While shopping last Sunday, I intended to buy an 18 pack of Michelob Ultra on sale for $18. However, at checkout, it was ringing up at a higher price. An employee verified the signage discrepancy and called a manager for assistance. The manager stated that the sale had ended at 7pm, although we arrived at 7:15pm. I find it confusing why sale prices would expire at a particular time of day. If this policy is indeed the case, it would be helpful to promptly remove the sale signs to avoid customer confusion.

I recently visited the UMass store located at [redacted] Cherry Rd in Ohio. I made a small purchase of about $20, but unfortunately, the clerk did not acknowledge me or say thank you. When I mentioned it, both the clerk and another girl behind the counter ignored me as I walked out. My name is Kenny Y., residing in National Ohio. Whenever I visit the Dollar General store in Wellsville, PA [redacted], I consistently encounter an employee who appears unenthusiastic about assisting me unless I am purchasing tobacco products. Despite suggesting I use the self-checkout, he often lingers around the counter. I am not a staff member; hence, I believe it is reasonable for someone to take a brief moment to attend to me. Self-checkouts are not my preference, and I may consider shopping elsewhere if this continues. Providing me with basic assistance during checkout does not warrant an employee discount, simply the service I expect as a customer.

I was shopping for reading glasses and noticed an employee acting suspiciously as if she thought I was stealing. When I left, she followed me and involved the police. The manager reviewed the security footage. This was confirmed when the woman called in my license plate number, and a police friend warned me. The employee on the phone seemed impaired, possibly under the influence of drugs. I suspect ICE could be involved, given its prevalence in the Cobden area.

I bought a loaf of bread and Cheez-Its today, but I think the bag was not given to me at checkout. I vividly remember the cashier putting them in the bag. Upon returning home, I realized the items were missing. The cashier insisted she had given me everything, but the bag was nowhere to be found. This incident occurred around 2 p.m. on the 17th. On multiple occasions, I have bought drinks at Dollar General in Elkmont, Alabama. Tonight, November 18, [redacted], at around 9 pm, I got home and realized three out of six bottles in a pack were not sealed properly. This has happened before at different locations, but now I want to address it. I purchased the items with TRANS# [redacted]. I want to report an issue I experienced at your Tyler TX store, specifically at store [redacted] on HWY [redacted]. There's an employee named Colton who seems to be setting aside penny items for certain customers. I've been diligently searching for sale items, including paper plates, but couldn't locate them until today when I saw another shopper buying a considerable quantity. This frustrated me as I've been dedicated to finding discounted items over the past weeks. I believe Colton assisted the customer in getting these items from the back room, which appeared unfair. On a separate note, I also encountered another employee named Jake who was unhelpful at the self-checkout. Despite my attempts to seek assistance for a pricing issue, he disregarded my request. I am experiencing an issue with my local Dollar General store in Sherrill, NY. After the parking lot was repaved, they only designated one handicap parking spot in front of the store, whereas there used to be two. As a handicapped individual who relies on these spots for safe access to the store with a cane, this change has made it difficult for me to shop comfortably. I am unsure who made this decision and if corporate is aware of the situation. I was excited when Erie IL got a Dollar General store. Initially, it was clean, organized, and staffed with helpful employees. However, today, December 4th, my experience was disappointing.
During my shopping trip, I noticed over ten items that were not priced, either on the item or the shelves. I prefer not to purchase items without knowing the price. When I mentioned this issue to the cashier at checkout, he just shrugged and walked away. The manager, upon hearing my complaint, yelled from her office instead of coming out to address me directly. This lack of hands-on customer service was off-putting.
The store itself is in poor condition with crowded and disorganized shelves, products misplaced, and sparse or incorrect sale tags. The display tables near the entrance are confusing as they sometimes feature unmarked clearance items and other times regular-priced items without tags. The exterior maintenance is also lacking, with trash and overgrown weeds creating a shabby appearance from the street.
I believe the store would benefit from a new manager with better customer service skills and a friendlier attitude.

I encountered pricing problems during my recent purchase of 2 Stouffer's TV dinners. The coupon discount did not apply automatically, which seems to be a recurring issue. The staff manually adjusted the prices but then my receipt got jammed and tore, becoming unreadable. When I asked for a new one, they initially refused, claiming they would not provide a replacement. I expressed my concerns about needing the receipt for potential future issues with the items purchased. Their response was nonchalant, suggesting I could return items without a receipt. I visited a store in Ravia, Oklahoma at 6:15 pm. There were no customers present. I politely asked to use the restroom before getting dinner, but the woman working seemed annoyed. After she handed me the key, I inquired about the restroom's location, and she impatiently gestured towards a wall, instructing me to go in that direction. I searched all around the store after spending 4 hours in a vehicle to get there, only to feel like a burden. I couldn't locate the restroom, so I returned the key and left. I have no intention of ever returning to that store.

I regularly use the $5 coupon on Saturdays. However, on December 2, [redacted], I was informed that the coupon I had was invalid because the bar code was missing from two coupons from that week. Unfortunately, I was unaware of the issue with the bar code due to technical difficulties at the Waymart, Pennsylvania store. I believe I should receive a $5 rebate for the inconvenience caused by the store's problem, as I was not at fault. The manager was unable to assist me and suggested contacting customer support to resolve this matter and receive the rebate. I have kept the coupons and receipts from that week if necessary. I wanted to share my experience using a coupon I received from Dollar General in Waymart, Pennsylvania. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the bar code on two separate coupons I had from earlier purchases that week. I was not aware of the bar codes on the coupons and this led to me not receiving the $5 discount I was expecting, due to technical problems at the store. This morning, I tried to make two purchases at Dollar General. The cashier only allowed me to make 1 purchase, even though it states that two items per person are allowed. Every time I go, she treats me poorly. She refused to ring up my Valentine's Day items saying for me to leave and never come back just because I mentioned the two-item limit and I was with my husband. It was very unpleasant.
