Hello, my confirmation number for the flight was GWH4T2. Originally, I was booked on flight DL16 from DTW to LHR on July 19, but it was canceled without explanation, and I was rebooked on VS104 from ATL to LHR on July 20. This change disrupted my entire schedule in London and caused me to incur several financial losses:
1. I had to stay an extra night at the Grand Rapid hotel, costing $[redacted]. Please see the hotel bill for reference.
2. The delay resulted in a no-show fee for my car rental in London, amounting to GBP102. Please refer to the car rental contract and deduction message for details.
3. Because of the no-show, the original rental car booking was canceled, and I had to secure a new car rental on short notice at a higher price. The price difference is GBP142. Attached are the car rental contracts for verification.

I bought two first-class tickets to Philadelphia for August 11, [redacted]. However, while making the purchase, I encountered numerous issues on Delta's website. I tried five times before successfully completing the purchase. Throughout this process, the ticket prices increased, and my bank mistakenly flagged the transaction as fraud, which never occurs. I ended up spending an extra $57 due to these difficulties, which were not a result of any error on my part.

I am Ralph Osuna. Unfortunately, my bag did not arrive at Ontario airport this morning as planned. Our initial flight was postponed twice and eventually canceled due to a pilot problem. Upon arrival, I visited the customer service booth and provided my contact details, including my phone number, email, and address, to have the bag sent to me. However, I have yet to receive any notification. After checking online, I discovered that my bag was left at baggage claim #4 at 2:43 this afternoon. My claim number is [redacted].

I am disappointed by the treatment my wife received from an employee at the Rapid City, S.D. Airport. She was supposed to have wheelchair assistance indicated on her ticket, but the employee did not notice it, leading my wife to walk a long distance despite being very ill and in pain. When my wife asked for a wheelchair at the gate as advised, the same lady refused in a loud and embarrassing manner. Eventually, she was helped to board but was the last person to do so. This incident on flight DL405 at 5:30 a.m. was unacceptable, and I believe this behavior does not reflect well on your company. My wife is always respectful to others, and she did not deserve this treatment. I am upset and demand that this issue be addressed by management. A written apology from the employee is the least that should be done. This situation raises serious concerns, and I expect it to be taken seriously.

Hello, I made a flight booking for myself and my husband on August 12 (Philippine time) from Detroit Metro to Pellston for a roundtrip from September 16-22. After completing the payment with my credit card and selecting our seats, the entire booking disappeared from my screen before I could save the confirmation number. I believe I was overcharged for an additional checked bag. I checked the Delta baggage policy online, but I'm having trouble understanding the charges. To clarify, I had three checked bags in total - one for me, one for my son, and an extra one. Each bag was overweight by 15 lbs (65 lbs each) as we were flying internationally from RDU to KRS. On August 1st, I boarded a Delta Airlines flight from Anchorage, AK to Seattle, which was delayed due to weather in Korea. Flight [redacted] was rescheduled to the next morning. Despite having an American Passport and qualifying for a 30-day visa-free stay in Korea, the Delta agent at the boarding gate prevented me from continuing to Korea. I am a Diamond level Delta traveler and my SkyMiles number is [redacted]. I recently spoke with an agent regarding changing my flight from Athens to JFK on Friday to a connection through Amsterdam on Saturday. Online, I was quoted an additional $22 for the connection. However, after the agent checked with KLM, who operates the first leg of the connection, I was informed the charge would be over $6,[redacted].

I purchased a higher-priced ticket with Delta because it included the first checked bag, cancellation option, and seat selection. However, when contacting a Delta agent, I was informed I would need to pay an additional $30 for the first checked bag. Delta advised me to reach out to Priceline for assistance. After contacting Priceline, they redirected the problem back to Delta. It seems that neither party is taking responsibility for the issue. Despite having paid extra for the services initially, I am concerned that I will still be charged for the first checked bag without the services I already paid for.

I struggle with walking due to severe ankle and knee issues. I requested a wheelchair upon arrival in Detroit to help me get to my connecting flight to LA. However, no one was available to assist me. I had to hobble all the way from Gate B6 to Gate A22 within 20 minutes, causing me extreme pain. I am disappointed by the neglect I experienced in Detroit and am now unable to stand on my leg.
