About a week and a half ago, my girlfriend informed me that she experienced sexual harassment from an employee at the St. Anthony, ID store. Upon reporting this to the manager, the manager acknowledged the situation, but surprisingly accepted the behavior as normal and revealed that they had a relationship with the employee. Following a confrontation with the employee, he retaliated by sending a friend to my home to provoke a fight and make threats against my property. Law enforcement has been involved, and I am in the process of securing legal representation. If the situation is resolved properly, I will refrain from pursuing a sexual harassment claim against Dollar Tree/Family Dollar. You can reach me at [redacted].

I had a terrible experience with the store manager who was extremely rude when I asked them to load money onto my cash app. Despite my attempt to correct her mistake in counting the change, she proceeded to enter the wrong numbers into the computer, realizing the error only after the fact. This was unacceptable as I needed the exact amount on my cash app. Instead of resolving the issue, she told me to leave the store when I expressed my dissatisfaction with the situation. Her behavior was unprofessional, and I felt disrespected throughout the interaction.

On July 26, [redacted], I visited Family Dollar to purchase some items. Among them was a box of Goldfish crackers. When I got home and opened them, I noticed they tasted off. Upon checking the date, I found out they were from September 1, [redacted], making them a year old. To make matters worse, I ended up with food poisoning. I contacted the store, and they said I could return the product for a refund, but I never did. It's disappointing that they didn't seem concerned about the food poisoning. I feel like I need to take matters into my own hands because this situation is unacceptable.

During my recent visit to your store in Kinder, Louisiana with my 4-year-old grandson and 18-month-old granddaughter, I encountered overcrowded aisles filled with boxes. The situation was hazardous as I tripped over 2 boxes and almost fell twice. Unfortunately, a metal BBQ item struck me on the temple, and my granddaughter was also hit. This experience has left me reluctant to shop at your store again, despite its proximity to my home, just 2 streets away. To ensure our safety, I have decided to switch my shopping destination to Dollar General moving forward. I sincerely hope that steps will be taken to prevent such incidents in the future, as it is crucial that the freight management in Kinder, Louisiana, improves under the supervision of your manager.

Over a year ago, I had an accident at Family Dollar in Brenton, WV. After being advised to fill out an accident report, I did so, but soon after found out I was banned from the store. When I contacted Joy to inquire about when I could return, she mentioned I had to wait until a final decision was made. After waiting a few months and reaching out again, she informed me I still couldn't come back. It has now been over a year, and I am still unable to enter the store. Unfortunately, I have difficulty going to other nearby Family Dollars due to lack of transportation. I have been unsuccessful in getting Joy to assist me with resolving this issue and allowing me to shop at the store again.

While waiting in line to check out, I noticed that my daughter and I were standing in a wet substance, possibly water. When I brought this to the attention of the cashier at the front, she dismissed my concerns stating it was not her priority as she had other customers to attend to. I expressed my worry about the safety hazard and the possibility of someone slipping. Unfortunately, she did not seem to care as the water remained on the floor. I am now seeking assistance with this matter and would appreciate a call to address the issue promptly.

Despite using the store app for coupons, items I purchased were not applying the discounts except for the $5.00 coupon for purchases over $20. I purchased a clothes iron for $16 including tax from Family Dollar on 08/07/[redacted] at [redacted] Cathedral Caverns Hwy, Grant, AL [redacted]. Unfortunately, the iron was defective, so on 08/08/[redacted], I attempted to return it with the receipt. The staff informed me that due to the amount exceeding $5, it could only be refunded onto a gift card. This information was not mentioned in the return policy. Despite having the receipt and the unused, defective item, I was not allowed to return it for a refund. If necessary, I can provide a picture of the item and receipt.

I am curious about the sudden increase in the price of Chestnut Evaporated milk. The cost went up from $1.00 to $1.35 per can overnight. I usually order a case for store pickup every 2 to 3 weeks as I use a can daily in my coffee. However, with this price hike, I can no longer afford to continue purchasing it. I was a loyal customer and even tried to order in bulk when the price was lower. Please consider the impact these price changes have on customers, especially those with limited incomes. It is disappointing to no longer be able to afford a product I used to enjoy regularly.

I had an upsetting experience at one of your stores in Indiana. The Manager was supporting a delivery driver who was making a wide turn by forcing another driver to back up at a light. This put my mother at risk, as she was already waiting for the light to change. When I spoke to the Manager about it, she showed no concern and even mentioned not talking to her own mother. I visited the store located at [redacted] Peoria St Aurora, CO [redacted], where I'm a frequent shopper. During my visit today, I needed to purchase a gift card. A cashier, a heavy-set lady, assisted me with the transaction. Upon trying to register the card online at home, I realized the last four digits on the receipt didn't match the card I had purchased. The receipt indicated the card was swiped, even though it was not possible as the card was in a box. When I returned to the store and brought up the issue, the manager reviewed the situation but concluded there was nothing that could be done. Feeling scammed and frustrated, I plan to file a police report due to the incident involving the employee. The behavior of the lady and her boyfriend, who acts as unauthorized security at the store, has left me deeply upset, and I have decided not to return.

I purchased a pair of shoes, but my wife had already bought the same pair without a receipt. When I attempted to return one of the pairs the next day with tags still attached and unworn, I was informed I needed a receipt for the return. We are loyal customers and have spent considerable money at the store, located in Malad, Idaho. If this issue is not resolved, we may have to take our business elsewhere. I have already incurred a five-dollar cost trying to return the shoes.

I recently had a job interview at the Claymont, DE store. I was informed that they would contact me after the background check. Despite several attempts to reach them by phone, I haven't gotten through. Lillian Green conducted my interview at the N Market store in Wilmington, DE, and I was keen on the opportunity. While shopping at Family Dollar with my kids today, I witnessed a distressing incident. The manager on duty was yelling at a cashier, using inappropriate language and even threatening her. The cashier was visibly upset, but she continued to assist customers, including myself. When I tried to address the issue by calling the store and speaking to a manager, the same individual claimed to be the store manager and was unhelpful. I asked for the corporate phone number, and he rudely suggested I look it up online before hanging up. His name tag indicated his name was Quan.

I would like to share my positive experience at the Chippewa Falls Store. The manager, Cachina, deserves recognition for her outstanding work. Before her arrival, the store faced challenges with closures due to staffing problems. Since Cachina started, the store has greatly improved. It is now well-organized and clean. She is not only efficient but also works well with her team. Her positive attitude is consistent, and her dedication to her job is evident. I live in Las Vegas and recently visited the Family Dollar at the corner of Washington and Lamb. The store clerk accused me of stealing Fixodent for false teeth a year ago, which I did not do. I have never stolen anything, have a job, and my husband has a good income. The manager yelled at me, insisting they had a photo of me stealing, but I have never stolen from the store. I visited the Family Dollar store on Memorial Blvd to buy an item. I asked the manager on duty for help, but the product I found was not what I wanted. Yesterday, I encountered hostile behavior from the cashier, Trina, at the [redacted] Riverdale Rd, College Park, GA location. I reported this to the manager at 8am today. The manager assured me that action will be taken as other customers have also raised concerns about her. Trina's aggression has made me feel unsafe, and I believe she should be terminated. Her lack of proper communication skills has caused distress not only to me but to other patrons and employees. It's unsettling to be treated aggressively when seeking assistance at the checkout. As a loyal customer, I hope for a resolution to ensure a safe and welcoming environment at the store.
