I am writing to report that my account, Manuel Haifa Preach (Oppong Korang Emmanuel), was hacked in early November. The incident occurred after a friend's account, which was also hacked, asked me some questions. Unfortunately, I later realized it was not my friend but someone else pretending to be them. The next day, I found myself logged out of my account and have been unable to regain access since. The phone number linked to the account is +[redacted]84, and the email is [redacted] Following the hack, I mistakenly reported any user trying to use my name to create an account, and now every time I try to log into Facebook on my phone, the account gets disabled. I attempted to convert my Facebook friends into followers on my page. During the last step, I was informed that I couldn't proceed due to my profile settings. Confused, I tried again and was prompted to enter security codes sent to me. I followed the steps, including uploading a photo for identification. After waiting for over 24 hours, I discovered that my account has been disabled. I have been an active user for many years, and I am puzzled by this action. My Facebook account has been hacked at least three times that I know of. I am very confused and have lost a lot of really good friends and family. My husband passed away in June of cancer; we are all devastated. I have been trying everything, but I have given up. I'm on disability and really sick about my loss. Facebook is a wonderful tool to connect with loved ones. I need the support; please enable my account.

I purchased a mailbox on Facebook from one of their vendors. After placing my order, I realized I was billed for two mailboxes instead of one. I received a notification from Facebook stating that one of my posts or comments has been flagged as "spam." Curiously, I was not provided with any specifics regarding which post triggered this classification. I do want to mention that I do not engage in selling products and services; I am a retired medical professional without ties to pseudoscience. I promptly requested a review of this "spam" designation and identification of the offending content. Despite my efforts to seek clarification through the help page, I have not received any feedback. It is disconcerting not understanding the reason behind this censorship, especially in light of the increased incidents of account hacking. As a considerable amount of time has passed with no resolution in sight, I am left feeling puzzled and concerned about the situation.

I attempted to link my Facebook accounts so I could purchase ads, but encountered issues. The first account wouldn't let me run ads, and now I can't link back to the old account or access the ad center on the new one. When I try to link my Facebook, the screen stays the same. When I attempt to connect a Facebook page, it gives an error message asking me to try again later. Accessing promotion payments leads to a blank white screen. This is causing significant frustration and impacting my business. Facebook has not provided any solutions to address these issues.

Our franchise's page setup was done by an employee who has left the company. Unfortunately, her email account has been disabled, preventing us from accessing or resetting the password. Other team members are also unable to modify the password or add me (the new Digital Marketing Coordinator) to the account for creating content and responding to customer messages. I am reaching out regarding my Facebook Business Account for Bucks Nothing But Ads Agency under Palace Marketing, which was disabled. I have been unable to create any ads and constantly encountered an error message regarding a missing name field. I am having trouble accessing my Facebook account as I am logged out on both my mobile and computer. Get Human keeps asking if my issue is resolved, but NO! My posts are not appearing on my account under IQU 2 Film on my Pippa Dyer profile. While it shows in the POSTS menu, it doesn't display on the HOME section where my friends can access it. Facebook keeps pushing me to buy a booster, but all I want is for my content to show up.
