I mistakenly booked the wrong date for our stay at the Hampton Inn in Palm Coast through Expedia. I booked July 20th but stayed on July 7th. Upon arrival, the hotel didn't have our reservation, so we paid for the room that night. I contacted a virtual representative who assured me the issue would be resolved after speaking with the hotel. I was told to expect a response within 72 hours but haven't received one yet. Unfortunately, I have been charged twice by Expedia for July 20th and by the hotel for July 7th. I made a reservation for a Jr Suite at Bally’s Hotel in Atlantic City on May 27-29. Despite booking the suite, we were given a regular room without any prior notice. Upon voicing our concern, the hotel mentioned they had no Suites available. They directed me to seek a refund through Expedia. Following a lengthy call to Expedia customer service involving multiple representatives, I was only offered a $[redacted] refund, which did not cover the room cost difference and additional fees totaling $[redacted] for the two nights, excluding taxes. Due to the inconveniences faced and time spent pursuing the owed refund, I believe a $[redacted] reimbursement is fair. The lack of support from both the hotel and Expedia has been disappointing, leaving me frustrated at the lack of resolution even after requesting to speak with a supervisor. The unhelpful attitude of the Expedia representatives only added to the unjust treatment experienced.

My oldest daughter made a flight reservation through Expedia when we were in San Diego visiting my youngest daughter who suffered a stroke during our trip. She booked a return flight from May 26th to the 30th to assist her with moving back to her apartment after our visit. Unfortunately, I regret to inform you that my youngest daughter passed away, and we had to return home earlier without using our return ticket for May. I apologize for the delay in informing you, as I was waiting for the doctor to sign the death certificate, which I now have. Due to the circumstances, I was unable to cancel the May 30th flight ahead of time, as everything was uncertain during that difficult time. I was able to receive a refund from Delta for my flight to San Diego on the 26th, and I kindly request your assistance with the return flight on May 30th. I recently made a reservation at an Oyo hotel in Pennsylvania but was disappointed to find that the actual hotel did not match the pictures online. The condition was poor with dirty walls, unclean showers, rotted doors, and unchanged bed sheets. This felt like a case of false advertising. I rented a car through Expedia from Sixt at Oregon International Airport for June 23, [redacted]. Upon arrival at 6 pm for a 6:30 pm pickup, we discovered the contract restricted us from driving to Wyoming or Idaho, our intended destinations. As a result, we canceled the reservation. Sixt mentioned I should contact Expedia for the refund of $[redacted], paid with my Amex credit card. My wife has already spoken to Expedia's Customer Service, who tried to assist but Sixt refused the refund. We are willing to pay a cancellation fee but not the entire amount. Even though we did not complete the rental, we seek a refund as no service was provided. We need to understand how customers receive refunds for canceled reservations when circumstances prevent fulfillment.

I'm attempting to modify a reservation I made through Hotels.com for the Super 8 motel in Blackfoot, ID. The hotel mentioned it was booked via Expedia when I tried to change it. Unfortunately, I have been unsuccessful in reaching a live person through any of the four Expedia phone numbers I have tried. The reservation is for July 28th to July 30th under the name Ron Beach. I made an error when booking online for a two-night stay from July 16-18, but mistakenly selected August instead. After checking in at The Roosevelt Inn on July 16, I was asked to leave 20 minutes later despite already having paid. I've been trying to resolve this issue and am seeking a refund as a result.

I made reservations through Expedia.com, and while they confirmed my booking, I didn't receive the usual text message notification. Unlike Priceline, Expedia's online communication has been lacking, especially when requesting my itinerary through their webchat service. I'd like to ensure they have my reservation for 7/23/23 and send me a text message to confirm my spot on the guest list.

I made a hotel booking for July 15-23rd. When I arrived at the hotel on the 15th, I discovered a backed-up sink in the bathroom filled with dirty water, and the room had a foul smell. Despite informing the front desk, there was no maintenance available that day, and no other room to move me to. Consequently, I decided to cancel my reservation and leave. Unfortunately, the hotel charged me again, doubling the payment I had already made during the booking. I am now facing an almost $[redacted] charge for a stay I didn't use. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will escalate it with my bank. I have already reached out to Choice Hotels and they have opened a case file for this issue.

I had a flight booked for yesterday but it was delayed. They offered me a new flight on the 21st, which I booked for today at 7:30 am. However, upon arriving at the airport at 6:15, I was informed that the flight was delayed by 3 hours with a 5-hour layover in Denver before arriving in Charlotte at 11 pm. This would have caused me to miss a wedding in Columbia at 10 am the next day. I called the Delta by Marriot, who mentioned they could refund the money if verified. I am currently attempting to reserve a hotel in Amsterdam. The displayed cost shows as $[redacted] after the deduction of my One Key balance of $92. However, upon trying to complete the payment using my credit card, the amount is showing as $[redacted], and it appears that my One Key balance is not being factored in. How can I proceed to pay the $[redacted], considering my One Key balance of $92?
Furthermore, I attempted to make the reservation over the phone, yet all the provided Expedia contact numbers request an itinerary number which I am lacking due to the aforementioned payment issue.

My experience with Zezgo has been incredibly frustrating. When we rented a Full-size SUV through Expedia, we were met with deceitful tactics regarding insurance. Despite my insistence that I wanted to decline extra insurance as I was already covered, the employee pressured me into purchasing liability insurance claiming it was mandatory in Florida, which amounted to an extra $[redacted] charge. Subsequent research proved this was false.
Upon requesting a refund, I was directed to the claims department, which has been unhelpful and unwilling to address the issue. Additionally, they attempted to charge us $12/day for a toll transponder when a cheaper alternative was available outside of the company.
The car we received, a Dodge Journey, was subpar and had technical issues with the key fob. I advise against using Zezgo due to their deceptive practices and excessive fees. It's best to explore other rental companies to avoid facing similar issues or resorting to legal action like I have had to do.

I booked a car through Expedia for my New Jersey trip and prepaid for it. However, upon arrival at the rental, I was informed I couldn't get the car due to my age, even though this requirement was not clear in the app during the booking process. I had to then get another car at a higher cost in addition to the one I couldn't use. I am seeking a refund for the unused car rental.

Itinerary [redacted][redacted]: I am requesting a full refund for this horrendous hotel experience. The conditions were unacceptable, from the dripping walls and makeshift AC unit in the first room to the unlocked door and unsanitary tub in the second room. Additionally, there was a distinct smell of marijuana, making it an unsafe environment for my family.
Furthermore, the clerk provided details about an Expedia virtual card with a Mastercard ending in [redacted], which I do not possess. This hotel should be banned from your platform to prevent others from enduring such substandard accommodations.

Upon arriving at the car rental location named Routes, they required a credit card for incidentals, but they also processed a charge for the car rental. Earlier today, a reservation was made on Expedia for a room at the Fairfield Inn in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. The booking was for a room with two queen beds for 4 adults, checking in on July 30 and out on July 31, with a quoted price of $[redacted] and the confirmation number H[redacted]. Upon check-in, the total charge was $[redacted].11, including unforeseen fees of $79.11. I expected Nebraska taxes but had not been informed of additional charges. The front desk mentioned a total price closer to $[redacted] with taxes included. I believe I have been overcharged and require an adjustment to my bill or will need to take action to dispute the $[redacted].11 charge. I booked a flight from Cork to Kunhing yesterday through Qantas. A partial payment went through, showing as pending in my account, but the rest of the money did not debit. Expedia attempted to charge the full amount again, prompting my bank to block the transaction. Now I am unable to release the money blocked for Qantas, as they have no record of receiving it.
