Today, between 1:30-3:30, I attempted twice to list an item but encountered problems with formatting and adding the price. I resorted back to the old Etsy.com interface but faced a missing shipping section when trying to publish. I have reached out for support multiple times without any responses, which is quite frustrating. The absence of a seller support line like the buyers' is disappointing. It would be great if you could reinstate this cancelled feature as it worked efficiently during its brief run. Especially during this busy season, sellers cannot afford computer glitches. Yesterday, I attempted to purchase a 1-meter plush toy unicorn from Printeor on Etsy. Despite trying to pay with my daughter's card and following all instructions to update the billing address, the order was declined multiple times. Subsequently, my daughter's bank contacted her to report potential fraudulent activity, prompting her to stop the card. I wish there was a cancellation button available instead of having to deal with the Seller, who might not respond promptly and could pressure me into keeping the purchase. After reviewing the shop's policies, I noticed they do not allow cancellations. Now, I am faced with keeping a deck I don't need and losing the money or having to pay for return shipping to Lithuania. I am frustrated with the lack of customer service options, as there are only automated responses and no real assistance available over the phone. It seems like a bureaucratic runaround, leaving customers feeling trapped. I suggest implementing a cancellation button that remains active for 48 hours to streamline the process and avoid such issues in the future. Additionally, vendors should not have the authority to deny immediate cancellations.

I am puzzled and frustrated with Etsy. I received an email requesting a review for an item I didn't buy, which indicates someone may have used my account unlawfully. I'm already in the process of resolving this issue to get my money back, so why would Etsy ask for a review under these circumstances? Instead of sending review requests, they should focus on refunding my money promptly. It's concerning that they can send these emails asking for feedback but haven't reached out to communicate about this situation using my email address on file.

A customer bought a lotion, but when she received it, she mentioned it wasn't the one she normally uses. I informed her I would send a return label for her to ship it back to me. At the post office, I was told they couldn't provide a return label, so I promptly informed her. I instructed her to send the item back, assuring her I would issue a refund upon receipt. However, she left me a negative review and opened a case, requesting a refund while keeping the product. I stand by my policy of only refunding once I have the product in hand, and no refund will be given if the product has been used.

My Etsy seller account/shop has been suspended and placed into holiday mode. According to Etsy, this action was taken due to overdue orders and open cases. The issues causing these have been resolved; courier delays and customer failure to provide photographs for a custom item have all been addressed.
I urgently need my shop to be re-opened as Christmas is a crucial season for my business. Despite trying to reach out to Etsy, I have not received a response. I am eager for a prompt resolution to this matter.

I submitted this case for my undelivered order. The seller has not resolved the matter even after providing my shipping details. I was unaware a replacement was sent. Please refund me for this item, as the seller is threatening legal action over alleged fraud. Despite this, I have not received the order. I am willing to pay for it upon delivery or return it to the seller.

On October 29th, I placed an order for a pair of Handmade Green & Black Color Genuine Leather And Suede Monk Strap Oxford Shoes for Men in size 10.5 from Leather Admire in Italy. My order number is [redacted], and the tracking number is [redacted]61. Upon receiving the package, I discovered it was not the correct shoes. Instead, I received the Handmade Black Color Pure Calf Leather Rollover Monk Strap Moccasins Loafers Shoes in size 10.5 with the same tracking number. I reached out to Etsy for assistance, but the case was closed on December 7th. I've been in communication with the shop owner, Usama, who claims that FedEx states the package was delivered correctly. However, I have informed him that I received a different pair of shoes. Unfortunately, the shop owner has not been very helpful in resolving the issue. I have requested a refund from him. If anyone has any advice on how to proceed, I would greatly appreciate it.

Last night, I tried to buy a name with a birthstone necklace on Etsy from an Israeli company named Black White Something for $37.00. My initial attempt on my phone and then on my computer both resulted in a message saying that the order was being processed. I double-checked my order for errors. I keep receiving emails from Etsy about my ordered item, a case, priced at US$40.69. The estimated delivery was supposed to be August 5-9, but the case is still in limbo. I received an email from Etsy asking for additional business information, even though I thought I had already provided it when I opened my store. I submitted the required documents to prove my ownership and business existence. However, Etsy has currently locked my store, making it appear "on vacation" to my customers, resulting in lost sales. Unfortunately, I am unable to contact Etsy to inquire about the status of my uploaded items. Among the documents I submitted are a letter from the IRS with my EIN, business registration from the state of Utah, and a Certificate of Organization from Utah. Despite this, Etsy mentioned my name is missing from the Certificate of Existence. Etsy now holds three official documents confirming my business's existence and my ownership, but I am unsure of what further information they require.
