I have placed many orders with your company, but each time the packages were partially open when they arrived. After contacting customer service, they accused me of damaging the boxes. I immediately took pictures of the damaged packages upon opening. I demand a replacement for the item that arrived cracked, as it was made of wood and prone to cracking. The way I was treated is unacceptable, and I expect better customer service. Please ensure that the faulty item is replaced promptly and address this issue appropriately.

Hello, I purchased a framed photo from the ETSY website titled "Roger Moore Affiche Acteur James Bond Fumer Affiche Faite à la main Toile Impression Art Mural Décoration intérieure" on March 29, [redacted], for a total of 99.92€ plus delivery charges. However, a month later, I received a demand from Fedex to pay taxes amounting to [redacted].98€, which is completely unreasonable. I am seeking clarification on this issue as I am not prepared to pay a tax that is 90 times higher than the purchase price. This unexpected cost was not mentioned during the purchase, and I am willing to pay a reasonable tax proportional to the item's price. I recently changed my password on my Etsy shop, and when I attempted to log in, I discovered that my entire shop was missing. Instead, the site was prompting me to start a new shop as if I were a new user. My original shop, "Diamonite," seems to have disappeared. Despite reporting this issue and receiving a new password via email, I was unable to access my shop using the new password provided. As a result, my shop remains inaccessible.

Hello, I wanted to bring to your attention that I have received a suspension for alleged property infringement. I was under the impression that the item I listed was permissible for sale. I was informed that the listing was taken down for infringement, but given the lack of a court order within 10 business days, I proceeded to relist the item. As I have not received further communication on this matter, I assumed it was resolved. I have taken steps to rectify any potential miscommunication concerning this product. If this incident is the cause of my suspension, I have removed the product from my shop and ceased its sale. I take pride in running a reputable shop with positive reviews and am committed to adhering to the policies going forward. Please forward to the correct department for assistance with my order. After waiting for 48 hours without being able to open a case, I am seeking help regarding order [redacted] placed on 08-06-[redacted]. The metal frame I received is not labeled correctly and appears bent, causing issues with the design. I have attached pictures for reference. Despite contacting the seller, Luis Dominguez Calderon, I have not received a resolution. I am requesting a replacement metal frame or a refund for the order. I discovered an unauthorized Etsy charge in my bank account on Monday morning. Realizing my account had been hacked, I attempted to stop the charge but couldn't find a contact number. I messaged the vendor, updated my password, and set up a backup confirmation as instructed. Apparently, the hackers changed my email address and possibly other details. I received multiple texts about account changes. Struggling to understand how my account was compromised, I'm now locked out without a way to alert anyone. Fortunately, I printed the order details - Order # [redacted] for ZeeBeauty4u on Aug 22, totaling $86.20. Despite my bank's limitation until the charge clears, I want to prevent the shipment. I'm Leslie Lindsay, reachable at [redacted] It's frustrating not to locate the vendor's contact information for immediate assistance. The ease of account modifications and unchecked address changes are concerning.

My most recent buyer purchased a tea cozy doll from me, claiming it was not an antique and threatening to return it. I agreed to the return but had trouble sending her a return label after canceling the order. To resolve the issue, I sent her $15 via PayPal to cover the return shipping. She mentioned sending it back on Monday, but I haven't received any updates since then. I contacted her today but have yet to hear back. I am unsure how to proceed since she has already been refunded. It has been a challenging experience dealing with her, and I just want to move on with my dignity intact. I even visited her shop, which seemed questionable.

I changed my password during this ordeal and still await resolution to regain full access to my account and complete the coffee table purchase. I have been informed by Etsy that my bank account details need to be updated within 30 days, or my account will face suspension, potentially impacting my ability to receive funds from sales, especially during the busy holiday shopping season. Despite multiple attempts to update my bank account information, I continue to face an error message indicating a mismatch with the information on file. My bank account details have remained unchanged since I first started using Etsy three years ago. So far, my only communication from Etsy has been an automated email with instructions that have not resolved the issue. I seem to have reached an impasse. Can anyone guide me on how to reach a support representative at Etsy for assistance with this matter?

Order number #[redacted]: I purchased an item and received a tracking number. Upon tracking it, I discovered that the package was sent to a different location outside the country. I tried to contact the seller through messenger, but did not receive a response. After contacting FedEx, they confirmed that the tracking number provided did not match my details. I made a purchase for a wooden dog crate from WonderfulWoodenShop on 27 September [redacted] for £[redacted]. I received an email from Etsy stating I was refunded, which I did not request. The seller explained they could not fulfill my order due to funds being held by Etsy. They suggested paying via bank transfer to their son but later mentioned setting up a website. The seller assured me a refund was processed, but I haven't seen it in my bank account. I noticed the seller is no longer active. I am concerned about when I will receive the refund since I used Apple Pay linked to my debit card.

I believe there has been fraudulent activity on my account. Transaction number [redacted] was made using an old Mastercard ending in [redacted], which is no longer valid for me. My email account was also compromised, so I have deleted my online profile. This person has made over $40,[redacted] in unauthorized charges using my email, name, and ID. I have reported this to the FBI and my lawyer. Please investigate how my password was changed without my knowledge and how someone accessed my account. I need this transaction canceled right away. I am frustrated that my shop, new-paisley and sage studio, has been suspended without explanation. I have been tirelessly working to prepare my products for Black Friday, for which I paid to have my listings up. Hello. I canceled order number [redacted] yesterday, and that was successfully processed. I then placed another order, number [redacted], for a similar item. I'm unsure why my second order was canceled as I did not request it. I have sent multiple emails, but it's complicated as I receive responses in English without a French translation. I don't understand why my new order was canceled without my request. I have trouble reading the emails as they are in English, and I can't translate them into French. I recently purchased 2 complete DVD TV series, yet they arrived on a flash drive instead of DVDs. This was unexpected and I have no use for them. When I placed the order, there was no mention of the format change. I contacted Etsy and spoke with a representative named Richard Clark. He assured me he was processing a refund by charging me $1 followed by 12 charges of $11. However, my account was not refunded, and I am frustrated with this misleading process. I simply want a refund for the incorrectly advertised items I purchased.

I purchased an Ultimate 2TB PS2 PlayStation, but upon receiving it, I found that the hard drives C and D were not functioning. I returned the hard drives for repair and have been waiting for over a year without any resolution. I have been in contact with the seller who keeps promising to ship it back, but I have yet to receive anything. I am no longer willing to wait and now demand a full refund of $[redacted].
