I am dissatisfied because the matches I received are not meeting my expectations and do not feel like an "Elite" service as advertised. I would like a refund for the two additional months I did not intend to purchase. I also find it challenging to communicate with customer service. Hello, my name is Chasity, and I signed up for a year membership on July 2. My membership was paid in full with a Mastercard ending in [redacted]. Your company was offering a discount on the package I selected. Now, it suggests upgrading to a premium membership. I have not even been on here for 30 days and cannot utilize any of the services I paid for in full. The service agreement indicated it would be a monthly fee of $15 plus tax. However, the entire year's membership fee was charged in one lump sum. I do not want to pay any more money for this service.

I signed up for this service in September [redacted]. There has been no activity on my account since November, with no messages sent. I was recently charged $89.70 by Sparks Gmbh, which I initially didn't recognize. I stopped the auto-draft and canceled my Elite Singles account. My account has been inactive since November [redacted], with no logins or messages sent. I did not authorize this charge and expected a refund after taking these steps. Despite disputing the charge through PayPal, I have not received a refund. Please investigate this matter, as the service has not been used since November [redacted]. Thank you.

I have been informed that all my matches have been instructed to cease communication with me without explanation. I have been romantically involved with someone from the website, and she is worried about the message she received. This is the second time this has happened, and when I reached out, I was informed that my account was compromised due to hacking. I find this situation unbelievable. Could you please request for the site to get in touch with me? It appears that the platform is working against its actual purpose. I am D Michael L., MD, known for my impeccable reputation, and I believe they should be held accountable for the insufficient protection of user profiles. My girlfriend Polly is extremely distressed, and this is causing her significant anxiety. Elite Singles is not a reliable platform. Prompt communication from them is necessary; otherwise, I may have to take legal steps to safeguard my interests. I need to clarify that I am a member of Silver Singles, not Elite Singles, though I understand they are part of the same corporate entity.

I am frustrated with this website. I am requesting a refund due to the complex process and poor picture quality when uploading. In addition, I have issues logging in to check or send messages. After trying to reset my passcode with no success, I did not receive any email to create a new one. I would like a refund for this unsatisfactory experience.

I want to report an individual named Joe Gardner from EliteSingles.com. He engaged in fraudulent behavior, asking for money under false pretenses through text and phone calls. He requested $[redacted] to be sent via MoneyGram to his relative, Cathy Davis-Hensley, who has a history of fraudulent activities. I discovered her arrest record for obtaining money through deceitful means. I urge the site to take action, report Joe Gardner to the fraud department, and block his profile to prevent him from victimizing others. I recently received an email from Elite Singles informing me that someone had stolen my profile and pictures. After reaching out to a few individuals via email explaining the situation, EliteSingles has unexpectedly shut down my account, suspecting me as the culprit. To add to my troubles, I am now receiving notifications from OurTime.com, claiming I have paid $[redacted].00 for a 2-year subscription and requesting me to log in, which I am unable to do as it seems the scammers have set up something on that platform as well. I reported all of this to EliteSingles yesterday, but I am currently struggling to get in touch with their customer service team. I am in desperate need of assistance regarding this matter.

I am experiencing a serious issue with my membership at Elite dating site. I joined in August [redacted] but was dissatisfied with the quality of members. On my profile (Edward W., [redacted]), I condensed one of my responses to the "passions" questions that was previously accepted. It seemed to meet the brevity guidelines. However, after editing to shorten it even more by removing words, I exceeded the character limit for my response. Can this be addressed? I haven't utilized your service in over two years, and possibly even longer. However, I noticed that you are still deducting £[redacted] via direct debit. I have attempted to access my account to cancel my subscription, but unfortunately, I relocated two years ago and have misplaced my documentation. If you review your records, you will see that I have not utilized the service and do not plan to do so in the future. Therefore, kindly cancel my subscription and cease the £[redacted] deduction. I recently signed up for what I believed was a free membership with Elite Singles. However, I was immediately charged $[redacted] on my debit card without agreeing to any payment. I registered on November 1st, [redacted], and canceled the premium membership that was supposed to be free on November 3rd, [redacted]. Despite the hefty charge, the service I received for 48 hours did not even work properly. They insist the only way to seek a refund is by contacting their customer service through a form, but navigating to this form on their website is challenging. My Elite Singles code is US_[redacted]3. 1. I am having trouble accessing EliteSingles as my password keeps locking, which began after I dropped my iPhone 6s and got a replacement via Verizon insurance. 2. Despite expecting professional men on the site, I am mainly matched with truck drivers. 3. I specifically prefer African American men but keep receiving matches with white men, which is frustrating. 4. My request to only see profiles with pictures is not being met, and it is disappointing. 5. I signed up for a 12-month Premium subscription and made the payment through PayPal on 11/6/19. However, I am disappointed as the photos of single women are still blurred despite upgrading. Moreover, when I view my profile, I only see a picture without any additional details such as a screen name. My experience with Premium has not met my expectations. If this issue cannot be rectified, I kindly request a refund for the Premium fee. I enjoy using the site but am unhappy with the lack of benefits from the Premium upgrade. I am not a member of Elite Singles, but I filled out a form once, so I receive suggestions and comments I cannot view. I need to address a serious issue. I was scammed out of $7,[redacted] and a $13,[redacted] vehicle by someone I met on a different dating service who was recommended as a match by Elite Singles. This individual lied about everything, even to Judge Judy, claiming he had a girlfriend while getting engaged to me. I discovered his deceitful ways during our time together when we appeared on the show to try to recover my losses. He is using your platform to scam unsuspecting women. I managed to have his profile removed from the other dating site but now appeal to you to do the same. If you could remove his profile, I would greatly appreciate it. I am willing to provide you with his name if needed. Seeing his profile with a different persona than reality sickens me, and I just want to protect other women from falling victim to his schemes. I hope you can take action to prevent this nightmare for one of your customers. Thank you for considering my request.

I'm having trouble accessing the matches on the site. They don't appear with their pictures even though I specified that I only want matches with pictures. Not being able to see them is frustrating since matches are being chosen for me. The site has been problematic for me since I signed up, and it's not user-friendly.
