I am 75 and not tech-savvy. I need help. My original email dates back to [redacted] or [redacted] when I won a BMW. Despite having proof, I've never known how to change it. My current email is [redacted] Recently, I received a call at 4 am from the Czech Republic - I can look up the details if needed. I blocked the number. Then, I received a suspicious message from someone pretending to know me. I blocked that too. Trying to change my password, I couldn't remember the old DND account's details, so I created a new one. Everything seemed fine until I was asked for a password, and I got locked out for allegedly impersonating someone. Can someone please assist me with this situation?

I tried to secure my account by following the link provided by Facebook, but I was unable to remove the fraudulent email and phone number. All my recovery details are being sent to the hacker's email address instead of my official one. I recently lost access to my Facebook account because it was deactivated by Facebook. I had been using the name "Kitty Rules" because I'm a minor and wanted to protect my identity. Unfortunately, this led to the account being closed. I have invested a significant amount of money in apps that required a Facebook login, which I can no longer access due to this issue. I estimate that I could potentially lose around $[redacted]. I reached out to customer support months ago to appeal this decision and received a response saying they would investigate, but I haven't heard anything since. I'm concerned about losing access to my accounts and would appreciate an update on the status of my appeal. I'm willing to update my name to Lyndsey Kitty, which is both my real name and nickname. I find the banning policy unfair. There is no option to deactivate my profile, leaving it vulnerable to reports. Many intentionally provoke and mock others, then report their responses. The ban was issued for a specific comment without considering the entire conversation. For instance, the ban for the comment "Says the guy who's too ugly to post his pic" was unjust without reviewing the initial provocation. It's unclear if other users involved were banned for their offensive remarks. I request the deactivation of my account to prevent further targeting by those who report others unfairly.

I offered car repair services through our small business page on Facebook, AT Auto Mechanical. We gave a customer our address for the repair, but the customer didn't show up. Unfortunately, she posted our home address on her profile, calling us creeps and accusing our business of being fake. This is concerning as sharing personal addresses publicly can lead to identity theft and safety issues. Despite reporting the post to Facebook, no action has been taken. I kindly request the removal of the post or at least the removal of our address for safety reasons.

Yesterday morning, on 7/03/19, while posting in some groups, I received a security message indicating a potential hack. Subsequently, I was asked to verify my account by uploading my profile picture. Now, I am unable to access my Facebook account with the message, "You can't use Facebook at the moment. We're reviewing the photo that you sent us on 07 March." This is concerning as Facebook is crucial for my business, which is my primary source of income. Although my wife, as an admin, has access to the business page, I rely on my personal page for operations. I have been using this Facebook page for over 5 years and would appreciate a prompt resolution. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

I relocated my business in December [redacted] due to the end of my lease. Unfortunately, the new occupants are using my established 25-year-old business identity on Facebook for their newfound venture. They were previously contracted individuals, two of whom held administrative roles in my business. They have blocked me, removed my admin access, and renamed their business while still linking it to my profile. I possess all the necessary documentation such as my business license, EIN, and federal tax ID to prove my ownership of Simonton Salon. Despite moving to a new location and removing my sign, they continue to connect their business to mine. I have photos being used for their promotion and need assistance in severing this connection. Additionally, they have removed my contact information from the page. This has been ongoing for two months, and while I have been patient, I am considering legal recourse. I have encountered a situation on Facebook where someone has been using my photos without my consent, essentially posing as me. Despite numerous reports from friends over the years, the account is still active. This individual has threatened to harm me by deleting my user profiles, indicating they may have accessed my login information (which I've since changed). The account is under the name James V Whiet, and their use of my images is unsettling. Others have even mistakenly believed I was the one using his photos. I request the removal of this account due to the misuse of my identity. While unsure of the specific community guidelines violated, I believe using my identity as their own is a breach. I have been attempting to sell earrings on the marketplace. These unique earrings are crafted from repurposed bullet casings with the ends removed, ensuring they cannot function as live ammunition. My small business offers a variety of items, and these earrings are purely decorative. Unfortunately, I have been banned from the marketplace for listing them as "bullet earrings." Should I be reinstated, I will refrain from using the term "bullet" in the description or title. Access to the marketplace is crucial for me to sustain my sales.

I recently switched to a new iPhone 8 Plus from my iPhone 5s and encountered issues with my email and password authentication. I need assistance regarding a hacking incident involving an individual named Leon Franklin with phone number [redacted]. His birthdate is March 7, [redacted]. He used my phone number [redacted] to attempt a $[redacted] scam and is now accessing my Facebook account, reaching out to my friends as "Denette DIXON or Denette Ross-DIXON," and compromising my husband's phone [redacted]. His phone traces back to Killeen, Texas, but he is unresponsive on calls (background noise heard). I am requesting closure of the mentioned accounts and the hacker's account. I have reported the money scam to Kileen, TX police, who advised closing the accounts, but he keeps changing passwords rapidly. He currently has full control over the accounts mentioned. Please take action to stop him, involve the police, and communicate with me through email solely to avoid alerting the hacker on Facebook.

We have successfully implemented 6 ad networks into our Admost Zones and placements, but are facing issues specifically with Facebook. There are two main problems that we need assistance with. I have been facing difficulty reaching out to Facebook in Italy. I am Giuseppe Zibana. On February 22, [redacted], I made a post on Facebook. However, on March 5, [redacted], I received three threatening comments from Carlo Vanoni from Varese, Italy. I promptly changed the privacy settings of my profile to friends-only and attempted to delete his comments due to the sensitive nature of my post. One of the comments could not be removed despite multiple tries, prompting me to take a screenshot and delete the entire post. I have reported this incident to the police, and a formal complaint has been lodged against Carlo for threats and defamation. I believe Facebook should be informed, and I would appreciate it if they could update me on the steps they will take to address this issue and potentially remove him from the community. I recently got a new cell phone and encountered issues trying to log into my Facebook account. Despite having my account set up with my old phone number, I couldn't access it with my new phone. Although I also had another phone with the correct number, along with a backup number and email, Facebook didn't recognize any of them. Using the "forgot password" option, I managed to locate my account through my profile picture, yet when I tried my saved password, it wasn't accepted. Upon selecting to reset the password, I was presented with two choices: one verifying my email (which didn't work due to lack of information) and the other entering the password (which didn't work either). The process looped back, stating insufficient information to verify my identity. I have two Messenger accounts – one is Tuxedo Pig without a Facebook connection, while the other is Travis Beacham linked with Facebook. Yesterday, I uninstalled Messenger, provided my phone number, and got directed to the Travis Beacham account. I attempted to connect Tuxedo Pig with its associated account at [redacted], but the system could not locate a Messenger account linked to that email. When I searched for my Tuxedo Pig alias alongside the Travis Beacham account, it appeared to be logged in with a phone number registered in my country.

I want to provide feedback regarding a Facebook user named Wellington Almeida associated with Techno & Co and Buy a Dream companies. I joined as a recruit to post ads for him on Facebook. However, I observed discrepancies in the payment of commissions for my work. When I inquired, he eventually rectified it, but some customers complained about undelivered orders linked to the commissions I had received. I dismissed these concerns until I found out he posted my work from our TM Agents [redacted] group without approval. When I raised this issue and questioned my outstanding payment, he threatened to remove me from the group citing campaign template changes and lack of sales. Despite my dedication to assisting customers promptly, I feel deceived and have seen complaints about him in our TM agents [redacted] group.
