I have been attempting to contact Fabletics through various channels without success. Their website keeps showing an error, and the phone number listed, 1-[redacted], is out of service when I try to cancel my subscription. I live on a military base in Japan, which gives me a Japanese IP address, causing issues with accessing the site. Even though I have credits with Fabletics, I can't use them due to login errors on the app. The lack of responsiveness is making me feel like I am being scammed. I reached out via email on May 10, [redacted], but was informed that they no longer provide customer support via email. I urgently need this problem resolved, as I am unable to shop or utilize the services I am being charged for. If there have been changes, I have not been informed. My sister and I purchased 2 leggings on your website with the promotion of 2 for 27€ as VIP members. To do so, I created an account and she used her debit card.
Recently, we discovered that, for a commercial reason that, I must say, leaves us puzzled, she was credited with 49€ that she is supposed to use later on your site, which she has no intention of doing. She tried to communicate with you later on via email and phone, providing my email address or just her name (as she used her debit card, it is her name that was retained...), but each time she received the response "you are not on our VIP list." I am sending you photos of my account proving that we are indeed VIP, and we would really like to retrieve our 49€.

I recently discovered I have been charged $50 a month for an unknown VIP membership I did not knowingly sign up for. This charge has been appearing on my PayPal account for the past four months. After researching on the Better Business Bureau's website, I found over [redacted] complaints about the same issue. While there may be fine print mentioning the VIP membership upon making the first purchase, the details about the automatic monthly charges are unclear. I never agreed to this and would never have intentionally signed up for it. I am requesting a refund of all VIP membership charges from November 1 until now. In November [redacted], I contacted Fabletics to cancel my membership. After the representative mentioned a $49.95 credit, I agreed to use it but requested to close my account afterward. Unfortunately, the call abruptly ended, and my account continued to be charged. In February [redacted], when I informed another representative about the previous interaction, he promised to investigate but also ended the call prematurely. Despite my efforts to reach Fabletics for cancelation, my account is still being charged without receiving any merchandise. I am frustrated by this situation and seek a refund from November [redacted] to present. I can provide documentation of the calls and charges. It is disappointing how customer requests seem to be disregarded.

Upon reviewing my bank transactions, I noticed an unauthorized $49.95 charge from Fabletics in the last month. After checking the past year, I discovered I have been charged $49.95 monthly for the last nine months, totaling $[redacted].55. I signed up for Fabletics for a deal on boxers and a crew neck, expecting free shipping and a 50% discount. However, it was not clear that this sign-up would lead to monthly charges. Despite customer support saying I receive an email every first of the month, they land in my promotional folder among numerous others. As an 18-year-old heading to college soon, this $[redacted] is a large portion of my savings. I simply want a refund for the unauthorized charges. Feel free to take back the 50% discount if needed. I recently discovered unexpected charges on my account from Fabletics. I unknowingly signed up for a membership after making a single purchase for my granddaughter. I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received today. I had 3 VIP member credits earlier in the day and planned to use 2 for available items and save 1 for a pre-order item. Despite confirming via support chat that I could use a credit for the pre-order, I was billed immediately when the item became available. The representative I chatted with, Juan, refunded me 2 credits instead of the charge, which led to unnecessary confusion.
Calling customer support, I spoke with Joseph, who successfully canceled the order and refunded the charge of $72.12. The inconsistency between Juan and Joseph's responses was frustrating. I am now waiting for a refund of $99.90 for the VIP credits, which are stated as non-refundable in your Terms of Service.
Although Juan offered me a 50% discount, I am unsure if it will work after the sale ends. At this point, I am hesitant to continue doing business with Fabletics due to this negative experience. I have encountered multiple issues today and hope for a satisfactory resolution from your team.

I recently made a purchase during the 80% VIP sale a few weeks ago through the app. I encountered some issues with the app as it defaulted to my old PayPal address instead of my correct home address during checkout. On October 27, I purchased 2 leggings for $24 at a friend's suggestion. Today, when I reviewed my credit history online, I discovered that I have been charged $[redacted].90 to date, at a rate of $54.95 per month. I regret that my friend did not mention the monthly membership fee associated with the offer I accepted. I was unaware I needed to cancel a subscription. I am sincerely sorry. I hope to receive a refund for the two months' charges of $54.95 each, as I have not utilized the account and did not benefit from the monthly VIP access. I rarely check my emails, and I only noticed the "Fabletics" email regarding my membership when I expected a shipment notification.
I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue and reclaiming my funds.

I would like to make a change to my recent order placed on 10/17/22 (order # [redacted]). I initially ordered two Oasis PureLuxe High-Waisted 7/8 Leggings both in size XS as part of the "2 for $24" bottoms sale. Each legging was priced at $12. I would like to swap one of the Oasis leggings for a Define PowerHold® High-Waisted Legging in size XS.
The revised order should include the following: Low Impact Crossover Sports Bra (XS), No-Bounce Sports Bra (XS), Oasis PureLuxe High-Waisted 7/8 Legging (XS), and Define PowerHold® High-Waisted Legging (XS). The total amount should remain $63.57 including tax, as I received a discount for being a first-time Fabletics customer and a VIP Member. I haven't received my package despite multiple inquiries through live chat indicating it's on its way. Unfortunately, my tracking information hasn't been updated, and I received an email prompting me to review the items received, which I never got. Can I receive store credit to shop at a physical fabletics store instead? I suspect the package may not have been delivered to the correct address, if it was indeed sent.

I placed an order, but your courier failed to deliver to my home. I contacted Evri, and they informed me that my item was lost or stolen and advised me to contact the supplier. After reaching out to the supplier, a replacement was sent, which included shorts x2 and a free promo outfit. I paid for the shorts using my debit card and one member credit. However, I received an email stating that the shorts are not available, and I will not be refunded or have my member credit returned. I am disappointed as I wanted the shorts, not the promo outfit, and being charged for a free promo item has left me feeling upset.

Hello, I recently purchased a bikini in the £24 deal, but unfortunately, both pieces were too small, so I returned them. I received a cancellation and store credit for one item, but there hasn't been any update on the second item yet. Since this was a matching set and a special offer, I prefer not to receive store credit for only half of the amount. I noticed you have the swim shorts and top in periwinkle punch/sour lemon in the correct size (M), so I would like to exchange the set for a different color in the correct size, please.
