I have called 1-[redacted] twice today to dispute charges on my account. However, the agents could not assist me. They mentioned there was no record of me requesting service cancellation in February after emailing for help. Unfortunately, I cannot access my online account except for profile details.
The agents I spoke with were not helpful and displayed rude and disrespectful behavior. The first agent (Samantha Rice) said she would transfer me to a supervisor but ended the call while on hold. The second agent (Decheshe, last name unknown) hung up on me when I was trying to explain the issue. I am disappointed by the poor customer service and would like the charges removed from my account.

I reside at the intersection of Oregon and 14th Street. Dominion workers have been stationed outside my residence for the past few weeks. Despite my repeated requests for them to dispose of their trash properly, which includes water bottles, juice containers, snacks, and large pieces of wood, they have consistently ignored my pleas. I have reached out to the City of Akron, the Sanitation Department, and Dominion regarding this issue without much success. I firmly request that the workers remove their trash daily rather than waiting until the end of the week. Additionally, after being informed by the workers that the city trash services would handle a large piece of wood, I had to manually move it to the end of my driveway as the city has specific regulations and did not collect it.

I am a surveyor working in Portage County, Ohio. My current survey is adjacent to a Dominion high-pressure transmission line in Charleston Township. At the valve station located at [redacted] State Route 5, I have identified markers just west of the site. I believe the high-pressure lines in the vicinity are 20" and 26" in diameter. I am seeking details on the north and south boundaries of the Right of Way lines from these pipes. No construction is taking place onsite. I aim to approximate the location of the easement lines based on the [redacted] blanket easement, which does not specify a width. Any assistance you can offer regarding this matter would be greatly valued.
