Discogs Customer Service Issues

I can't access my Discogs account because I can't log in with my old email. I don't want to create a new account and lose all my ratings. Is there a way to sign in without the old email and change it to a new one? I run a shop and it's concerning not being able to access my Discogs account. I tried reaching out to Discogs support two days ago.

I purchased an item from "Reptiloid" Order #[redacted]-[redacted]. Unfortunately, the item is defective. The seller has asked me to only return the item cost of €19.50, but I also paid an additional €5 for shipping and will have to cover the return shipping costs. This doesn't seem fair. If the seller cannot confirm the defect, they should cover all expenses: the item, shipping to me, and the return shipping. So, the total amount to be refunded should be €19.50 (item) + €5 (initial shipping) + €3 (return shipping) = €27.50. Furthermore, I am unsure why the seller would want the defective item returned if they are refunding it.

A few weeks back, I purchased a $[redacted] rare album from a seller, but it arrived scratched despite being sealed. Normally, I can resolve issues with sellers, but this time they declined a refund or return. Facing financial constraints, I involved PayPal and received a partial refund of $20 as keeping a damaged item seemed unfair. However, the seller gave me a negative review, labeling me a scammer, and even attempted to buy an album from me without payment. Despite my efforts to reason with them, they persist in harassing me via private messages on discogs. I seek advice on having the negative review removed and blocking this seller. Thank you.

Hello, I purchased 7 items on Discogs last Saturday, but I am having trouble paying via PayPal for the last two items from sellers MION.Tokyo and DeeperThanTheDeepest. I have checked with my bank, and the issue is not on their end. PayPal is the only remaining payment option, but the checkout process is not going through. Hello Discogs Community, I recently encountered an issue with a seller on your platform. I made a payment on 18th Dec [redacted], but as of 2nd Jan [redacted], there has been no shipping information updated by the seller. Despite contacting them, there was no improvement. Subsequently, I involved Paypal due to the delay, and the payment was eventually reversed. Adding to the problem, I received a defamatory message from the seller on Discogs. I believe such behavior is not acceptable. The transaction involved the purchase of an item from seller "wi_ki records" with the order number #[redacted]-[redacted], involving a Gracie Fields record. I have refrained from leaving feedback until discussing this matter with Discogs. I appreciate any assistance on this matter. Thank you, Paul
