I noticed an unauthorized charge of $[redacted] on my card from eBay Inc. Company to Microsoft that is pending. Direct Express is directing me to contact Microsoft, who then says to call PayPal, but PayPal is telling me to call eBay. No one can locate the transaction except for Direct Express, and although I did not make or authorize this payment, I am being asked to wait until the funds are withdrawn before I can take any action. This situation is incredibly frustrating. As a person on disability with limited funds to cover expenses like rent, car insurance, and phone bills, being asked to wait for the money to be taken before addressing it is unreasonable. Direct Express's handling of this issue is unacceptable, and I am considering changing my banking services after this ordeal.

I found an unauthorized $[redacted] charge on my card from EBAY INC. COMPANY TO MICROSOFT that is still pending. Direct Express advised me to contact Microsoft, Microsoft directed me to PayPal, and PayPal referred me back to eBay. No one can locate the transaction except Direct Express. Despite not making or authorizing the transaction, I have to wait until the money is deducted before taking action. This is frustrating. I rely on disability payments and can barely cover rent, car insurance, and phone bills. Now, I am expected to wait for the money to be taken before attempting to recover it. It's unfair. Direct Express seems unhelpful, and I plan to change my banking setup after this ordeal. It would be more sensible to stop such transactions before they are processed. On the 3rd of the month at 2 am, I contacted Direct Express to check if I was double charged by the airline for my upcoming reservations. After providing my full name, social security number, and email address for verification, I was informed that my account was frozen and the call was disconnected. It has now been 5 days, and I am unable to access my funds, which is causing me to run out of essential supplies like food and medication. Despite making 28 calls and requesting to speak with a manager, my calls are continuously redirected to the fraud department instead of customer service. I have attempted to send my ID and social security card multiple times over the past 5 days, but they have not been received. My Direct Express account remains frozen, and I am desperate to resolve this issue by speaking directly with a manager. I have reached out to the Attorney General's hotline for assistance, as all my money is tied up in this account. Your prompt attention is greatly appreciated.

I have been a customer of your bank for around two to three years now. Unfortunately, over the past year and a half, I have been very disappointed with the service. There have been unauthorized charges totaling $1,[redacted] on my account, mainly from background check services using my name and card information after my phone was stolen. I kindly request a refund for these charges, for my card to be closed, and ultimately for my account to be closed as well. I discovered two unauthorized charges on my account last Friday, one for $94.94 and another for $97.98. These charges are related to a past purchase of keto pills back in August, where I was only supposed to pay $1 for shipping to try the product. I never agreed to any further charges. Even after surviving a hurricane, I still haven't been able to access my funds because they couldn't reach me by phone, mistakenly dialed the wrong number, and flagged my account. Direct Express assistance needed. I disputed multiple transactions in July, but they claim I authorized them. I don't care what evidence they have; I didn't approve those unknown transactions. I urgently require the document they mention to forward my case to consumer protection and senators. I am having trouble logging into the new DIRECTEXPRESS app. I registered with my name when I first got on SSI, but it's been so long that I can't remember the exact name I used. I also can't recall my password. I received an email from DirectExpress instructing me to check my Gmail inbox, but I couldn't find it. I contacted Google for help, but they couldn't locate the message either. I reached out to LifeLock as well. I am now attempting to log in again because DirectExpress mentioned I will receive two Stimulus checks, one for me and one for my cousin Susana Valdez, for whom I am a caregiver in Santa Clara county. I am having trouble accessing my money and have been trying to contact Direct Express for two days without success. I have waited on hold for a total of 9 hours, and no one has addressed my issue. Upon contacting Direct Express Customer Service immediately, I spoke with Sylvia. She informed me that the charge could not be canceled and would need to be disputed after waiting for five days. I ordered a replacement card on September 9th and was told it would arrive within 7 to 10 business days. Despite providing my correct address and phone number, the card did not arrive by September 29th. After discovering the issue was due to an incorrect zip code, I paid a fee to expedite the delivery for October 2nd. However, a zip code error caused a further delay. Despite multiple attempts to update my information, my card has not arrived as promised. After retracing my steps to where I last used it on 10-4 and at the bank where I withdrew $[redacted], I found two receipts from that transaction. Despite finding a note with the receipts wrapped around the card, the card itself was missing. Due to previous concerns about my mail and reports of fraudulent activity, I am unsure if the card was stolen or if I misplaced it. I have been diligently searching but without any success. I wanted to share my recent experience with Direct Express locking my card due to suspected fraud. When I called the main customer service number and selected option three, I quickly reached someone. However, upon being transferred to the fraud department, I faced a wait time of over two hours. After my initial call, I had to email a copy of my ID to [redacted] They responded with a direct phone number for the fraud department: [redacted]. Even though the wait time was still long, it's helpful to have a direct number for fraud issues. They outlined what information should be included in the email for authentication purposes. They require full name, the program receiving funds, current mailing address, date of birth, and case number. They accept digital images of certain IDs like driver's licenses, passports, or military IDs. If you lack a government ID, they ask for a birth certificate and social security card.

I recently came across an offer for a new watch at just the cost of shipping and handling. Unfortunately, after receiving the watch, the company charged $[redacted] to my card without my consent.
