Last night at the Lord Nelson in Halifax, an unsettling incident occurred when a hotel staff member entered our room using his master key while we were asleep between 10:30-11:00 pm. This intrusion left my girlfriend feeling uneasy and disrupted our stay as she struggled to sleep afterwards. Upon reporting the incident to the hotel manager, he assured us that this breach of privacy was unacceptable and mentioned a refund would be issued. As we booked through Expedia, I am reaching out for further assistance in resolving this matter.

We experienced multiple flight delays, cancellations, and rebookings that led to spending 2 days at Calgary airport, causing us to miss picking up our rental car in Victoria. Despite the chaos at the airport and having to rearrange plans with 2 children, we were unable to rebook with the same airline and had to rent a car to drive to Victoria. Unfortunately, we missed the car cancellation deadline due to the ongoing flight delays. We have tried to resolve this online but could not get the assistance we needed without speaking to someone directly. We kindly request a refund under these circumstances. We had made a reservation at Super 8 by Wyndham/Dougall Windsor, Ontario for August 6 to August 8. The room, number [redacted] under the name of "Lila D.," was extremely damp and humid last night. The floor was sticky, and the beds were not usable, leading my wife to spend the night in the car due to her shoulder and knee conditions. I have video evidence of the room condition. I spoke with the manager this morning, who suggested contacting Expedia first. We kindly request a full refund for the two nights due to this experience and will be switching to a different hotel. I've been attempting to cancel a hotel reservation at Travelers Inn in Belleville, Ontario for September 18, [redacted], Itinerary # [redacted][redacted] through Expedia.ca. I recently cancelled my stay at the "Gatekeeper's Retreat" and received confirmation that it was cancelled with no charges. Despite this, I received an email from expedia this morning reminding me to enjoy my stay, which is concerning since the reservation was cancelled in advance. I have tried to reach out to the owners, Jason and David, at the Gatekeeper's Retreat, but have not received a response. If necessary, I am prepared to escalate this with the legal department and leave negative reviews. When attempting to call the retreat, I was unable to reach anyone. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly to avoid any charges, as I provided ample notice for the cancellation.

We made a car rental booking with Dollar. After waiting for two hours, we were given a car with a defective rim (missing part of the rim). We returned the car on the 17th and requested to cancel the contract for August 18th and 19th, but Dollar did not agree. Before returning the car, we had to call for road assistance, and a report was filed by the road assistance service with reference number [redacted]. We have pictures of the car before leaving the Dollar parking lot, the incident with the Dollar vehicle, and the receipt for one day. We are seeking a refund for August 18th and 19th.

We rented a Dollar rental car on August 17th for the 18th and 19th. Unfortunately, my wife noticed a defect on the back passenger right side rim with a missing and broken piece. We used the car but had to return it with roadside assistance. The car was towed back to Dollar, and we canceled the contract. I have an Expedia Itinerary number [redacted][redacted] for our return flights from Montreal to Istanbul for two people starting on September 17, [redacted].
Recently, there have been three fraudulent charges on my credit card from Turkey for a car rental in Izmir and a stay at the Cinnah hotel in Ankara. Since we already purchased a package that includes transportation, guides, hotels, and meals, we did not authorize these additional bookings for the car rental and hotel in Turkey.
Even though hotels and car rentals are typically included with flights, we did not choose these options. We solely booked direct flights from Montreal to Istanbul through Expedia.
I have already informed my bank about the fraudulent charges. I have also spoken at length with the provider for the land portion of our trip. I am concerned that there may have been a security breach either through Expedia's data server or another source, leading to this fraudulent activity.
Additionally, I do not wish for my account to be linked with Booking.com or any other platform. Please disconnect my access to Booking.com through my Expedia account or provide instructions on how to do so.
I urge Expedia to investigate this fraud issue thoroughly and escalate it to your director for further action. Please keep me informed about the steps being taken to address this matter.

Upon arrival, no shuttle arrived as instructed in the email. After contacting the company multiple times, we were told the shuttle was en route, but it never came. With no rental cars available from other companies at the airport, we had to resort to taking the Greyhound Bus to Orlando at 12:30 a.m. This was a highly disappointing experience, and we are seeking compensation from Expedia.

Upon arrival, they didn't have the SUV available and suggested a minivan, which we declined. The situation seemed suspicious and unprofessional. My stay at Super 8 by Wyndham Edmonton South was disappointing. In the first room, the TV was faulty, and I couldn't change channels or turn it off. After being moved to a second room, a persistent vibration noise made it impossible for me to sleep. While the front desk was apologetic, they mentioned it was a maintenance issue that couldn't be fixed on a Sunday night. My name is Vernon McQuillan. Our EasyJet flight from Gatwick to Budapest was canceled last week, but we didn't receive any notification of the changes either from Expedia or EasyJet. We, along with Robert and Cathy MacMillan, had a hotel booked in Budapest through Expedia, arranged by our travel agent Lisa Casey. Unfortunately, we couldn't secure a flight out of Gatwick today.
