I have attempted to contact Embassy Suites for three consecutive days using the listed number, [redacted]. Each call lasted 20-30 minutes without connecting to a representative. I discovered an alternate number, [redacted], but the automated message indicated a wait time of "OVER ONE HOUR." Utilizing their "call me" feature resulted in an immediate call back. However, after waiting on hold for 40 minutes with no response, I had to hang up. Multiple attempts to reach them via email were also unanswered. Despite filing a complaint online, I only received an automated email promising a response within three days. It seems that the information on your website may be misleading, as it claims a three-minute wait time for a human representative, which has not been my experience during these frustrating attempts to contact Embassy Suites.

It has been more than an hour since I requested some toilet paper and a fan due to the controlled A.C. settings in my room, which I prefer lower than 73. I expect better service as a customer to have control over the room temperature. After waiting for over an hour for an employee to deliver my requests, I had to go to the front desk myself, already needing a shower. The front desk attendant refused my request, saying I had to wait for the houseman to bring them. She didn't apologize, gave me an attitude, and told me to wait, which is frustrating after paying almost $[redacted] for a 2-day stay.
