I have attempted to upgrade online multiple times, but no payment has been processed from my or my husband's card. I'm having trouble signing into my account linked to my email "[redacted]". I suspect it's because I can't recall my password as I've always been logged in on my phone. Since getting a new phone, I've been locked out of my account. Despite trying to reset my password and requesting emails from Evernote, I haven't received any reset emails in my Windstream inbox.

I upgraded my Plus subscription to Premium in March this year and encountered issues with the app recognizing my upgrade, despite having an iTunes receipt. After communicating with Evernote support, I received [redacted] Evernote points as compensation. However, on June 11th, my subscription reverted to Plus, even though I was charged by iTunes for Premium on June 10th. Currently, iTunes shows both Plus and Premium subscriptions on autorenew, even though I had turned off the autorenew function.
I rely on the app daily and need this issue resolved promptly. I would like my Premium subscription restored, guidance on avoiding similar problems in the future, and instructions on using my points. My email address is [redacted] Please assist as soon as possible. Thank you.

Hello, I am having trouble accessing my Premium Account. It is valid until September [redacted], and my username is CoDunc. I made the payment through Google Play Store with a credit card. Recently, when I uninstalled and reinstalled Evernote on my Android phone, my data disappeared. Despite attempting to change passwords, my information remains inaccessible, and the account now displays a different username and email address. It appears that I have multiple Evernote accounts associated with my emails. I want to regain access to my paid account linked to the original email [redacted], later changed to [redacted] This issue is new as I have smoothly reinstalled Evernote before without encountering such problems. I have tried multiple emails with no success, each revealing different usernames and email addresses. Any assistance from a real person would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help.

I am currently an Evernote Plus User and just noticed that Plus has been eliminated. At my next renewal time, I will be automatically upgraded to Premium. I am unhappy about this change as Premium has features I wouldn't use. I might switch to the Free version or start using Google Drive instead. As a customer for 5 years, I am disappointed in Evernote. The core mission should be about notes, not extra features. I want to talk to someone in a decision-making position to share my disappointment. Thank you.

After spending approximately 5 hours writing notes, I encountered a situation where most of my notes disappeared. When I attempted to revert these changes on the web version of Evernote, I couldn't find a way to do so. I then logged in on my phone and was met with a "Note conflict" message prompting me to view the original note. Unfortunately, upon clicking this option, I received an error message stating "Note Edit Error." The error message advised me to ensure my account is synced and that the note hasn't been deleted. Despite syncing my notes on my phone multiple times and ensuring I am logged into the correct account, I was still unable to access the notes. I even attempted logging out and back in, but to no avail. Any suggestions on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated.

Dear Evernote Team,
I am encountering an issue with the login system. After entering my password, I am prompted to enter a code from Google Authenticator, which is stored on my previous phone. I no longer have access to that device.
When trying to get a verification code, my phone number [+62] [redacted]-[redacted] is no longer active. Additionally, I am unable to locate my backup code. I do remember my password and would appreciate your assistance in accessing my account.
Thank you,
Ihwan

Our department relies on Evernote for our Crisis Management Team Contact List. I have asked team members to download the app, create an account, and share their email addresses with me. I then use the email addresses to share the contact list with them.
After sharing the note, recipients receive an email with a link to the Evernote website. I want to clarify to them that opening this email is not necessary as we are only using the app on mobile devices. However, it's unclear if opening the email is required for the note to appear on their devices.
My concern is whether deleting the initial email from Evernote without opening it will still allow access to the note on their mobile device.
For further communication, I prefer phone contact at [redacted] rather than email.

At the age of 84, I value hard work and preserving things. After a hospital visit in December [redacted], followed by surgery and ongoing medical care, I lost access to my computers and data. Currently, I am setting up a new tower computer with Windows 10. My long-time Evernote account is under the name of [redacted], but Google closed this email due to inactivity. I have now updated it to [redacted] Unfortunately, I cannot recall the password as I make them intentionally hard to remember. Can anyone guide me on how to recover my account? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Following the instructions from an email, I logged out and back in, only to find all my notes and notebooks were missing. I urgently request assistance and would appreciate speaking to a live technician to resolve this matter promptly. This is my second attempt to reach out to Evernote about the problem I encountered. Hello,
I have been utilizing Evernote Plus for my writing needs. Recently, I encountered what seems to be a bug that led to the deletion of important work. Here's what happened: I added audio files to a text note titled "DISS - Artikel - Methode: Habitusanalysen im Vergleich" using Evernote mobile yesterday. Upon returning home, I worked on this note on my computer without realizing it hadn't synced yet. When I noticed this, I synced both my phone and computer, resulting in the loss of the attached audio files. This situation is distressing.
I kindly request the restoration of my note and a resolution to this issue. Thank you for your assistance.

Since the recent update, each time I open Evernote, I am faced with a fatal error message. By clicking cancel, I can start the program, but it fails to return me to my previous work screen. I am prepared to send the log file for further assistance, however, I am unsure of how to attach it here. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

I am unable to access my account. I had been using the free option that allowed me to sync up to 2 devices. However, when I try to select the free option, it is no longer available. The next option, Evernote Plus, is advertised for $2.92/month, but at checkout, the price increases to $3.99/month, which I find too costly for my usage of the app.
I am locked out of all the personal information stored on the app and cannot access any notes without subscribing to the premium service. I feel like my account and data are being held hostage unless I pay more than I am willing to. This situation seems unfair. I believe this issue should be addressed, as it feels like a form of coercion. Perhaps engaging with the Better Business Bureau or sharing this experience on social media would raise awareness. Your assistance is appreciated.

I previously reported this issue but received an irrelevant response. I am experiencing problems with Evernote on my Samsung SM G930V phone. I frequently utilize the voice recognition function for my daily entries. Two issues persist: (1) Certain phrases repeat excessively in one note, and I need to save and delete backward to stop it. (2) When editing a word by deleting incorrect letters and inserting the correct ones, the word sometimes displays the original letters alongside the new ones. I do not encounter these problems with other apps using voice recognition. Please provide guidance on resolving these difficulties.

I recently noticed that some old notes, which are quite important to me, have vanished from my Evernote account. I suspect that an entire notebook may be missing, but I'm not certain about the exact number of notes it contained. Although I have checked the trash, I couldn't find any of the missing notes. Fortunately, I have some of the note content saved in an HTML export from [redacted], but since they are not organized by notebook, I cannot pinpoint everything that's gone. It's crucial that I recover these notes as they are related to an open-source project I was involved in. This is not the first time Evernote has lost my data, and it has left me questioning whether I should continue using the service. I rely on Evernote for a lot of my work data, and the thought of losing any of it is quite concerning to me.

I purchased an annual subscription on October 29 through iTunes and have the receipt to prove it. The payment went through, and I have been charged, but I received a popup saying Evernote couldn't process the request. Since the payment was successfully made through iTunes, I expect Evernote to resolve this issue without directing me to contact iTunes. Despite leaving a detailed voicemail after calling a number listed on GetHuman, I have not received any response from Evernote. This lack of customer service is frustrating, and I am only persisting because I value the product. I insist on receiving the Premium subscription I paid for, which is linked to the contact email I provided.

I've been unable to log in to my premium account since the recent upgrade. Despite sending an email and receiving ticket number [redacted] on 11/9/18, I still can't access my account. Whenever I attempt to log in, I receive an error message saying, "You can not sign in at the moment. I'd appreciate a phone call to assist me in restoring access to my account. Please contact me at [redacted]. Thank you. - L. H.

Dear Evernote Support,
I am writing to seek assistance for my mother, Emma Rachmawati, an Evernote user under the email [redacted] Recently, her iPhone 6 experienced issues and had to be reset, leading to the loss of all her notes. Although we managed to set a new password for her account, the notes remain missing.
Due to her forgetfulness, my mother is unsure which email is linked to her Evernote account, [redacted] or [redacted] It would be greatly appreciated if you could help by verifying both emails to recover the important notes.
We are eagerly awaiting your assistance and response. Thank you for your support.
