Good morning,
I am inquiring about the updated budget billing plan that usually updates in January. Could I please have the new amount emailed to me? We recently signed a contract with Direct Energy to get a better rate, so our bills will decrease. During this transition, we did not receive a bill for a month. The aim is to reduce the budget billing every month as paying $[redacted] a month is not ideal for us. Is it possible to discuss with someone how I can lower this amount? I cannot afford any more increases and would like to know if I should be following the Budget Plan.
