I placed an order online and received an email confirmation at 6:18 pm. I called the store at 7:07 pm to inquire about my order and was informed it would be ready to leave in 5 minutes. Following up at 7:27 pm, I experienced delays once more. This has been a recurring issue as my previous order also faced a delay of over two hours. Ultimately, my current order arrived at 7:45 pm. Waiting one and a half hours for delivery seems excessive, especially when compared to the prompt service expected even for steak dinners.

I had a frustrating experience with Domino's delivery service. I ordered a pizza and waited for about an hour. Eventually, I was informed that my order hadn't actually been placed. When I tried to reorder and asked for a discount, I was told they wouldn't take my order. After insisting on paying the full amount, my order was finally accepted. Despite receiving a message saying the order hadn't been initiated, the staff were inhospitable and rude. As a loyal customer, I was disappointed by this level of service. I am feeling quite upset about the whole situation.

Hello, my name is Jasmine D. Recently, during my stay at the Budget Inn Motel on 71 Providence Highway, I ordered from Domino's in Dedham. There was an issue with the payment, and although I explained I had already paid on my card, the delivery person insisted I owed $31.59. Despite offering to show him my receipt and even inviting him in to call the store together, the situation escalated. Not only did I not receive all the items I ordered (napkins and plates), the delivery person was rude and persistent about the payment.
I contacted the Domino's store after the incident, and they initially promised a refund but later claimed no one authorized it. This back and forth has caused me distress, especially given my recent hospitalization and physical limitations. I rely on SSDI and cannot afford to lose money in such situations. I am considering involving the authorities if the matter is not resolved promptly and fairly.

I called to place an order for delivery at 6:22 pm. However, my delivery never arrived at the address I provided, despite me giving my information twice. When I called back an hour later, I was informed that the order was for pickup instead of delivery, which was not what I requested. After waiting for an hour with no delivery, I called the store at 7:30 pm and asked to speak with the manager, Kassandra. She apologized for the misunderstanding but said there was nothing she could do except for me to cancel the order or come pick it up. I was frustrated as I had been waiting for so long with no resolution. The lack of communication and checking on orders at the Dominos on Main St in Hudson, MA on 3/9/[redacted] left me extremely disappointed.

Subject: Issue with Order #: [redacted] at Domino's Pizza Store#: [redacted] in Lancaster, SC
Dear Team at Domino's Pizza,
I am reaching out regarding the unsatisfactory experience I had with order #: [redacted] at store#: [redacted] in Lancaster, SC. Despite being told the delivery would arrive within 35-45 minutes, it actually took over an hour and a half. When the food finally arrived, it was cold, soggy, and not up to the usual standards.
I tried to contact the GM for assistance but was told they were too busy, which I found unprofessional. As a result, I am seeking a resolution from the corporate office to either replace the order or provide a reimbursement of $22.50.
I would appreciate a prompt response to address these issues. Please reach out to me by phone at [redacted] or via email at [redacted] to confirm receipt of this message.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
April R. Moseley

I am writing about a concerning experience my friend and I had with an order we placed at your Tallaght store. My friend ordered food online at around 2:25 am on 11/03:19, and I called at approximately 2:29 am to add to the order, which I was told was not a problem. However, after waiting over an hour and 20 minutes for the food to arrive, I called the store to inquire about the delay. Shockingly, I was informed that they would no longer deliver to our address due to a delivery driver being robbed and threatened. I must clarify that neither I nor my friend have ever engaged in such behavior, and the payment for the order was processed upfront. The staff member I spoke with was dismissive and unhelpful, refusing to listen to my side of the story, hanging up on me multiple times, and even threatened to involve the authorities falsely. The lack of communication and customer service is unacceptable, especially since we were not informed of the cancellation of our order. My friend is still awaiting a refund for this ordeal, and we are deeply dissatisfied with the handling of this situation. I urge you to address this matter promptly and provide a suitable resolution.

Yesterday, I placed an order for a pizza with five toppings at Domino's on Harbor Boulevard, but when I went to pick it up, my pizza was missing the onions I paid extra for. I called the store and was promised a credit, but when I followed up today, I was told there was no credit under my name. I spoke with Alexis Napoli, who mentioned the person who promised the credit wouldn't be back until next week. Given the situation, I was hoping to rectify the mistake promptly, as the manager's oversight led to my disappointment in not receiving the correct pizza. Despite the store's busy nature, I felt forgotten as they failed to credit my account or provide the correct order. I hope to resolve this situation quickly as I still crave the pizza I had initially ordered. Thank you.

I am Billie J Freeman Jr. I ordered pizza for my daughters, aged 12 and 14, this evening. My oldest and I were working in the yard as the pizza arrived. Upon my younger daughter's return, she seemed distressed and nearly in tears. She shared that the delivery person made her feel very uncomfortable, causing her unease. She mentioned that his comments were inappropriate, especially considering she is only 12 years old. I am concerned about the behavior of your employee and wonder if background checks are conducted on your staff. The driver's unsettling remarks have left both my daughter and me upset and disappointed. I urge you to investigate this matter and take appropriate action. I will be seeking further advice on how to address this unfortunate situation.

I ordered a large Extravaganza pizza for pick-up at $12.99 using an in-store coupon under my name, Terri Hines. I was informed the pizza would be ready in 15 minutes. When my husband, Mr. Lucious Hines, went to Domino's, he paid for and picked up one pizza for our neighbor. Unfortunately, he was told there was no order for Terri, so he returned home empty-handed. I am disappointed by the poor service experienced at this restaurant, especially considering my background in the hospitality industry. I spoke with the manager, Jed, at the Domino's on 16th and Main St. in Gainesville, Florida, which is approximately 7 miles away from our home (a 14-mile round trip). I am requesting my pizza without an additional cost, as we are now unable to have deliveries due to the distance. Thank you.

I placed an online pizza order at 11 pm on March 15, [redacted]. By 11:04 p.m., it said my order was being prepared. However, by 12:45 a.m., I was concerned as my food had not arrived, so I called Domino's but nobody answered. After waiting on hold for a while, I decided to go to the store myself. To my surprise, they told me they wouldn't deliver my order without notifying me, even though the payment was deducted from my account. The customer service at the Domino's Pizza location on Pennsylvania Avenue in Brooklyn, New York, [redacted] was disappointing - very nonchalant and rude. I believe there should be better training for the employees to improve their service. As a long-time Domino's customer, I was not pleased with this experience. Thank you and have a good day.

On March 15 at 4:12 PM, I placed an order. The app indicated my food was ready by 4:36 PM. After calling at 5:12 and being told it had left, the online tracker showed it departing at 5:23 PM. Despite my proximity, the food didn't arrive until 6:02 PM. Upon inspection, the chicken was visually burnt and registered at 81 degrees with a thermometer, indicating poor packaging. Subsequent calls for assistance yielded unhelpful responses regarding reimbursement or a remake due to understaffing.

I placed an order for pizza and pasta. Upon arrival at the designated time, three different employees inquired about my order. Shortly after, I was informed my pasta would take an additional seven minutes. When my pizza was ready, I realized I would have hot pasta and cold pizza. After waiting, I was told it would be a further seven minutes. Despite the delay, no free item or discount was offered. I witnessed large pizza orders being fulfilled promptly. The chicken fettuccine I ordered had raw noodles, sparse sauce, and burnt edges. Although the small amount of chicken was flavorful, it was insufficient. Despite being a regular customer, this experience was disappointing. The staff member eventually apologized, but I am considering switching to a different pizza place due to this incident. I wanted to provide feedback to ensure you're aware of the issue.

On March 8th, I had a disappointing experience at Domino's on [redacted] W. Cheltenham Avenue in Philadelphia, PA ([redacted]). I ordered online at 7:20 p.m. with a promised wait time of 25-30 minutes. By 8:30, my order hadn't arrived, so I called. Unfortunately, the associate was rude, stating, "the driver has other houses to go to not just yours." My order finally reached me close to 9 p.m., but it was cold. This made my children very hungry, as I had to keep telling them it would be just a few more minutes. I hope this can be addressed, as I value the money I spent and did not expect such a poor experience. Upon checking online, I noticed that others have also faced similar issues at this location. It's crucial for a business to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold its reputation.

I attempted to place an order with Enterprise on Tuesday, March 19 around 11:11 pm. Unfortunately, my experience was rather frustrating. The phone rang excessively, around 10 times on my first attempt, and about 15 times on my second try before someone picked up. This extended wait time was disappointing. It would be beneficial to inform employees that answering by the second or third ring is more desirable. Additionally, a friendly greeting would have improved the situation. When the phone isn't promptly answered, it gives the impression of laziness or lack of organization. To enhance customer experiences, consider offering voicemail options if the staff is overwhelmed.

I ordered two pizzas from the Domino's located at 2112b Spencer Highway, Pasadena, at 5:26 PM. I called and spoke to an employee around 6:55 PM, who mentioned there were two deliveries before mine. I tried to reach the store at least five times afterward, but no one answered. My girlfriend went to the location, and they initially couldn't find the order until she called me from there. Eventually, they located the pizzas, around 7:30 PM. The employee mentioned a two and a half-hour window for delivery, which was unusual to me. In the past for late deliveries, they offered me a free pizza, but this time, when my girlfriend inquired about a discount due to the long wait, the employee did not offer anything extra. This experience has left me very disappointed, and I won't be purchasing from there again if this is how customers are treated.

I ordered two pizzas from the Raleigh Dominos at [redacted] S Saunders St, Raleigh, NC [redacted] yesterday but never received my order. After calling to inquire about my pizzas, the representative mentioned they had called a few times, which I never received. I requested a refund, and the representative agreed and abruptly ended the call. Following this, I tried speaking to a manager but was met with rudeness and abrupt hang-ups. Eventually, the General Manager got on the phone but did not listen to my concerns, refused to provide their name, and hung up on me. This experience left me feeling disrespected, especially since I'm pregnant and was at work during this ordeal. I need assistance with addressing this matter, ensuring my refund was processed, and expressing my dissatisfaction with the customer service received. Thank you, Aliyah.

I am writing to share my disappointing experience with Domino's in India today. I placed an order at Mark Suratawala Complex, Hinjawadi, Pune - [redacted] with Order Number #[redacted] at 1:53 PM on March 21, [redacted]. Unfortunately, the delivery took an unreasonable 2 hours and 20 minutes, arriving at 4:12 PM. Throughout this time, I made several calls to customer service for updates. Initially, I was reassured that the order was being prepared and would be on time. Subsequent calls revealed conflicting information with different representatives stating the order was packed, dispatched, or on the way. Despite my attempts to resolve the situation, I received inaccurate information and no help in expediting the delivery. I ultimately had to cancel due to the delays, leading to an embarrassing situation in front of guests. This experience has shaken my trust in Domino's India's service and honesty.

Hello,
I am a local resident of Casuarina, Northern Territory. Today around 10:45 p.m., I visited the Dominos Casuarina branch to purchase a Vegetarian Pizza. Being Muslim and only able to consume Halal meat, I inquired with the Shift Manager for the best option. He suggested the Veggie Pizza without gluten. After paying, I returned home and shared the pizza with two friends, only to discover pieces of ham on it, causing us great shock and distress due to religious reasons. We promptly returned to the branch at 11:00 p.m. and spoke to the staff, who identified himself as the branch manager. I took a photo of the pizza, and I believe there is CCTV footage available. I intend to take legal action as this behavior is unacceptable, especially coming from a manager of a reputable brand. I will also be sharing this negative experience with the local newspaper soon.

I recently ordered a build-your-own Pasta, salad, and lava cakes from my favorite restaurant as a frequent customer. Unfortunately, the delivery person forgot the salad, promising to bring it back later. When I opened the Pasta, I found that the sauce had been carelessly poured on top and there were only three small pieces of chicken in a dish I ordered with Italian sauce and chicken. I contacted the store and spoke with JAMES. I expressed my dissatisfaction and asked for a replacement. Despite James explaining that the dish was made correctly, I insisted on a refund due to the poor preparation compared to previous orders. James offered a credit for a future purchase instead. When the salad was finally delivered, no credit was issued as promised. After following up with James, he mentioned adjusting the delivery fee but not refunding the Pasta, which had been returned. I am now requesting a full refund for the unsatisfactory Pasta dish.

I contacted a nearby Domino's for a pizza delivery and was prompted to get 50% off by ordering online. Intrigued, I placed my order online assuming the discount would be applied later. However, upon delivery, the driver was unaware of any online discounts. I paid the full amount of $24.15, including an $18.49 pizza and a $3 tip. Today, I am seeking clarification on the lack of discount and requesting a refund of approximately $9.25 for half the pizza. I believe it is only fair to receive the discount as advertised. After attempting to contact Domino's customer service to resolve this issue, I was redirected multiple times and ultimately left on hold for 7 minutes before giving up. I am disappointed in the experience and hope to have this matter addressed promptly. Thank you. - J.F.
