I am Ashley Tillman and I am experiencing difficulty accessing my account. I forgot my password and attempted to reset it. However, I encountered issues with the outdated email linked to my account. Despite trying the trusted friends option, I am not receiving any emails from Facebook on the new email address. I have also lost access to the phone numbers associated with the account. Every time I tried to update the information, the changes wouldn't save. I have explored various options including the help center, yet I am still facing the issue of not receiving the confirmation email from Facebook, even after involving my trusted friends. I attempted to have the code sent to my current email ([redacted]) without success. Despite waiting for two weeks for a response, I created a new email ([redacted]) but still did not receive any solution. Today, I recreated the Yahoo email address to no avail.

This morning, I logged out of my account. When I attempted to log back in, it kept saying I was using an old password, though I didn't change it. I followed the usual steps by clicking "forgot password" to receive a reset code via email. Despite trying this 6-7 times, Facebook hasn't sent any reset emails. My recovery phone number is outdated, and I forgot to update it on Facebook. After multiple login attempts, I'm now locked out for entering the wrong password. I don't suspect any hacking. I've been using Facebook on a Moto X4. Can someone assist me with this issue?

I received notification that my email account, [redacted], has been selected as the winner of the Facebook lottery prize of $[redacted],[redacted]. The process requires payment for shipping, but I am unable to provide a credit card number due to my situation. I rely on my Social Security income after suffering a brain aneurysm in [redacted]. Living in an Assisted Living Home, my finances are carefully managed, leaving me with limited funds for food and other essentials. I cannot afford to sacrifice $[redacted] for a shipping fee. The pressure from Facebook and FedEx is distressing, and I did not even participate in any lottery. I urgently seek assistance to stop the harassment, reactivate my account, and decline the winnings to avoid further complications.

Adam Zimmer is using images from our now-closed Apart Circus Gallery Facebook page without permission. He has created a new page called Art Circus tm and is using our content, claiming it as his own. The original owner, Andre Lippard, closed the page to prevent this, but Adam Zimmer somehow gained control. The artworks displayed belong to Andre Lippard, Dom Bedan Art, and other artists associated with Art Circus Gallery. Due to harassment from Adam Zimmer, the gallery had to shut down, and criminal harassment charges have been filed with the Denver Police Department. Requesting immediate permanent closure of the unauthorized account.

I created an account under the name Mousumi Karmakar, but when I tried to create a business page, I was suddenly logged out and received a popup message stating that I needed to upload a photo of myself to verify my identity on Facebook. After attempting to upload a photo that met the requirements, I received a message stating that the photo was not acceptable. This has happened to me twice now, even after creating the account again. I have also tried to proceed without uploading an image, but I still received the same message. I am unsure how to recover my account with the business page under these circumstances.

I am attempting to delete an outdated account on behalf of my mother-in-law. Her previous username was [redacted], but she cannot recall the email associated with it. I attempted the password "Grace22," which prompted a message stating it was an old password changed approximately seven years ago. Unfortunately, she cannot remember the updated password. The old email is inaccessible, as Charter.net no longer maintains the account. The account was created so long ago that there were no linked phone numbers or alternative emails. Simply put, she wishes to delete the account. Her current email is [redacted], and we would appreciate assistance by sending any necessary codes to that address. Your help is greatly valued.

My Facebook account has been compromised by hackers, and strange messages are being sent to my friends without my consent. Despite trying to regain access with the help of three trusted contacts, the process has failed. I have even submitted my driver's license and a photo holding a code as requested, but to no avail. This situation is critical for me because all my work contacts and important information are within this account. I am unable to reset or create a new account. There is a Facebook group dedicated to the reborn community. Unfortunately, in recent weeks, some individuals have been creating rude and hurtful groups aimed at members of the community. This behavior is causing distress, especially among those with disabilities, leading to self-harm. Despite efforts to report these groups, no action has been taken. The creators are not only mocking individuals but also stealing their photos. With over 1,[redacted] members affected, the community is seeking help to have these harmful groups shut down to prevent further harm.

I received a notification on Friday, July 13th that someone from New Jersey accessed my account. I was unable to log in for a few days. Yesterday, I managed to access it by simply clicking on the Facebook app on my phone. I am attempting to delete or deactivate my account, but I cannot do so because the person who accessed it changed my password. I want my account deactivated urgently to prevent this person from using it. I intend to create a new account but need this one deleted as soon as possible. How can I achieve this without knowing the password? Additionally, I noticed activity from SERIA and Arabic font on some parts of my account. I urgently need assistance as there is sensitive information on my Facebook account that I do not want a stranger to be able to access.

I recently received a 3-day block from Facebook due to copyright infringement. While I accepted the removal of several images from my page, I thought all related content had been taken down. However, I have now been blocked again for the same issue, preventing me from accessing my Facebook manager page. Some of the images were posted years ago, and I am willing to remove all associated posts, but I was not given the chance to do so. I have invested money in boosting posts on Facebook, and this is my first block for such a violation. Any assistance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Dear Facebook, I am experiencing difficulty logging into my account under the name Travis Napier as it keeps indicating that the password I am using is incorrect, despite my certainty that I am using the correct one. When attempting to recover a new password, I encounter issues with the email address provided as it is inaccessible, or the phone number associated with it is outdated. I suspect the problem may be linked to my previous cell phone which may still be in possession of my ex-partner. I am unsure if I logged out of Facebook before giving it to her, and she possibly changed the password preventing my access. I am open to any verification process necessary to confirm my identity. I recently upgraded to a new iPhone 8 Plus and acquired a new phone number. To access my Facebook account, I rely on my old phone connected to Wi-Fi as I forgot my password and no longer have access to the email or phone number linked to my account. This inconvenience forces me to juggle two phones for different purposes. I am Eric Throckmorton, born on 11/23/[redacted]. Hello Facebook Support, I am JB Ziegler, and my account has been taken over by hackers. Despite trying to use the support features, I have not been successful in regaining access. The recovery code is being sent to the hackers' email instead of my own. My genuine email is [redacted] The hackers have unfriended most of my contacts, including my girlfriend, who is unable to report the account as hacked properly. She attempted to label it as a fake profile, but I am unsure if this will resolve the issue. Kindly refrain from directing me to support pages as they have proven ineffective thus far. The person in control of my account is sending spam to others, directing them to a "get followers" page. This actions are harmful to the Facebook community's safety and integrity. Hello, I used my account as usual yesterday. However, today I attempted to log in and my password was not being accepted. The system prompted me to log in again, but continued to fail. When I attempted to reset my password, it stated that an email was sent to an unfamiliar Russian email address, which is not mine. I am unable to access this email account to change my password. It is concerning that I did not receive the password reset email on my registered email address, and now my password is not working suddenly, despite functioning yesterday. I fear my account may have been hacked, and I have important personal content stored there, including photos and chats. I would greatly appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this issue. My Facebook account under the name Randy Merick was reportedly hacked due to suspicious content being sent. The login information used was [redacted] with either [redacted] or [redacted] The profile should display a picture of a race car. The account was created about a week ago to try to access another website, but we need it deleted as it does not have the correct picture. Upon attempting to log in, we were prompted to receive an SMS code which never arrived. We managed to use the code generator, went through authentication and selected friends to verify, but the account deletion process was stalled. Despite numerous tries, we encountered issues with logging in and receiving SMS codes. Contact through phone at [redacted] or via email at [redacted] and [redacted], where Susan Merick is requesting assistance due to health reasons. Any help resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I am still experiencing issues with accessing Facebook marketplace and posting items since April. Despite multiple appeals and efforts, I remain blocked and unable to receive any response or explanation. This ongoing problem has lasted for three months, causing significant frustration. I am also being prompted to boost my items and advertise on Facebook, which feels counterproductive given my current restrictions. I seek a resolution to this situation promptly.

Yesterday, I posted some items for sale on local Facebook pages. Prior to that, I had deleted some older ads that seemed to have duplicated somehow. I relisted seven different items and opted to post them on a total of 14 local area pages. However, after posting, I started receiving notices of being banned for spamming. I promptly explained the situation as I was prompted, but I haven't received any response yet and I'm still unable to access my account. The ban was supposed to last 24 hours, but since I'm unsure of what caused the issue, I'm unsure how to prevent it in the future. I would really appreciate some assistance with this matter.

I am concerned about the inappropriate content posted online and reported to the platform. The hurtful comments and harassment directed towards one individual are distressing. Despite reporting these issues, it seems the offending party has not been instructed to remove the harmful content. This individual, who is not on Facebook, is unable to block the source of the negativity. I believe it is crucial for the reported content to be taken down promptly to prevent further harm. Additionally, I am seeking clarification on the process to suspend the responsible party's site or Facebook page, as multiple reports seem to have gone unaddressed. I hope for a resolution to this matter to ensure a safer online environment for everyone.

I recently reported that a friend's account had been hacked. However, the account that was hacked belonged to my daughter who passed away in a car accident 8 years ago. The person who hacked it used her cover photo and timeline but deleted all her friends, a lot of photos, and all the posts on her timeline since her death in October [redacted]. I received a message from Facebook saying they would try to contact the friend's account that had been hacked. Since then, the person has changed the cover photo and name on the account, but everything else remains unchanged. I want to know if the account can be recovered to its original form so I can memorialize it. As her mother, I'm devastated and wonder if the person using it can be banned from Facebook and if there could be any criminal charges they could face. I can't provide the hacker's name because it's illegible and they changed the profile picture to a pool table. The original account belonged to L.M. Sturge, she had 3 accounts, and the one in question was the last one she used with her picture on it. If more information is needed, please let me know. Thank you, B. Sturge.
