Good morning,
I am writing because I am highly upset about my Facebook account being deactivated repeatedly for no apparent reason. I do not post any inappropriate content and use Facebook to connect with family and friends. Every time my account is deleted, I have to create a new one and ask my friends to re-add me, which is frustrating. I am a Minister, a college student, and a well-respected individual. Despite sending my driver's license as requested last time my account was deleted, it was still removed. I kindly request that my account be reactivated this time. The profile picture features me, and the cover photo shows my twin kids. I am willing to provide any necessary documents.
Thank you,
Dominic Harris

Hello, I am K.K. from Uganda. My Facebook account under the name K.K. was disabled without a clear reason given. I received a message stating it violated Facebook terms, but I believe this is not the case as I mainly posted political updates relevant to Uganda. I suspect my account was flagged by individuals who disagreed with my views.
In Uganda, there are challenges with censorship by certain groups, and I fear this may have influenced the disabling of my account.
I kindly request assistance in restoring my account as it is crucial for me to communicate with my audience.
Thank you for your help.

On Tuesday, October 10th, while browsing Facebook, I got a "session expired, please login again" notification. When I tried to log back in, my password wasn't working. Despite being confident it was correct, I attempted to reset it. During the process, I noticed that the email address associated with my account was unfamiliar. I went ahead and changed the email address to regain access and received a password reset link via email. After following the link and setting a new password, I faced an obstacle during login as it required a login code from the app, which I couldn't access due to the login issue. Despite reaching out to Facebook multiple times via email without any response, I'm still unable to resolve the problem.

Hello, I encountered an issue with my Facebook account last Thursday. A message popped up saying, "Your Account is Temporarily Locked" due to suspicious activity. I believe my account was compromised through a phishing attack. I have submitted a copy of my medical card and internet service proof with my photo and date of birth. On Facebook, I go by Judy Weatherall from Gatineau, QC, but my ID is Julia Helen Weatherall. Despite trying to reset my password multiple times, I am still unable to access my account as of Sunday. Not having a cell phone makes Facebook Messenger my primary means of contacting family and friends. I hope this matter can be resolved soon.

I have created four Facebook accounts using different emails because there is a girl, Bella Ruiz, who keeps hacking my profiles and reporting me for impersonation. Despite sending a photo ID as proof of my identity, she continues to harass me online. Bella and her friends are targeting me on social media, even after our separation, leading to spam from her friends and family. I need help recovering and securing my profile, but it is important for the platform to recognize that Bella is the issue, not me or others affected by her actions. I have already followed the verification process by submitting my ID, but the platform keeps requesting more. I simply want to access my account and have Bella blocked from it.

I am a transgender person who uses a name different from my birth name. I am not out to my family, so I created a separate Facebook account where I can be myself without worrying about them or my coworkers discovering my LGBT identity. Recently, I was locked out of this account for adding friends too quickly. When I tried to regain access by submitting my license, Facebook disabled my account due to the name discrepancy. I created a new account, only to be locked out again and asked for photo ID. My IDs only display my birth name. How can I recover my account without exposing my preferred name?

Yesterday, someone apparently hacked into a friend's account and sent me a link. Upon opening it, I found it unrelated to anything. Later on Facebook, I noticed others warning my friend of a possible hack. When I checked my account, I discovered more than 9 unauthorized logins. I promptly removed them, logged out, and attempted to log back in. To my surprise, my password was deemed incorrect, despite using it consistently. Resetting the password proved challenging as the code was sent to two unfamiliar numbers on my account. Furthermore, my original email linked to the account was hacked years ago, restricting my access. Transitioning to a Gmail account, I urgently seek assistance in recovering this vital account, used for work communications. Any guidance on resolving this matter is greatly appreciated.

I was recently reported for using a name that was not my legal one on Facebook. My account was set up as 'RachelandDamien Hudgins,' as my husband and I share it. I missed the request for identity verification due to infrequent use. It has been over a year, and I still receive updates via email. However, I cannot access my account; whenever I try, I am prompted with a message essentially saying my documentation is under review. Despite scouring the help center for submission options, I cannot send my ID as my account is not disabled. I am eager to regain access as my account holds a decade's worth of irreplaceable photos.

About a month ago, an Admin's Page with Admin Privileges in our group called Dragon Ball Heritage was hacked and republished without his knowledge. The hacker demoted all the Admins to regular members, but oddly left the Moderators unchanged. Following the hack, a WhatsApp bot was added to the group with Admin Privileges. Although we managed to unpublish the Page, the WhatsApp Bot remains the only Admin, leaving us unable to regain control of our group. Unfortunately, we have been unable to contact Facebook to report this issue. Our primary goal is to restore our group, which we worked hard to build. We kindly request one of the following options to be implemented to help us regain control:
1) Remove Hifza Iqbal (Happy Girl) as Admin and promote an existing Moderator to Admin (I am Richard Owen, a current Moderator).
2) Promote a Moderator to Admin, and we will handle the rest.
3) Upgrade all Moderators to Admins, allowing the first one online to restore the group.
Our main aim is to reclaim our group after being targeted by unknown individuals.

I recently reactivated my Facebook account after a year-long break. My previous account, which I had for a decade, was deleted. I suspect I may have encountered issues due to adding people too quickly, including accepting a request from a potential spam account that led to over [redacted] friend requests flooding in. The reason I had to recreate my account was to facilitate the setup of a business page. Unfortunately, my account was disabled, even after submitting identification documents multiple times. It has been over a week, and I haven't received any updates on this issue. I ended up creating a new account, only to have it disabled as well, without engaging in any suspicious behavior. All I want is to have a stable Facebook account to avoid the hassle of restarting my page, especially after investing money in ads and gaining [redacted] likes.

I received an email and a Facebook notification about someone impersonating me with an open case number [redacted][redacted]. I can post on Facebook but can't upload photos, which is frustrating as I use it to update my out-of-state family. Please contact me urgently via email or phone at [redacted]. If not, I'm considering deleting my account and advising my friends to do the same due to the lack of support. I'm eager for a resolution.

Hello, I chose to use a nickname on my Facebook account for privacy. A while back, my account got suspended for this reason, and I was asked to provide my ID to verify my identity. I complied, blacking out my surname as allowed, even though this was a few years ago. Since then, whenever I try to log in, I only get a message saying my account is under review with no option to proceed. I am willing to submit my uncensored ID to regain access to my account, but my requests for assistance have gone unanswered. I am unable to use the form meant for disabled accounts as it says my email is not linked to a disabled account. I am hoping for a prompt response from Facebook support to help me regain access to my account.

My Facebook account was disabled due to third-party copyright claims on videos posted years ago. These videos were undisturbed for years until sudden bans without prior notice disabled my account entirely. Some videos are so old I can't recall posting them, while newer ones were deleted promptly. Unfortunately, I am at the mercy of the third party, which strategically targets videos to escalate complaints against my account. I seek legal support to regain access to my decade-old personal account containing crucial contacts, photos, memories, and networking details unfairly removed.

I am currently unable to access my account as it is under review, and I have been experiencing this issue for years. Despite this, I continue to receive email notifications about my friends' activities on the platform. I have valuable memories in the form of old photos and videos stored in my account and would greatly appreciate any assistance in recovering access. I am willing to provide any necessary information to verify my ownership of the account.
I am located in Singapore and would like to know if there is a hotline I can contact for direct assistance. Alternatively, I am open to having a representative reach out to me at [redacted]0. I work as a Property Manager in Singapore and am eagerly seeking help to regain access to my account. Restoring my account would lead me to promote Facebook positively. Your support is highly valuable and appreciated.

To whom it may concern, I would like to address the disabling of my original Facebook account associated with the email address used for logging in. This development is distressing as I have utilized my Facebook account for over a decade, storing numerous significant moments from my life. I kindly request a review of this decision and further information on the reasons behind this action. I assure you that there was no deliberate violation on my part, and I apologize if any unintentional breach occurred. I humbly ask for the reinstatement of my account and assure you that I will adhere to all guidelines moving forward. Additionally, I have crucial work-related documentation linked to this account. Your understanding and prompt response are greatly appreciated as the retrieval of my account is of utmost importance to me. I eagerly await your reply.

Last night, I was contacted by a lady who claimed to work for Facebook from the corporate office. She mentioned that I had won $[redacted],[redacted].00 in a Facebook lottery along with 18 other people. Despite her providing ticket numbers, a claim number, and other details, she also mentioned I would need to pay to receive my winnings. This made me suspicious. She mentioned a confirmation number would be sent from her office. The communication took place through Messenger after I accepted a friend request from her.

I was informed via email that my deactivated account was hacked, but it appears the account was not properly secured. Despite uploading my driver's license twice as requested to receive a temporary password, I am unable to regain access as the provided passwords do not work. Additionally, I am instructed to call individuals whose contact information I do not have, adding unnecessary complexity to the situation. I am concerned about the potential misuse of my account and the hundreds of pictures stored there. I urge the company to promptly address this security breach and provide a resolution so I can regain control of my account and address any unauthorized activity.

I received a message from a friend with a YouTube video link that seemed suspicious. After clicking on it briefly, I noticed strange activity on my account. Several people mentioned receiving the same link from me, which I didn't send. One contact even re-sent it back to me, and now I can't delete it. This action also caused issues with my Facebook account, prompting me for a password. Concerned about potential malware, I reset my phone but haven't logged back into Facebook. With a busy event coming up, I wonder if I can stay off Facebook for two weeks without signing in again. Is there a way to deactivate my account without providing my password?

Hello,
I need help with my Facebook page called "The News Vine South Africa." I am unable to share content directly from the page, as a message indicates that the link goes against Facebook's Community Standards from a website called worldwatch.site. Even though I removed any content from that website that may violate Facebook's policies, I am still facing this issue. Can you please provide some assistance?
Thank you.

I had two accounts, one regular and one for Messenger Kids. I used the Kids account to share photos and important documents instead of email. I need my account reactivated to stay in touch with my stepmother's children. I rely on it for communication as my phone is currently without wifi. I can't create another Facebook account as I've lost the transfer codes. I've invested money in apps linked to my Facebook account and cannot access them if my account remains disabled. If reactivation isn't possible, I request a cash refund for the apps. I value the content and progress on my account, particularly in games that I've dedicated time to.
