just found a voicemail about a package for me to collect at ___?___ Oliver Street in Williams Lake, BC. I missed the details and didn't place any orders. Since my husband passed away recently, I'm unsure if it's for him. Dear Sir or Madam, I had my COVID test sample collected from my home on December 16, [redacted], around 14:30. It has not been delivered yet in Surrey, BC. The sample was collected from Daljit Aujla at [redacted]-121A St, Surrey, BC, V3X 0A4. The reference number provided to me was YAZA103. When I tried to locate it, I found no information. Could you please find out why it has not been delivered yet, considering it should be a priority delivery due to being a COVID test sample? Please contact me via email or phone at 1-[redacted]. I am facing an issue with a package I ordered in October. I never received a door tag or any notice indicating where I could pick it up. Despite numerous attempts with a tracking number that FedEx claims does not exist, I was informed that my rug is being returned to Turkey because I did not retrieve it. I never received any notification or door tag with pickup instructions. The situation has left me frustrated and upset as I have not been given a chance to resolve this. I was instructed to open a FedEx account to receive the package before Christmas, which I did, but I am unsure of the next steps to take.

Hello, I sent a backhoe to Cairo, Egypt through FedEx yesterday, and it is currently in transit. I listed my friend's name as the recipient because I am sending it to my friend's house, but it's actually for my husband in Cairo. I've learned that I can hold the delivery and have my husband pick it up from a FedEx branch with his ID. Will my husband be able to collect the package himself, even though my friend's name is on the label? Thank you.

I reside in a condo at [redacted] 88th Ave, Delta, BC. Our package, with shipping number [redacted]12, was not delivered despite the driver alleging three delivery attempts on Dec. 11, 12, and 13. In our gated community where the unit number needs to be provided for entry, no communication was received at any point. As someone was always present at home during these days, it's certain that no delivery calls were made. Today, I managed to collect the parcel from the nearby drop-off center. It's frustrating that the driver insists on attempting delivery thrice without notifying us, making this another disappointing encounter with FedEx.

I waited all day for a parcel that never arrived because my apartment number was missing. Despite having my phone number, no one called. I wish the delivery person had checked the entry board at my building. Unfortunately, the parcel is now back at the depot. I tried reaching out to provide my apartment number but only encountered automated responses. The tracking number is [redacted]24 for Anne Sewell at APT 2[redacted] Riverside Dr, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada K1G 4X5. FedEx's reliability and service have been consistently disappointing, and this recent incident is just one of many. Please ensure they have my apartment number or instruct them to call the number listed on the delivery form or at the front entrance under the name SEWELL.

I purchased a pool from Canada Pools in Ontario and paid over $1,[redacted] for shipping. I have been tracking it with Fedex using tracking number [redacted]20. The latest update shows it arrived in Burnaby BC at a local facility but I live in Bella Coola BC. Normally, Fedex routes from Vancouver BC to Prince George and then Williams Lake before reaching Bella Coola. However, it has been 5 days since it arrived in Burnaby and I am unsure of its current location. It is concerning and I would appreciate any clarification on the status of my pool.

I received a FedEx notice stating that my direct signature delivery was attempted and was at the King George Staples yesterday. I visited the store this morning, but they couldn't find it. After contacting them to redirect the package, I was informed that it's now waiting for me at the Newton FedEx location for pickup. I would prefer the package to be delivered to the intended King George Staples or have confirmation that it will indeed be available in Newton as stated.
