I have been attempting to reach Easyjet through various channels without success. My account has been compromised, and I am unable to access my booking for a September flight due to a changed email address. I did not receive a confirmation email for a ticket purchased in February until my account was hacked. I was debited £87.39 by Easyjet on February 4th for the ticket. The flight details are as follows: -Thursday, September 10th, 14:00 Flight EZY2033, seat 2A, from Luton to Bordeaux -Wednesday, September 16th, 17:10 Flight EZY2034, seat 2A, from Bordeaux to Luton I urgently need assistance, as I am unable to access my booking or check-in for the flight. Your prompt response is greatly appreciated as I have been trying to resolve this issue for months. Kindly provide me with the confirmation email and help me regain access to my account.

Regarding reference number [redacted]23 for one-way flights to Ibiza in June, initially planned for a special birthday celebration on June 5 with a group of 15, the trip was canceled due to Covid. EasyJet advised a refund could take up to a year, so we reluctantly opted for a credit voucher. However, EasyJet's promise of simplicity and good customer service did not materialize. It took me a frustrating 3-hour phone call just to obtain the credit voucher. EasyJet's insistence on phone bookings instead of online added to the stress, especially with the extended hold time and uncertainty of still being connected after the music stopped. The flight prices I was aiming to book kept increasing rapidly while on hold, causing further anxiety. Multiple attempts to contact EasyJet via social media went unanswered. As a group booking for a significant event, this experience has been immensely disappointing and upsetting. I hope to resolve this by securing flights at the prices available this morning using our voucher. Currently, I have been on hold for an unacceptable 4 hours, which is incredibly frustrating given the circumstances. Booking online would have been preferred, but EasyJet did not allow this. I am seeking to reschedule my flights from August [redacted] to May [redacted]. Since they were previously changed because of Covid-19, we now believe it's more suitable to switch them to next year. Despite navigating through the process, I am being charged the full fare for the new flights. The original cost was £[redacted], and I anticipate no extra charges for the new dates. I have a trip planned to Cyprus on Wednesday, July 22nd, but my holiday was canceled due to the quarantine regulations imposed on UK nationals. The holiday company advised me to contact the airline directly, but I have been unsuccessful in reaching them. I've been attempting to call easyJet since Monday, waiting on hold for over three hours each time without success. The issue is that even though my flight hasn't been canceled, the booking system is trying to charge me £32 per person for changing the flight, totaling £[redacted] for 8 people. I am aware that there should be no charges if changes are made more than 14 days before the flight, but my holiday was canceled just 9 days prior to departure. I am willing to pay any additional costs for changing the flight to the same week next year, but I require urgent assistance from easyJet.

On July 14th, Easyjet notified me about the cancellation of our return flight from Paphos to Edinburgh (EZY6946). Our booking reference is K1BN1ZQ. Following the FCO advice stating that passengers who have been in the UK for the past 14 days cannot enter Cyprus, it seems we won't be able to go on our holiday and will need a full refund. Rebooking another flight is not feasible for us. I've been attempting to reach your customer service department via phone daily without success. The longest I waited on hold was 3 hours and 14 minutes! It's crucial to me that this issue is resolved promptly since our departure is scheduled for Saturday, July 25th. Hello everyone, I have a concern about my Easy Jet flight with ref. no K18PV5V, EZY8994 from London Gatwick to Prague. I have been waiting for three hours to speak with someone with no success. I am concerned that my flight from Gatwick to Krakow on 13/08/[redacted] may be cancelled. Last November, we made reservations for nine flights from Gatwick to Split in Croatia, totaling approximately £[redacted]. Due to the ongoing uncertainty surrounding travel during the Covid-19 pandemic, we have been closely monitoring the situation. Recently, we found that it seems likely we can proceed with our trip and decided to check the flight status with EasyJet. The flight appeared to be only half full, but the cost has now increased to around £[redacted]. We contacted EasyJet hoping for a reasonable solution, potentially in the form of vouchers or credit for the price difference, but unfortunately, after a two-hour wait on the phone, we were informed that our only option was to purchase new flights and then rebook the existing ones to a different destination within a short time frame, which is not feasible for us. This would result in a significant financial loss of £[redacted] without any alternatives offered, such as coupons or a refund. We were left puzzled by the lack of explanation or assistance provided by the customer service representative.

I had a flight cancelled in June and requested a refund. I received an email on 15/07/20 confirming the refund for my seat bookings appeared on my card after 5 days; however, I have yet to receive the refund for the flights and am unsure about the Visa it was supposed to be returned to. I've been trying to contact you by phone, but have been on hold for an hour without success. I simply want to locate my owed money. I understand the challenges due to covid-19, but the customer service experience is not ideal. I received an email a few weeks ago informing me that our outbound flight on 26 July was canceled. I have already requested a refund for this. However, I received another email yesterday mentioning it's almost time to fly, but the flight is canceled, and this is also reflected on your website. It seems like this email was sent in error. Additionally, I am wondering when I can request a refund for the return flight, which is not canceled yet. Since we can't reach Sardinia without the outbound flight and couldn't change due to pre-booked accommodation, a refund is necessary. My daughters are in the same situation and have also requested refunds for their canceled outbound flights. Their reference numbers are K1B6ZPF and K1B5CMK for Conroy and Heath. I made a reservation for my wife and me through Expedia on EasyJet for a flight from Paris Orly to Rome on July 27. We received an email from EasyJet notifying us that our flight was canceled and we were placed on a different one. Due to the difficulties of calling from the USA and the extended waiting times (up to 2-3 hours), we are seeking options for a voucher or refund. Considering the current travel restrictions from the USA to Europe, a voucher for future travel would be preferable, with a validity date as far out as possible due to uncertain circumstances related to the pandemic.
