I am experiencing an issue with the Duolingo English Test. I have taken it twice and had to repeat it. The most recent attempt was on Friday, the 22nd, where it was noted that I looked away from the computer during the speaking portion. I did not commit plagiarism and require an urgent resolution as I am anxious about the exam results. Additionally, I had to pay for the test twice. There is a deadline for submission, and I have thoroughly prepared for it.

On September 23, [redacted], I noticed that Alipay deducted $[redacted] in fees automatically. However, after the payment, the interface did not update, and I am unable to access the paid items. When I try to click on the relevant page, it still asks for additional payment, offering two options: family package and personal package (for learning and operating using an Honor mobile phone). My username on Duolingo is wx.182330bd3efa5, and the name on the account is Duo. I kindly request a refund to be processed promptly!

After around two months of using Duo, I decided to try the two-week free trial of Super Duolingo since the message kept appearing, stating it would notify me a few days before the trial ended. This morning, I woke up to find £59.99 debited from my account without any prior warning of the trial ending. I am unable to bear this charge currently due to personal reasons and would appreciate a refund. I have already canceled my subscription as initially planned.

I've encountered an issue with Duolingo where I've been blocked from continuing my Spanish lessons because I'm being prompted to upgrade to a paid subscription after a 2-week free trial. I have been using the free, ad-supported version for the past 4 years and would like to continue with that. The new points system is causing me frustration as mistakes deplete my points, hindering my learning progress. I would appreciate any guidance on how to revert to the free version and disable the point system.

I own an iPhone and 2 iPads, one of which is new. I need assistance in syncing Duolingo across all three devices as it's not happening automatically. Moreover, I recently renewed my account and paid the service fee, but my old iPad is prompting me to renew again, even though I just did so a month ago. I signed up for the free trial program and forgot to cancel the subscription. $[redacted].99 was deducted, and Apple confirmed that the refund was processed, but the bank transferred the amount to you, saying it's in your favor. I checked the program and saw my subscription was already canceled. I haven't used it at all. The money should be refunded in full as it was taken without using the service. Hello Duolingo, this is Natacha Gonzalez writing from Venezuela. I was removed from the obsidian league because I didn't practice for 2 days. I've been very sick with a bad cold and fever, confined to my bed. I had a streak of over [redacted] days, and I always make an effort to practice, even if it's just for five minutes before work. Unfortunately, due to my illness, I haven't been able to get out of bed to do so.

I am currently on a Duolingo trial (which ends soon) and I am stuck in the 'Daily Refresh' section. I completed the six lessons this morning but cannot navigate back to the main path. I have attempted signing out and back in, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and restarting my phone, but none of these solutions have worked. Despite many others experiencing the same problem, I cannot find any fixes online. How can I contact Duolingo to cancel my upcoming subscription? I will not pay for an app that does not function properly or for a service provider that does not offer support.

I am experiencing issues logging into my account from both my phone and iPad. Initially logged in on my phone, I was logged out when I accessed my account from my iPad at the start of June, and have been unable to log back in. Recently, the same issue occurred when I tried to log in from my laptop, and I can't access my account from my iPad after successfully logging in from the laptop. Currently, I am logged out from my laptop. Upon attempting to log in from either mobile device, I receive an error message stating "We couldn't log you in. Try signing in again later." Despite deleting and reinstalling the app multiple times, I have not resolved the problem. My main priority is to regain access to my account from my phone.

Lately, I've been encountering an ongoing problem with the Hebrew language program where it keeps marking my answers as incorrect even when they match the provided answer. This has been happening more frequently, causing frustration as I spend a lot of time attempting to fix it. Yesterday, I also faced a sudden and significant increase in the XP required to maintain my Diamond level membership. The time I wasted on rectifying correct answers further set me back, making it challenging to keep up with the group.

I paid about 30 dollars for this offer and later realized it was a scam. I am reaching out to inquire if you have proper oversight of the advertisers featured on your platform. Hello, last Friday when I opened my Duolingo app, a popup asked if I wanted to try the "0,00$" Super Duolingo for 14 days. Since it was free, I signed up for the trial. To my surprise, $[redacted].96 was deducted from my bank account for a year's subscription. I couldn't afford this unexpected charge as it was meant for groceries. Upset, I immediately canceled my subscription to prevent further charges, but I have not received a refund. Today, when I opened the app, it seems I never actually paid for the Super Duolingo. I feel frustrated as if I threw my money away. I would appreciate a prompt resolution.

Last night, I tried to use Duolingo for a quick session but encountered a message indicating the site was undergoing maintenance. The entire website was inaccessible with this notification. There was an apology acknowledging that the issue was not caused by me as a user and that my login streak would be preserved. However, when I logged in after midnight, my streak was lost. I am frustrated by this misinformation. If my streak is not restored, I will delete my Duolingo account tomorrow due to the lack of accountability and negligence displayed.

I've heard that your Welsh program might stop updating soon. As a 10-year-old from Wales, I'm trying to learn the language to help revive it. The Welsh government is making efforts, but my school doesn't teach enough. If updates cease, the content will become outdated as the language evolves. I may need to leave a negative review and urge others to do the same if updates are halted.

I prefer a stress-free learning environment without competitions or rankings. Is there a way to proceed without engaging in social aspects on this platform? I value focusing on my work over maintaining personal connections while using Duolingo for Spanish as a hobby. If changes can't be made, I will terminate my membership in early December [redacted]. I recently reinstalled the Super Duolingo app after my phone was repaired. Although my progress in the app was saved, my subscription is not being recognized. Following the FAQ instructions, I tried tapping on the hearts to access options, but when I select 'Unlimited Hearts,' I receive an error message stating "Can't connect to Google Play Store." I have been unsuccessful in contacting Duolingo directly, and the solutions provided do not address this specific issue.
