Good morning, I am Carmela Valdriz Bacani. I am experiencing an issue with my 2 checked-in luggage. In Orlando, Florida, I checked in my luggage for a connecting flight to Amsterdam, then to Doha, Qatar, and finally to the Philippines. I was not given a claim stub for my luggage in Orlando as I was told to pick it up in Amsterdam. However, in Amsterdam, I wasn't able to collect my luggage due to not having a Schengen visa. As of now, I have yet to receive my luggage. Please provide me with the luggage claim stub from my initial check-in at Orlando to assist in tracing my luggage. Thank you.

I flew from Minneapolis to Dallas on March 15. Unfortunately, upon my arrival in Dallas, my baggage didn't arrive with me. I was informed that it would be delivered to my hotel, but when I checked the tracking information, it showed that it was delivered, yet I did not receive it. Despite contacting Delta customer service and explaining my situation, I have not received any response. Roadie claims they delivered the baggage, but I was not contacted or present to receive it. I am concerned as my important documents and valuables from India are inside. Please assist me with this matter. Hello Delta, I wanted to reach out regarding an incident that occurred on March 20th at Boston Logan airport. Our flight from Cancun was delayed, causing us to miss our transfer flight to Amsterdam. Despite the inconvenience, Delta provided us with accommodation and a $90 meal voucher. Unfortunately, the meal voucher was misleading as it could only be used once, unbeknownst to us at the time. This led to confusion and extra expenses during our stay. We encountered issues using the voucher for breakfast the next day, resulting in $31.03 of unexpected costs. Yesterday, my flight departing from NYC was rebooked, including a connecting flight from ATL with flight numbers changing from [redacted] to [redacted]. Despite seeking confirmation of seating twice at the ATL desk and being informed they were not assigning seating, my app displayed my seating was secured, so I did not follow up a third time. Unfortunately, the connecting flight was delayed, and upon arrival in LV, I discovered my luggage was only ticketed for ATL. It is currently 2:51 am, and I am without my bags or a ride home until 3:30 am. While I received an email offering an extra 5,[redacted] miles, the situation has left me disappointed and inconvenienced, particularly as I am scheduled to work this morning.

Dear Delta, I recently contacted your customer service regarding an erroneous charge of $[redacted].70 on my credit card statement. My conversation with your representative was disrupted by loud background music that she couldn't turn off, leading to a frustrating hour-long call. Despite assurances of a refund, the issue was not resolved. The charge in question does not correspond to any ticket purchases, occurring four days after my transaction. These charges do not belong to me, and I request a refund to my credit card ending in [redacted]. The confirmation number for my tickets from Hartford, CT to Raleigh, NC on June 12 is GYPD3N for passengers P. and J. Agris. I urge Delta to promptly address this matter and credit back the $[redacted].70. I will not pay for this disputed charge until it is rectified. Thank you.

I made a reservation weeks ago and arrived at the airport. Unfortunately, my wallet went missing at the kiosk, containing my driver's license, debit card, and money. Despite the setback, I had to navigate additional security due to not having my ID, causing a delay. I requested assistance from Linda's agents to alert my gate and hold the plane, but upon reaching the gate, I encountered a delay as the agent seemed preoccupied with a lengthy phone call. After missing my flight, the agent provided limited options, rescheduling me for a flight arriving five hours later. I urgently need to reach Tucson before 4:00 due to personal circumstances regarding my father. Please assist me in finding an alternative flight from Oakland International Airport.

I am writing to inquire about the discrepancy in the SkyMiles credited to our account after a recent flight from Charlotte, NC to Tel Aviv with confirmation number HMAWMY. Our total airmiles flown were approximately [redacted] miles based on the seat monitor information for each leg of the journey. However, Delta only credited our SkyMiles account with [redacted] miles. Upon checking the internet, the total mileage for the trip was confirmed to be close to [redacted]+ miles. We kindly request the additional [redacted] miles be credited to our accounts. Additionally, I would like to note that our flights experienced delays totaling 12 to 13 hours. Hello, I recently lost my red suitcase while traveling from Amsterdam to New York JFK. The file reference number is JFKDL38736, under the name Fischer Simon Maximilian. The tracking information shows that the bag is currently at the Baggage Service Office. Are they located at JFK Airport? I am scheduled to fly back to Germany tomorrow, Sunday, April 2nd. Delta has unexpectedly canceled my flight that was scheduled to depart in 6 hours. They have rearranged our travel plans, splitting my family onto separate Monday flights with layovers. This change is not ideal as we specifically booked non-stop flights with selected seating two months ago. It’s concerning that even my children are not seated with us. I am adamant about being rebooked on flights for today. Upon checking, there are seats available on our original non-stop flight. This situation is frustrating, and I hope Delta can address this promptly.

I had a first-class flight from Newark to Minneapolis, then on to La Crosse, WI with flight number [redacted]. Unfortunately, my connecting flight to La Crosse was canceled due to bad weather in Minneapolis. Despite being informed of a delay to 4:22, I made it onto the flight. However, my luggage was left behind in Minneapolis. A friend spotted it at the baggage claim while retrieving her own. She informed the staff, who said they would attempt to transfer it to my flight, but it did not make it to La Crosse. I am hoping it will be on the 2:20 flight from Minneapolis to La Crosse today. I will be traveling from Oaxaca, Mexico, to Portland, Oregon, on April 4th with layovers in Mexico City and Los Angeles. During my layover in Los Angeles, I will be changing to Delta Airlines for the flight back to Portland. Aeromexico is not allowing me to purchase checked bags for me and my wife due to the two-airline itinerary. They advised me to contact Delta. I have submitted my report for the second time. Trying to contact a Delta customer service representative for over two weeks has been a frustrating experience. My recent flight to Bangkok, Thailand on March 8, [redacted], with my brother-in-law resulted in our checked luggage being soaked with either water or another fluid. This unfortunate event left us without clothes and forced us to find a laundromat on our first day in Thailand, which is unacceptable. Our journey on an Exottica tour to SE Asia took us from Logan, Boston, to Detroit, Michigan (where our plane was de-iced, possibly where the incident occurred), then to Seoul, Korea, and finally to Bangkok. After spending 24 hours in the air, arriving to find our checked bags completely saturated was a major inconvenience. I am seeking answers as to why this happened and how Delta plans to compensate us for this ordeal.

In May, I will be flying into Oregon. Before I can check in, I need to fill out the contact tracing form. Since there is no direct flight from ZRH to PDX, I will have to take two flights. First, ZRH to AMS, and then AMS to PDX. I am unsure whether I should input the information for ZRH or AMS for the scheduled departure time and date. My spouse returned from a trip recently, and unfortunately, her luggage was lost. We were informed it was located and went to retrieve it, but faced difficulties as there was only one staff member available who was occupied with a flight. After waiting for almost an hour, we left without the luggage. Returning the next day, we encountered the same issue with no staff present. After seeking help from another passenger, we were directed upstairs to request assistance. However, we were sent back downstairs to the closed baggage claim area. Frustrated by the lack of assistance and parking constraints at the airport, I am unsure when I can successfully retrieve the luggage. It's disappointing, and I am considering requesting delivery to our home due to the ongoing issues at the airport.

My wife and I would like to utilize our existing tickets for the rescheduled trip to SANTO DOMINGO on May 19th. I kindly request your help in facilitating this process. On my recent trip from Vienna, Austria to Houston, Texas with a layover in Paris, France, I decided to bring back an extra suitcase. Prior to my flight, I checked your website, which indicated a Standard Check bag fee of $40. However, upon check-in, I was charged 85 EUR, equivalent to $94.35, considerably more than expected.
