Hello,
I bought a Duracell power bank around six months ago. I haven't used it much until recently due to some power outages. It was working fine until today when it suddenly stopped charging my iPhone/iPad. I've tried using both the USB-C and regular USB outputs, but neither of them seem to work. I also checked my cables by using them with other power sources, and they work fine. The power bank is in good condition and hasn't been dropped. I tried resetting it by holding down the button, but that didn't help.
Amazon suggested I reach out to you since it's still under the manufacturer's warranty. Could you please repair my power bank or provide a replacement?
Best regards,

Hello, I am Hayward Sheppard from Northern Rockies Fire Rescue in Ft. Nelson, BC, Canada. We utilize "Scott" Self Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) in our operations. In December [redacted], during our routine SCBA daily testing, several of our packs failed. Upon changing the batteries, we observed battery leakage and subsequent corrosion in the battery compartment, affecting the pass alert system. After discovering similar issues in other packs, we replaced batteries in all SCBA units, finding leakage in almost all batteries but still usable. The affected batteries were Procell and Duralock Duracell, with expiration dates of Mar and Dec [redacted] and Mar [redacted]. We replaced a total of [redacted] batteries, with 3 packs remaining out of service. Despite efforts with Brogan Safety, the Scott SCBA supplier, the manufacturer declined to cover repairs from battery leakage. We are seeking Duracell's assistance in covering repair costs for the currently out-of-service packs and any future repairs related to battery leakage, as well as reimbursement for the replacement batteries.

Hello,
I wanted to share my recent experience with Duracell products. As a performing musician, I rely on Duracell batteries for my gear. Recently, I purchased a 3 pack of 9V Quantum batteries. While changing batteries in my instruments, I noticed my main guitar wasn't working despite correct polarity. When I went to remove the battery, it was extremely hot. After replacing it with a new one from the pack, everything worked perfectly. I'm grateful nothing was damaged, and I wanted to bring this to your attention for quality assurance purposes. I have kept the problematic battery if you need to inspect it.
Thank you,
William A.

After my grandfather used a Duracell size 10 hearing aid battery, he experienced a burning sensation, prompting us to seek medical attention. The ER treated his burned skin caused by the hot hearing aid. Upon testing a different battery brand, we discovered that the Duracell battery likely caused the issue. Although we don't expect Duracell to cover the ER costs, we kindly ask for a refund of the $56 spent on the faulty batteries. This incident has made us hesitant to use Duracell batteries again due to safety concerns. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I have a Duracell [redacted] flashlight that I got as a package deal with Lite and Duracell batteries from possibly Costco or Sam's Club. When I attempted to use it a few months ago for the first time, it didn't work. I discovered that the batteries had leaked all over the battery holder and parts of the light, particularly near the bulb. I cleaned the corrosion from the battery holder and its terminals, but I need assistance removing the end of the flashlight containing the lens, bulb, circuitry, and contact without causing damage. I need to clean the acid and corrosion from the tube and contacts. Any guidance on this matter would be highly appreciated. Thank you, David R.

Hello, I recently bought a 4-pack of Duracell CR20232 batteries for my bathroom scales. The expiry date printed on the batteries is from November [redacted] to November [redacted]. Usually, a battery lasts me about 12 months, but these four batteries were depleted within two and a half weeks, with the fourth one now showing as dead. I doubt this is the typical lifespan of Duracell products, and I'm concerned I may have bought a defective batch. I don't have a receipt, but I am wondering if there have been other complaints about batteries produced around this time.
