I am in the process of deleting my account on Duolingo, but I haven't received the confirmation email necessary to proceed. Despite checking my inbox and spam folder regularly, the email is nowhere to be found. I've attempted to seek assistance on their help forum multiple times, but to no avail. There seems to be no direct email address to contact their support team for help. I have been trying to delete my account for many months with no success. Instead of receiving the confirmation email, Duolingo has started sending emails only regarding the discussions I had been involved in.

I am currently enrolled in the French for English speakers course and had completed half of the lessons between checkpoint 1 and 2. On a whim, I attempted the checkpoint 2 test and surprisingly passed it. Unfortunately, this action has caused all the lessons between checkpoints 1 and 2 that I had not yet unlocked to revert to level 1. I would like to request a reset for the specific lessons mentioned below back to their locked state, including the checkpoint 2 test and the two initial lessons following it.
Could you please reset the lessons below Travel 3, including Travel 3, to locked status (level 0)? Kindly ensure that only these specific lessons are reset, without affecting any other parts of my Duolingo progress. Thank you for your assistance.

I believe I was unexpectedly charged for a subscription fee. Initially, I only intended to use the 7-day free trial and assumed it would end without any charges. After receiving a text notification from my bank regarding a transaction on 15-10-[redacted] at ITUNES.COM/BILL for £75.99, I realized the subscription was charged to my Lloyds Debit card ending in [redacted]. I promptly cancelled the subscription upon noticing the charge. I am concerned about whether the payment has gone through and if a refund is possible as I am unable to afford this charge. Hello, I am seeking assistance to restore my streak on Duolingo. I missed a day due to being ill and hospitalized, breaking my streak of more than a year. I admire Duolingo for providing free language learning opportunities, and I have learned English, Norwegian, German, and Swedish through the platform. I planned to cancel before being billed, but due to backpacking in Europe with limited internet access, the transaction went through. Hello! Two years ago, I accidentally set up my Duolingo classroom account in Arabic while demonstrating it to my students. Unfortunately, I have been unable to use it effectively since then. Despite following all the online support resources, I have not been able to resolve this issue due to my inability to read Arabic. Even though I have enthusiastic students using the program, I'm struggling to track the progress of more challenging students this year. I attempted to create a new account, but my email is already in use. Since this account is linked to my school, I prefer not to use my personal email for a new account. I sincerely hope for assistance to rectify this account problem.

My wife and I are both avid users of Duolingo, but we have encountered a mix-up with our email addresses. Even though my wife has never had a Facebook account, her Duolingo account is linked to my email address created through Facebook. To join Duolingo, I had to use her email address and create my account through Google. Currently, she has a Jane1 account, and I have a Jane Swigert account, both using her email address. We are unsure how to separate our accounts, reclaim our respective email addresses, and disconnect her Facebook association with my account while preserving her progress of over 15,[redacted] points. I signed up for Duolingo Plus for a year without realizing it would be charged as one sum instead of monthly. I have been in touch with Kathleen from Duolingo for several weeks regarding the issue of not being able to access the admin dashboard as the event organizer. Despite Kathleen sending me a screenshot indicating that I have access, I have not been able to locate the admin dashboard following the instructions provided. The events were initially set up by Luke from Duolingo, who personally assisted me in creating the event page over the phone. I have repeatedly asked for someone to reach out to me for further assistance. Unfortunately, when I log in and click on events, I do not see the admin dashboard link or icons to create recurring events. Additionally, I encounter an error message when attempting to create a single event, without any specific details on the error. Hello, I hope you're having a good day! I have a question regarding my subscription to Doulingo for 1 year. There was a 1-week trial before activating the 1-year plan. Although it stated the monthly payment was around 87kr, the total for the 1 year plan is 879kr. When I checked my account, I saw the full amount had been deducted. I thought it would be a monthly payment, not a one-time charge. If I knew it was 879kr upfront, I wouldn't have subscribed. Could you kindly explain the payment terms? I only intended to make monthly payments, not a lump sum. There are also other subscription options for 1 month, 6 months, and 1 year. Please review this and clarify. I prefer monthly installments. On April 17th, I accidentally purchased a year subscription for $79.99 instead of a one-month subscription due to payment constraints. I tried to correct it to the one-month plan, but my bank statement showed that the full amount was taken, without the $7 for the one-month fee. After struggling to contact DuoLingo, I noticed that Plus features were unlocked even though I hadn't paid for them. As a retired individual needing constant care, I rely on my Social Security income to cover my nursing home expenses. I enjoy using the app to learn slowly. However, since I cannot afford the yearly subscription, I'm seeking assistance. My goal is to communicate fluently with my friends, E.F., and her husband. Please consider waiving my payments from April to November, restoring my progress levels, and reducing my monthly fees to $7 or less. I appreciate your understanding and support. I primarily use Duolingo on my phone. My Duolingo Plus subscription was set to expire on December 14th. A few days ago, after completing a lesson, I was prompted to renew. When I selected "no," the app layout suddenly changed without any explanation for the varying price options for a year of Duolingo Plus, which was frustrating. I ended up resubscribing to Duolingo Plus at the $59.99 rate, but in doing so, I lost credit for the period I had already paid for between 11/27 and 12/14, which felt like a scam. Additionally, the app's performance has been affected – I can no longer view leaderboards (although I still receive notifications about them) and some review lessons are unavailable or won't load. I used to be a big fan of Duolingo and recommended it to many people, but the lack of transparency regarding Duolingo Plus and its renewal process is making me reconsider my opinion. I have a couple of requests:
1) I would like clarification on the differences between the various price points for the annual Duolingo Plus subscription. Depending on the explanation, I may consider upgrading my subscription level to restore the previous service.
2) I would prefer my renewal date to be adjusted to December 14, [redacted], as my subscription wasn't due to expire until then and I renewed early. Thank you, Laura.

I believe adding Serbian to the Duolingo course would be beneficial. My best friend's family primarily speaks Serbian, and I think it's important for people to connect with others who speak different languages. Serbian may not be as common as other languages, but it would mean a lot to me to communicate with my friend's family in their native tongue. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I'm experiencing issues accessing Duolingo through the app and Siri. Clicking on the app leads nowhere, while Siri displays a white screen. When trying to continue through email reminders, I encounter the same white screen. I attempted to delete and reload the app on my iPad, but it won't load. I am unsure if I timed out on the free ad-supported version and need to pay to continue. There was no warning of this if that's the case. I hope to resume from where I left off. What steps should I take now?

I have recently developed an interest in learning French over the past year, a passion that I am grateful to have begun after signing up for the 7-day free trial of DuoLingoPlus. I have been thoroughly enjoying the service for the past week.
Although free trials come with risks, I was unaware of being subscribed to a £79 payment as the suggestion to try the service came from a friend. I am willing to pay for a month of the service as I find the app both entertaining and educational. When I have the funds, I would like to reinstall it, but currently, I am unable to afford the service. I recently signed up for the Duolingo Plus trial without realizing that it would automatically charge me for a subscription. I have decided that I do not want to continue with Duolingo Plus and would like a refund for the $85 charge. I am a busy student with multiple jobs, and that money is essential for me right now. I have moved up from zero to the head of the Ruby section, but lately, when I read out loud, your system is having trouble recognizing what I say. It takes me 3 or 4 tries for it to even pick up one word, and then I receive an "incorrect" response when I am sure that what I said is correct. This is not only frustrating but it also hinders my progress in learning. I have submitted a report using the "Report" option at the bottom of the page, but the issue remains unresolved. I have verified all my PC settings, and they are correct. Could you please investigate this matter and resolve it? Thank you.
