I had a terrible experience at store #[redacted] with the manager. When I asked for a cart due to an injury, she was unhelpful, stating they were all either in the parking lot or with customers. Despite my frustration because I needed a cart to shop, she became hostile and raised her voice at me. Even when I tried to diffuse the situation by apologizing, she rudely dismissed me. I've been a regular customer at this store until today and was shocked by her unprofessionalism and aggression. I just want something to be done about this appalling treatment.

On November 16, [redacted] at 12:30 pm, I encountered an unpleasant situation at the Dollar Tree on Stockdale Hwy in Bakersfield, CA. The bathroom conditions were extremely unsanitary, with feces on the floor, lack of essential supplies like toilet paper, towels, and soap, as well as dirty facilities. I raised my concerns to the manager, emphasizing the importance of maintaining a clean environment for both staff and customers, but unfortunately, the manager seemed indifferent to the issue. Unable to continue shopping, I decided to visit a nearby 99 cents store on Ming where I spent $[redacted].76. The contrast was remarkable - the store had clean, well-equipped bathrooms and a manager who demonstrated excellent customer service skills. I appreciated their efforts and even submitted a compliment online, receiving a follow-up call from the corporate office. It's clear that good restroom maintenance and customer care make a significant difference in the shopping experience.

Last night, at 7:43 pm, I left Dollar Tree store #[redacted]. I quickly re-entered to purchase more items with my fiancé. Upon exiting, I realized my bag was missing from the spare cart where I had placed it. The manager, whom I had seen throughout my time in the store, was no longer there. Approximately ten to fifteen minutes later, the cashier called the manager, who explained she saw me put the bag there but suggested I should have handed it over to them. I suspect she watched me from the back as I moved around the store. When she reappeared to ring me up, she claimed she couldn't help. Despite being on a tight budget, I hope that the security footage will assist in resolving this situation.

I want to bring attention to the conditions at the Clifton, N.J. Store located at [redacted] Rt. 46 West. The store's front door has been slamming shut as the door closer is not working for a month now. The store is also in a dirty state, with expired items dated back to [redacted] still on shelves. Hazardous items are scattered all over the floor, presenting a safety concern. Today, a sign was up requesting exact change or credit card payments only. This store is in a messy state unlike the other well-maintained Clifton stores. If needed, you may reach me at [redacted] (Bob), though it's not necessary. Thank you for addressing these issues.

I visited your store on South College Rd in Wilmington, NC, yesterday. It used to be my favorite Dollar Tree, but not anymore. The store was very dirty when I went in. There was debris scattered on the floor and unopened items everywhere. The shelves had many empty spaces, especially where the pickles are usually stocked. This was my fourth visit in the last three months, and the pickles have been missing each time. I find it hard to believe that other stores in my area are well-organized and stocked, unlike this one. As a shareholder of the company, I think improvements are necessary to provide a better customer experience and boost the stock price. Thank you, Jim

I recently purchased a Paw Patrol giant art adventure toy for $20 at Family Dollar store [redacted] on County Line Rd in Fayetteville, GA. There was an advertised promotion for a $12 discount on the second toy, but when I asked the manager, Jonathan, about it, he claimed it wasn't a toy even though it was displayed with other toys. During the refund process, Jonathan became dismissive and rude, telling me to leave. I was shocked by his behavior. I shared my experience on social media, and many others also had negative encounters at this store. I contacted Family Dollar via email on 11/27 but haven't received a response yet. Several people suggested checking out Dollar Tree instead. It's disappointing how poorly I was treated at this store.

Earlier today at 12:30 p.m., while shopping at store #[redacted] in Okeechobee, I had an accident. A pack of batteries fell on my head and forehead. A kind customer helped me up since I am 71 years old. When I informed the manager, Phyllis, about the incident as my head was hurting, she ignored me and said she would look into it later. I took a pain medication and rested at home. Several hours later, I still have a headache. I am eager to hear back from someone regarding what will be done to address this issue. Reviewing the store's camera footage near the registers where the incident occurred will shed light on what happened. Thank you for your attention. Joseph Canegallo, [redacted] SE 27th Ave, Okeechobee, FL.

It would be great if Dollar Tree in Rumford, Maine, had a freezer/refrigerated section similar to the one in Skowhegan, Maine. Despite being told that there isn't enough traffic, I disagree. I believe if the Rumford store had a refrigerated section, those items would sell quickly. I'm tired of driving 58 miles just to purchase refrigerated items from Dollar Tree. I request once more for a refrigerated section to be added to the Rumford, Maine, store.

I frequently visit the Dollar Tree on Apalachee Parkway, where I consistently encounter an extremely rude lady who lacks manners and good customer service. Her behavior is unacceptable as she refuses to engage politely and even responds rudely. As someone who works in customer service and values excellent service, it is disappointing to experience such treatment. I believe that action should be taken regarding this situation. The lady's loud and messy demeanor is off-putting, especially considering the money I spend at the store. I am eager to address this issue with the corporate team to ensure a more positive shopping experience where I am treated with respect.

On December 9th, while waiting in the checkout line, the cashier opened her register without calling the next customer in line, which was me. Despite already helping two people, when I got in her line, she claimed she wasn't open. I insisted that I was next and after some back and forth, she reluctantly served me while mentioning she needed to stock shelves. I pointed out that shelves should be stocked before customers arrive, like most stores. She responded by saying items need to be on the shelves to be purchased. Frustrated, I gave her my $50 order to restock and left the store. When I tried to voice my complaint to the manager, James, he was just as impolite. He seemed indifferent to the rude behavior of his staff. I informed him of my intention to file a complaint.

Since your opening day, I have been a loyal shopper and supporter of your company, promoting it both on Facebook and through word of mouth. I initiated "good deed days" by paying off fines for people at your stores, inspiring others to do the same. I deeply appreciate the impact of your stores in my life. There were times when I had to scrounge for change just to afford a single roll of tissues, whereas now families can purchase four at a time. As a single parent raising four children, financial struggles have been a reality for me. Although I'm not wealthy and sometimes have difficulty paying bills, I find joy in helping others, even with my last dollar. I am thankful for the opportunity your store provides for me to make a difference with just a small contribution. At sixty-two, I am truly grateful for your existence. Thank you.

It has been over two months since I have been waiting for my paycheck from Dollar Tree on Sunset and Stephanie in Henderson, Nevada. They claim to have deposited it into my account, which is impossible because they never had that information. I have updated my address since then and provided them with the new one, but the card I need to activate will not work without the information from the manager, Tammy, at the store. I am frustrated with this situation and if it is not resolved promptly, I will involve my lawyer. I expect a resolution within 24 hours, otherwise, I will pursue other avenues to receive my paycheck. Thank you, Margo Willis.

I am extremely concerned about the store at this location as it is never fully stocked. The walls where the gift bags are displayed are empty, with boxes scattered everywhere. The carpet is dirty, and there is a lack of staff at the registers. This situation is a total disgrace to our community. It's impossible to shop for Christmas as there is not enough inventory on the shelves; everything seems to be still in boxes. I couldn't even find a gift bag because the entire wall was empty, filled with peg boards and hooks. The experience was terrible, and I will never return.

I am quite concerned about the store at this location. It never seems to be fully stocked, and the wall where the gift bags are supposed to be is empty with boxes scattered everywhere. The carpet is dirty, and there is a lack of personnel at the registers. This is a complete disgrace to our community. Christmas shopping is nearly impossible there since the inventory on the shelves is insufficient with everything still in boxes. I couldn't even find a gift bag as the whole area was empty. It was so bad I wish I had taken a picture. The store is filled with peg boards and peg hooks, making the shopping experience terrible. I certainly won't be returning.

I am uncertain about the exact address of the store, but it is located in Slidell, LA, next to Goodwill and Rent-A-Center. I wanted to share a positive experience I had there. I encountered a cashier named Theresa who was incredibly kind and helpful. A military veteran in her line had trouble with his card transaction, and even after multiple attempts, she remained patient and eventually paid for his items herself. She expressed gratitude for his service and wished him a Merry Christmas. Witnessing her act of kindness was touching, and it inspired others in the store to pay it forward. The atmosphere in the store became one of generosity and camaraderie. Theresa's exceptional customer service has earned my loyalty, and I have shared this heartwarming story with my colleagues to encourage them to shop there too. Thank you.

I have been trying to get in touch with you since the fall regarding Chanukah items in your stores. While you have products for Christmas, Easter, and St. Patrick's Day, Chanukah items seem to be missing. I believe it would be beneficial to offer paper plates, tablecloths, coloring books, banners, craft items, and dreidels for the Jewish community. It would be great if you could consider stocking these items. Please respond to my inquiry at [redacted] Thank you.

While shopping at Dollar Tree in Corpus Christi, Texas, I had an unsettling experience. An older male employee trailed me around the store and even followed me out to the parking lot, accusing me of theft. It was only after proving my innocence with a receipt that I learned he was a manager. I felt embarrassed by the ordeal and upon returning home, I resolved to submit a formal complaint regarding the incident.

I am Tameka Calvin, a former employee at Dollar Tree in Vicksburg, MS on Clay. I am currently seeking assistance as I am in the process of obtaining public housing. The housing manager has requested that my work status at Dollar Tree be set as inactive in the system. Could you kindly provide me with a direct contact number to speak to a live agent to address this matter promptly?

I visited store [redacted] in Albuquerque, NM on 12/20/[redacted] at 6:12 PM. I purchased 32 bags of ring pops. During checkout, the cashier mistakenly inputted 34 bags instead of 32. Thinking I might have miscounted, I left, double-checked in my truck, and returned to inform cashier Carmen. She called the manager Marisol, and after a conversation in Spanish, Carmen mentioned I had left the store and that it was not their concern. Despite pointing out the error, Carmen became increasingly rude, accused me of insulting the cashier, and eventually banned me from the store. I requested to review the security footage to verify the mistake and seek apologies from both, as their behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. I felt disadvantaged due to not speaking Spanish and believe I was unfairly treated and publicly embarrassed by Dollar Tree employees.

I phoned to ask a simple question about candles. Upon sharing the description, the staff member at Dollar Tree on Broadway in Tucson, Arizona, interrupted me with a rude tone, requesting I speak louder. Despite repeating myself twice, she continued to misunderstand. Instead of politely asking for clarification, she responded with unnecessary attitude. As someone who values good customer service, her demeanor shocked me. I've worked in customer service and never treated a customer in such a manner. I believe she could have handled the situation better by seeking help or asking me to wait. Instead, she chose to be dismissive and confrontational, leading me to react in a way I normally wouldn't. It's essential for employees to maintain professionalism and respect towards customers, even during busy times. I left the call feeling unheard and frustrated, which is why I am sharing my experience.
