I have consistently used Evernote on my iPhone, Mac, and iPad. Recently, the Evernote icon disappeared from my iPhone's home screen. I re-downloaded the app and attempted to sign in, but it's treating me like a new user. Evernote is functioning correctly on my laptop and iPad; however, I heavily rely on it on my iPhone. I need the app to work on my iPhone like it did before. Could someone assist me in restoring my Evernote on my iPhone to its previous state, matching how it currently operates on my Mac laptop and iPad? Thank you.

I have been using Evernote for years on my iPhone, iPad, and Mac laptop. My primary usage is on the iPhone. Recently, the Evernote icon disappeared from my iPhone home screen. I have tried multiple times to reinstall the app and sign back in, but it keeps treating me as a new user. Evernote functions properly on my laptop and iPad. I'd like to switch from my Personal subscription to the free version due to financial constraints. I have a couple of questions: 1. Will any of my data be deleted, and can I still access it within the two-device limit? 2. If I cancel within 60 days of my annual renewal on August 10, [redacted], am I eligible for a prorated refund? The refund policy seems to conflict as "refunds" suggest I would get one, but "cancellations" state that my subscription would continue until 8/10/[redacted], switching to a free account without a refund. Can you please clarify this for me? Thank you.

Учитывая повышение цен на пакет, я рассматриваю переход на Plus, но помимо заметок я также использую блокноты для их группировки. Можно ли перейти с Premium на Plus и сохранить объем блокнотов? I noticed that I was charged $[redacted].99 for my Evernote Personal annual subscription renewal on September 25th, [redacted], whereas I had previously paid $69.99 for the same service. Despite canceling the unwanted renewal immediately, I learned that, per Evernote's policy, I am obligated to keep the subscription at the increased rate for the next year. To address this, I informed my bank of the pending dispute; however, I was advised that I cannot dispute the charge until it has officially posted, which had not occurred at the time of cancellation. I am steadfast in my decision not to pay for the subscription that I no longer want. I intend to pursue the dispute further once the charge has officially posted, unless Evernote reverses the charge before then.

I need assistance with upgrading my Evernote account from Professional to Personal using the 50% off promotion. Despite being a Personal user, I am only able to access the Professional version. I've been a loyal Evernote user since [redacted], but the new annual fee of $[redacted] is too expensive for me, even with the 50% discount, as it is twice the amount I paid last year. Previously, on 11/27/23, I attempted to upgrade to Personal during the Cyber Monday sale, where the 50% discount was applicable. However, due to system issues, I received an error message stating "Upgrade momentarily unavailable. Please try again later" (I have a screenshot as proof).
