I suggest expanding the Arabic course for English speakers and potentially collaborating. I also propose offering the Arabic course for Spanish speakers. I await your response.

Hello,
I have taken my test around 4 or 5 times, but it was never reviewed. An error message appeared stating a background application was running despite me ensuring all applications were closed. Additionally, the last two times, it was suggested I may not have completed the written section independently. Each time, I double-checked my surroundings, closed all apps, and was alone in my quiet room during the exam. I am certain I wrote the test independently without any background applications running. I kindly ask for a review of my test. Thank you.

For several weeks now, I have noticed a significant slowdown in downloads and numerous bugs. I often have to close the application and restart it. Today, I am unable to benefit from my xboosts or the one offered by placing the Duolingo icon on my home screen (unfortunately, I cannot attach a screenshot to this email).

Hello, I am a Swiss speaker of Italian. I encountered an issue after using the "CCleaner" program which has caused me to forget the email address associated with my account under the nickname "Daria Corrente." I was charged over $80 for a Super Duolingo subscription on May 15, [redacted], an unexpected renewal from last year. I downloaded the DUOLINGO app from the Microsoft Store onto my desktop. When I try to open the app and log in with my email and password, I keep receiving a message saying my password is incorrect. I have attempted to reset my password multiple times through the "forgot your password" option by entering my email and following the instructions sent to my email. Despite changing my password each time, I still encounter the same issue of being unable to log in. This frustrating cycle has repeated itself five times now.

I've been using Duolingo for [redacted] days now to study German from American English. I've noticed differences between American English, English English, and other variations like Australian English. For instance, Germans say "Filme," English speakers say "Film," and Americans say "Movie." Similarly, Germans say "Kino," English speakers say "Cinema," and Americans say "Movie Theater." Another example is how Germans say "Handy," English speakers say "Mobile," and Americans say "Cell phone." These discrepancies can affect translations, and I suggest having a native English speaker review translations from American English to English English to address this. It would also be helpful for foreign learners to have the option to choose English English like the Union Jack flag. Best regards, Jeff

I have been maintaining my streak on learning German for [redacted] days. I haven't encountered any issues using Safari on my Mac. However, on my iPad and iPhone with iOS 16.5, the Duolingo app seems to have lost my progress in the last few days. While on my Mac I am on Unit 45, "Form adjectives, talk to a doctor," on the iOS app it only shows up to Unit 35 in section 45. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app on both my iPad and iPhone, but the issue persists even after logging back into my account. Interestingly, my Streak and XP numbers remain consistent across all devices. Safari works fine on these devices, but the app is not reflecting my progress accurately. I am unsure if I made an error or if this is a Duolingo system issue.

Unit [redacted], part 9 in Spanish has multiple errors. When I try to translate the English question to Spanish, only English words appear instead of the typed letters. Moreover, some exercises do not display Spanish accent keys below the box.
For example:
Hard Exercise
Complete the sentence
I want to cut my hair to my shoulders like you.
But the response box only shows: _________________________________________to shoulders like you.
Understandably, DUOLINGO typically does not provide English to English exercises, indicating a clear issue.
Unfortunately, I cannot share an image using the snipping tool. I encounter ongoing challenges with exercises in Unit [redacted] due to the absence of Spanish accent keys, resulting in answers consistently marked as wrong. This situation is extremely frustrating.

I completed a lesson and tried to move forward, but an error appeared saying "This page isn't working right now. If the problem continues, contact the site owner. HTTP ERROR [redacted]." I revisited the site multiple times, but the same message reappears. I even checked Duolingo's status page, which says everything is operational and the problem has been resolved.

I am very frustrated. After choosing Superduolingo for the second time, I quickly reached Level 5 of the learning program. In the previous levels, there were always new words and decent amounts of points. In Level 5, I only receive 5 points when reviewing the exercises. This way, it's impossible to advance to another level and one either stays or loses their current level. Therefore, I request a refund or an immediate halt to my payments.

I took an English test on your platform on June 4th. Two days later, I received an email stating that I could not be certified because there were open applications during the test, but I did not have anything open. I tried to contact you by email and through this form, but I have not received any response. I retook the test on June 10th and today received another email saying I could not be certified for the same reason.
I made sure to close all applications, so I am puzzled as to why you still found something open as I did not have anything running. Please specify what was detected as open. I require this certification urgently for university applications and need to know the outcome promptly.
If I cannot be certified, I would like a refund as your website seems to have issues.
