I recently placed an order and unfortunately, it was not what I expected. The food arrived cold and was not enjoyable. The sauce was leaking from the hamburger, causing a mess. Additionally, the drinks were incorrect. My husband and I were staying at a motel, exhausted from our travels, when we decided to order in for convenience. I would appreciate a refund for this subpar experience. Please address this matter promptly. Thank you.
