On September 17, [redacted], a friend and I visited fashionphile and purchased 10 items. Nine items were accepted except for the Hermes Birkin 35, as the offer of $[redacted] was too low. The buyer suggested getting the bag appraised again. Despite confirming it wasn't the final price, I was informed the bag was sold for $[redacted] on September 23. I immediately objected via email, but received a response claiming the issue couldn't be resolved. Despite numerous calls, no resolution was reached. Eventually, the money was deposited in my account a week later. However, I never agreed to sell the bag at that price, and I lack evidence to prove otherwise. I am baffled as to why the bag was sold without my consent. I simply wish to return the money and retrieve my bag.
