Hello, I ordered over $40 worth of food and waited for more than an hour and a half. Unfortunately, my pizza was soggy, my wings were burnt, and the cinnamon twists were hard. They even forgot my soda. I have been trying to reach them since they messed up my order and they have been rude. They said only the pizza and twists could be replaced and promised the manager would call, but I never heard back. The supervisor, Tia, was also rude and mentioned Sergio would decide about a refund. Customer service and food quality are paramount in fast food, and having been a manager myself, I know how crucial they are.

My mother ordered a pizza from your Mattapan location, and we waited for over 2 hours. We tried calling, but they didn't answer. The wait time on the line was over an hour on her end and almost an hour on mine. I decided to hang up and seek out a way to report this ongoing issue. This isn't the first time we've had problems with delivery. My mother ordered food to feed her child, but now she has to find something else for her to eat at 11 p.m. after paying for a meal that never showed up.

I recently fractured my ankle on Friday the 13th of this month, making it difficult for me to move around. Tonight, I contacted Dominos to order a pizza and two liters of Dr Pepper. The pizza was delivered, but the Dr Pepper was missing. Surprisingly, the delivery person did not charge me for the soda. I made several attempts to call and talk to a manager, but each time I called, including from a different phone, the call got disconnected after someone answered. I am disappointed as I really wanted my two-liter Dr Pepper and to discuss this matter with a manager. Any assistance would be sincerely appreciated. Not feeling happy right now.

I ordered two large one-topping pizzas, my usual go-to order, and unfortunately, when they were delivered, they were extremely dry. The pepperoni topping looked stale and old. This is the only branch I order from, and I must say I was truly disappointed. The incident occurred at the location on 19th Avenue, Indian School in Phoenix, AZ around 6:30 PM. I considered calling to have the pizzas replaced, but the thought of driving back to the store deterred me. It would be much appreciated if a replacement could be arranged. Thank you.

My food arrived 30 minutes later than expected. When the driver arrived, another car followed him and the driver was swearing and driving recklessly, causing a disturbance at my boss's business. Additionally, my soda was missing from the order, even though I was charged for it. When I contacted the store, I was on hold for 47 minutes and did not receive proper assistance. This Domino's location continues to disappoint me with every order, and the lady manager has not taken any corrective action. I demand a refund for the missing soda. The pizza did not have double cheese as ordered, and the steak and cheese was rubbery. This experience was very frustrating, and I hope it does not reflect the standards of all Domino's locations. The customer service at this store is terrible, and I will not be ordering from there again.

I've encountered numerous problems with the Main St store in Marlborough, Massachusetts. From drivers going to the wrong address and accusing me of giving the wrong information to receiving cold food, and finally, a driver asking for a tip in a pushy manner. Despite explaining that I couldn't tip, he insisted by pointing at a note saying "no tip." I ended up giving him the last $3.00 in my account just to avoid further confrontation. These issues remain unresolved, and I hope to hear from you soon. Thank you.

We ordered two XL Mountain Dew's from Neil Jean Square Domino's in Beckley, WV. We were supposed to receive a Pepperoni/Sausage pizza and a Supreme XL Mountain Dew, but we got an XL Pepperoni/Sausage pizza and an XL Cheese pizza instead. After contacting the store, they promised to send the correct order. When the driver arrived, we received a large Pepperoni pizza instead of the correct one. This is frustrating as we paid almost $30 for the wrong pizzas. We hope this can be resolved promptly. Thank you for your attention.

I am writing to express my frustration with a recent order I made at Domino's in Clinton, MS. On December 22, [redacted], after placing an online order for delivery, I received a call from the store indicating a two-hour wait. Despite confirming the delivery with them twice, the pizza never arrived. When I called back, another staff member informed me that the order had been changed to carry out because they allegedly couldn't reach me, which wasn't true as I never missed their calls and even called them back twice. After some back and forth, they offered a refund and a free pizza on my account. However, when I tried to redeem the free pizza, not only was it missing but also the reward points from the canceled order were deducted. I am disappointed by the poor service, miscommunication, and lack of resolution, especially considering my loyalty as a regular Domino's customer. The experience at the Clinton, MS location has been disappointing, unlike the positive encounters I've had at the Starkville, MS branch. I hope for better customer service and more reliable communication in the future.

Earlier today, on 12/26/[redacted], I made an online order for pick up around 6:05 pm. I received an email notifying me that my order was ready for pickup. Upon arrival, we found out that our order had been given to someone else by mistake. They initially said we wouldn't be charged due to their error, but later we were billed for it. When I called to address the issue, the person who answered questioned why I continued to order from them.

On December 26, [redacted], at 5:28 pm, I placed an order online for 2 pizzas and chicken wings using my debit card. Shortly after, an employee called to inform me they were out of wings and offered an alternative. I was disappointed they didn't notify me earlier when placing the order. After requesting to cancel, I was told it would take 2 days to refund my money, which left me unable to reorder due to insufficient funds. I felt the handling of the situation was unprofessional and hope this issue can be prevented for future customers. The store located at [redacted] N. Paramount Blvd Long Beach, CA [redacted] was where this happened, and I interacted with the assistant manager, Jennifer. Thank you for addressing this.

I recently witnessed an unsettling interaction between the manager, Justin, from Domino's Bat St Louis, MS, and a guest from the Traveler's Choice hotel. Justin refused to deliver a pizza to the guest, claiming it was a "scumbag place" where no one would deliver. Having received many pizzas myself at this hotel, I know this statement is false. It is disheartening that a manager would deny service to a customer and speak poorly of the hotel in such a way. This behavior is not in line with what I expect from a company and its employees treating customers and community members. I urge you to address this issue promptly and take necessary actions to correct this behavior. - Rep. D. LaCoste, Owner.

I recently visited Domino's as usual. I enjoy seeing my name on the board when I place an order. However, this time they misspelled my name as "Kwie" instead of Twana James. Despite spelling it out carefully, my two large pizzas with three toppings and cinnamon sticks took 45 minutes. The staff gave conflicting information about my order's status, and I observed many other customers receiving their pizzas promptly, including a lady with six pizzas. When I finally received my order, I realized they only gave me one pizza, and it was cold upon arriving home due to the long wait. This has disappointed my three hungry kids who were eagerly waiting. I called the store multiple times, and they mentioned the issue is being handled by the managers now, which is not satisfactory to me. I hope this gets resolved promptly for the sake of my kids who used to be big fans of your establishment.

I ordered a pizza with extra philly cheese steak and extra jalapenos, but when it arrived, it was not made as requested. I contacted the Domino's store at [redacted] Colbath Ave suite 10 & 20 in McAllen, TX [redacted], which is my delivery store. I spoke with the assistant manager who connected me with the General Manager. I expressed my concerns and requested a refund or a new pizza. The GM sent a new pizza, but it still did not have the correct amount of toppings. I called back to address the issue and will be reaching out to corporate. I am disappointed with the service I received and would like a credit for the price of the pizza, as Domino's has lost a customer today. I also request that the GM be informed about the situation and questioned regarding the oversight. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

On December 26, [redacted], at 6 p.m., I visited the store located at [redacted] W Century Blvd, Los Angeles, CA [redacted], to order a large veggie pizza for carryout. After paying and being told to wait 20 minutes, I returned after 25 minutes only to receive blank stares with no apology or explanation. When I asked for the manager, I was told she was busy and had to wait another 8 minutes for my order to be made. The manager did not acknowledge the mistake and instead had an employee handle my complaint. This is the third time my order has been wrong at this location, and I have never received an apology or compensation. I requested the district manager's contact information to file a complaint. I hope the staff at this location can receive customer experience training to improve their service.

I called and ordered two 3-topping pizzas from the Phenix City store on 12/27 at 6 pm. Although the order was taken correctly, both pizzas were made incorrectly, and after a 15-minute wait at the store, the manager's response was, "Sorry, we're busy. Here are your pizzas, or wait another 30 minutes for the correct ones!" 😡😡😡 Really, this is your customer service from a manager? I mean he could have discounted them, given me a coupon for next time... I mean they were busy, take it or wait!?

I have experienced ongoing issues when ordering pizzas from the Domino's located on South Grand in St. Louis, Missouri. Unfortunately, my orders consistently arrive significantly late. Each time I request at least four toppings, but one topping is always missing. During my most recent order, I received a call one hour after placing the order questioning if I still wanted it. To my dismay, upon receiving the pizza after store hours, it had no sauce, resulting in a doughy, uncooked tasting pizza with only pepperoni. This particular Domino's is my only delivery option, and attempting to contact them by phone has been unsuccessful in resolving these recurring problems.

On December 20th, we placed an order for pizza for a party at a Brooklyn school. Unfortunately, we did not receive the pizza, but we were still charged for it. When attempting to contact the Domino's location, the phone went unanswered. I have made two calls, each with a 30-minute wait, and have yet to receive any response. Despite being assured twice that I would be contacted, there has been no outreach. This situation not only let down the students who were looking forward to the pizza but also reflects poorly on the Domino's brand. As a loyal customer for approximately 17 years, this experience has left me extremely disappointed.

I placed an online order and paid for delivery. Despite there being an adult present, they insisted the cardholder should be home. The manager canceled my order, stating it's policy. I have the order number, driver's name, and the manager's identification. I was looking forward to the treat as I'm unwell. I'm upset by this incident and demand action. The manager's actions were unnecessary and they should be dismissed for their incompetence. If these are the type of employees you employ, your business will suffer, especially with negative reviews. I hope this store improves or closes soon.

I placed an online pizza order through Zomato on 08/12 at 9 a.m., but unfortunately, the delivery was significantly delayed. Despite reaching out to Domino's customer service multiple times, the response was the same - they were unable to get in touch with the restaurant or the delivery person. They kept asking us to wait for 15-20 minutes. We patiently waited until 12 a.m. and when we tried to follow up, the customer service was not available, and our order status was suddenly marked as delivered after 12 a.m. The next day, upon contacting customer care, they assured us that a refund would be issued within 7-8 days. However, I have yet to receive the refund. Order no-[redacted].

I recently ordered a pepperoni Brooklyn style pizza and was disappointed to find it excessively greasy, causing the box to become soggy and the pizza slices to fall apart easily. After reaching out to the store, the manager seemed indifferent and denied any possibility of the pizza being greasy. Despite receiving only a medium pizza credit, I paid $15 for an inedible pizza. This was truly frustrating as I could not obtain a refund. I have always had a positive experience with Domino's in the past, so I believe there was an error with this particular order that the manager failed to address.
