I would like President Pitaro to clarify why the United States National Anthem will not be played on Monday Night Football. The corporate board owes the American public an explanation for this decision. Many sports bars, including mine, will be canceling our ESPN subscriptions if the National Anthem is not shown on our TVs. My friends in different states share this sentiment and will also be canceling their subscriptions. President Pitaro should be accountable, and the board must ensure the National Anthem is played on Monday Night Football. Patriotism, respect, and honoring the men and women who fought for our rights are all reasons why playing our National Anthem is vital in sports. ESPN needs to take action against Pitaro for neglecting such an important tradition. Let's unite as American sports fans and support our country's sports venues by demanding the National Anthem be played before games.

I have reached my limit with the sexist behavior displayed by the USTA, and I am urging ESPN to cut ties with this event. During this tournament, a female player was reprimanded for a quick outfit change, while Djokovic sat shirtless on the court without consequence. This double standard is unacceptable. Moreover, the official made a sexist and racist attack on the most significant women's tennis player worldwide. His disrespectful behavior and unequal officiating towards female players are troubling. The actions of Carlos Ramos overshadowed the women's final and disrespected the players. I believe the USTA should issue an apology promptly, or I will reconsider my support for their events. ESPN should evaluate their involvement in such events and consider more lucrative options for the future. Thank you.

As a tennis enthusiast, I have a concern about the coverage on the tennis channel. I believe the focus on Chris Fowler is leading me to consider switching channels. I feel that former tennis players should be given more airtime for their valuable insights. Chris Fowler's commentary style, talking loudly, overriding other commentators, and even speaking during crucial points, is quite bothersome. I sincerely believe that his role should be reconsidered, possibly moving him back to College Football. It would greatly enhance the viewers' experience to have more knowledgeable and relevant commentators, ideally former tennis players. It is my hope that changes can be made to ensure better coverage and commentary for tennis matches.

The new fantasy pages aren't meeting expectations. I've raised concerns about the hockey section since the season started, but no improvements have been made. The basketball league is experiencing similar issues. There's a lack of information regarding the number of games per week, making it challenging to set lineups effectively. The layout is inefficient, with columns taking up too much space, causing the need to scroll horizontally to view all player stats. Additionally, accessing the fantasy pages slows down my browser considerably compared to other sites. I urge you to revert to the old format as the recent changes have made the platform more cumbersome, a sentiment shared by all my league members.

I downloaded the free trial to watch the Clemson vs. Alabama game but couldn't access it. I canceled my trial on January 9th and was still charged $5.34 on January 13th. The charge appeared as [redacted] on my bank statement. I want my $5.34 refunded. Dealing with the app issues for two hours trying to watch the game was frustrating. I'm displeased with having to go through the process of getting my refund. I find it unfair that customer info is kept after cancellation. This practice feels deceptive. It seems like a setup for users to unknowingly transition into paying customers. This whole situation is unacceptable. I expect better business practices, especially as a single parent. Your company should uphold better standards and respect its customers.

I signed up for the ESPN+ 7-day free trial on January 19. Upon realizing it wasn't for me, I followed the steps to cancel my subscription via the My Subscriptions feature on the ESPN app. Despite receiving confirmation that my subscription was cancelled, I was charged $4.99 on January 28. When I contacted customer service, the representative informed me my subscription was still active, despite my earlier cancellation. After explaining my preference for watching events on network TV rather than streaming, the representative eventually cancelled my subscription. However, he declined to refund the $4.99 due to the no refund policy, suggesting I use the subscription for the remaining period. Unhappy with this experience, I would like a refund. The situation has left me feeling misled and frustrated by the tactics employed to retain subscribers.

Dear Madam/Sir, I am a Brazilian citizen who watches ESPN and ESPN2 through the provider "Sky TV Brasil." I enjoy watching Grand Slam tennis tournaments, NBA games, American football, and the Olympic Games. However, I have noticed that during these events, the audio is in Portuguese, despite setting my TV language to English. After contacting Sky TV, they attributed this issue to ESPN, claiming that the programs are being sent to them in Portuguese. It is frustrating to listen to the Brazilian commentators, especially during tennis matches, NBA games, and the Olympic events. I find it disheartening that I cannot enjoy the original English audio commentary. Interestingly, the Brazilian narrators excel in American football broadcasts, where I can listen to the original audio. I urge ESPN to consider providing the option for Brazilian sports fans to listen to the original audio. It is also concerning that ESPN's agency in Brazil lacks a customer service email contact. I had to call them to obtain an email address (Lucas Diniz at 11 3[redacted]). For further discussions on this matter, please feel free to contact me at +1 55 18 99[redacted]. Thank you in advance, Sincerely, Carlos Flechtmann

I recently started a league and want to add some custom scoring options that are not currently available. I'm interested in including sixty plus-yard field goals, defensive turnover fractional points, and creating my own custom scoring options for defense and yards allowed. I also had the idea of incorporating a bye week position, although that's more of a secondary consideration. I would appreciate it if you could reach out to me so we can discuss how to implement these changes. Thank you.

I had two ESPN accounts. I deleted the newest one linked to my email [redacted] The account I want to keep has my fantasy football accounts and is linked to [redacted] After deleting the new account, I tried to update the old one with the new email, but it says the new email is still connected to an ESPN account. Why is this happening and how can I resolve it?

I watched the prelim fight on Saturday night where they offered the [redacted] fights and 12 months of ESPN Plus for $79.99. After following the instructions and creating an account, I did not receive access to the fights or ESPN Plus, but $87.00 was charged from my bank account. I attempted to redeem the offer multiple times, as did my daughter, with no success. I am seeking a refund of the $87.00 as I intended to subscribe to ESPN Plus monthly. My wife is unwell, and we need the money back. Please assist me in resolving this issue. You can reach me at [redacted] or 1[redacted]. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Thank you for your assistance. Sincerely, Garry B.

I am curious why politics have been brought into sports broadcasting. Sports should unite us, not divide us. However, ESPN seems to have taken a side in the political divide of our country. I used to watch your shows regularly, but now ESPN appears to mock and insult those with differing views. How does ridiculing half of the nation align with your business model? ESPN has a broad audience to share your opinions, whereas I do not. Who decides which political views are right and which are wrong? It feels like ESPN prefers confrontation over unity. As a former Air Force captain, I defend your right to free speech, but I believe sports should unite us. It's disappointing to see ESPN disregarding a large part of our country. Despite our differences, let's agree that this is a great country. Can ESPN serve as a unifying force in sports, or do they only cater to one political perspective? I challenge ESPN to promote change and unity. Will ESPN be courageous enough to do so? -Russ C. PO Box [redacted] Newport, Oregon [redacted]

Last night, while enjoying the Cards and Brewers game on Monday Night Baseball, I was dismayed to witness inappropriate content aired. This incident occurred during a time when children were likely watching, which is unacceptable. I believe it is essential to address this issue with the responsible parties. The previous political commentary has already alienated many viewers, and this recent event could result in further loss of audience. In my opinion, the producer responsible for allowing such content should be dismissed immediately. I must clarify that I am not overly conservative, but the displayed imagery was completely uncalled for and crosses a line. I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss my concerns with a representative. I have been a loyal viewer for a significant period, but recent incidents are making me reconsider my viewership. I sincerely hope that this matter will be taken seriously and addressed promptly. Thank you for your attention to this important issue. -Rick H.

The Fantasy Baseball team interface is currently experiencing issues. In one league, I encountered a problem when trying to add a player and drop a corresponding player, as the page displayed blanks and prevented further actions. In another league, I successfully added a player by first dropping someone, but my team roster remains unchanged. It seems like this issue is affecting all users. I believe the software needs fixing as I don't have access to the source code. Despite mentioning this problem, it doesn't appear on the list of reported complaints. I am unable to receive text messages on my cell phone, so I'm wondering if someone will contact me via email or landline regarding this matter.

I signed up for ESPN+ on September 20, and my bank account was charged accordingly. I wanted to watch the West Virginia versus Kansas game on my smart TV through the web browser. Everything was working fine until a commercial interrupted the stream, and I couldn't resume watching. Despite my attempts to reload the game, I kept being prompted to subscribe and pay again whenever I tried to access it. I managed to watch other games without any issues. I reached out for help at halftime, but I have not received any assistance yet. This morning, when I tried to watch a replay, I encountered the same problem. Now I can't access any ESPN+ content without being asked to subscribe and pay again. I'm disappointed in the service, especially since several upcoming games I want to watch are scheduled to be streamed through ESPN+. I truly hope this issue can be resolved promptly. -KJ [redacted] Zip code: [redacted] Provider: Suddenlink

Hello. When we had cable, we enjoyed watching SEC Network on Spectrum and through the ESPN app. After switching to Spectrum Choice streaming, we were under the impression we could still access SEC Network on the ESPN app as per information provided by multiple Spectrum agents. However, upon trying to access SEC Network, we were informed we were considered "out of market" and needed a cable box to watch it. One Spectrum agent explained the situation but was unable to answer further inquiries, advising me to contact ESPN/SECN for clarification. I am puzzled as to why we were considered "in market" while on cable but now deemed "out of market" on streaming. This situation seems unfair, and I urge a reconsideration to allow users like me in Bakersfield, CA, to access SECN through the ESPN app as we did before. I hope for a prompt resolution before the college basketball season begins. Thank you, Jackie M. [redacted] Ringwood St Bakersfield, CA [redacted] [redacted]

Hi, I participate in a 12-team PPR league on ESPN. I have a query about trades and the waiver order. In this league, the settings read "reverse standings reset each week." A trade occurred on a Sunday evening and another on a Monday evening. I noticed that the waiver order changed for the two teams that engaged in the Monday trade, moving them to waiver positions 11 and 12. Strangely, there was no impact on the waiver order for the Sunday trade participants. Both trades were processed Monday evening through league votes, and the waiver order shift happened the following Tuesday evening, with waivers being executed Wednesday morning. I checked the rule settings but found no mention of this waiver change, and there were no specific house rules in place for such adjustments. Could you please explain how and why the waiver order was altered for the two teams? Thank you for your help. -Bill

Around 2 weeks ago, I contacted customer service regarding a refund for the annual fee I was charged for ESPN Plus in July. Despite canceling my account as advised by a previous representative, the promised refund did not reflect in my account. The representative I spoke to 2 weeks ago assured me they would investigate the matter and follow up with me, but unfortunately, I have not received any updates. I am requesting prompt communication via email and the refund that was initially promised to me.

I have been trying to obtain a refund for a UFC fight that I purchased but was unable to stream. It has been over a month since I requested the refund. Despite receiving a case number email on September 9, stating that it would take 5 to 10 business days, I have not yet been refunded. I have contacted customer service multiple times and submitted several tickets as advised by the representatives. However, I have not received any follow-up calls regarding my refund from ESPN. I am eager to speak with a responsible representative to address this ongoing issue. Thank you.
