Dear Sir/Ms,
This past weekend, I attended a funeral at Arlington Cemetery (July 28-30) and forgot my Virginia EZ Pass transponder in my car. I believed my Florida SUN Pass would cover the tolls, but now I know it's not valid in Virginia.
The Florida license plate is JEPL38 on a [redacted] Genesis G90. To avoid heavy fines for not having the EZ Pass displayed, I want to pay what I owe promptly.
How can I settle this matter?
