Recently, on August 4, [redacted], during a stop in Kingman, AZ, my family and I decided to grab lunch while on our way back home to Mesa, AZ from Las Vegas. We were disappointed by the lack of proper mask wearing by the employees; many had masks below their noses or hanging around their necks. Customers were also not consistently wearing masks upon entering, and the cleanliness of the tables was concerning as they were not being properly sanitized. We had to clean our own table and thankfully had sanitizer with us. The food quality was average, and the service suffered as a new staff member at the register seemed inexperienced. The overall condition of the store left much to be desired and could benefit from a renovation.

I reside in Prescott Valley, Arizona and unfortunately, my recent order experience was disappointing. My order, ticket #33 at 4:01, did not meet my expectations. The combination burrito I received had more beans and lacked extra red sauce, sour cream, and onions as requested. Additionally, my mini taco salads were missing the special sauce, and the hard chicken tacos were unexpectedly soft with chicken tenders. The sour cream was provided on the side without my request. Upon contacting the store to address these issues, Meagan informed me that no manager was available. A person named Josh, claiming to be a manager, was unhelpful and rudely hung up on me without providing his full name. I live a significant distance from the store and believed sharing my experience should be sufficient. I am seeking a refund of $30.79 credited back to my Visa card.

I am a Del Taco customer who recently visited the Marks St. location in Henderson, Nevada. Despite them accepting only cash, I ordered 2 chicken tacos in crispy shells and a bean burrito for my granddaughter. However, upon eating the tacos at home, I discovered they were filled with hard and burnt pieces. Despite feeling sick to my stomach, I ate them as I was hungry. Unfortunately, I ended up with severe stomach issues, including diarrhea and nausea. I wanted to share my experience as I believe the food made me ill and thought you should be aware. I had an issue getting my paycheck from Del Taco two weeks ago. Today, I went to the store in Melbourne, Florida, and found out the manager and the owner were not there. I am Erica R., and I began working at Del Taco in October, I think. Both paychecks that were owed to me have had problems. I can't find any paycheck stubs for me on the website. I recently visited Del Taco in Avondale, AZ and encountered some issues with my order. When I ordered a stuffed Carne asada taco and two smaller asada tacos, the staff seemed confused. I was charged $12 but was unsure of the price of the smaller tacos. The supervisor was frustrated and asked me to go inside. Ultimately, I received two larger stuffed tacos missing guacamole. I'd appreciate a resolution for this poor customer service experience, possibly in the form of a gift card. Thank you.

I encountered an issue when the manager at Del Taco would not accept my $1 Off Survey coupon, stating it needed a scannable bar or QR code. I clarified that the coupon was generated by Del Taco's online survey, not by me. Despite contacting Del Taco through various channels, including their feedback line and main office, I have not received any assistance in resolving this matter. The lack of support from the manager was embarrassing, and the lack of response from Del Taco has left me feeling ignored. As a long-time customer who enjoys Del Taco's food, I am hesitant to continue patronizing the establishment until this matter is addressed.

I visited Del Taco around 9:30 AM on Tuesday for the special - three soft and three hard tacos that should've been around $5. I didn't receive a receipt as I paid with my card. As I sat in the parking lot, I realized I only received one soft taco and two hard tacos. I tried to call the store but realized the drive-thru was open. When I explained the situation at the drive-thru, the cashier dismissed me and refused to listen or get the manager when I asked. Despite attempts to clarify, I was met with unhelpful responses. Having my pets with me, going inside wasn't an option. Frustrated, I left disappointed after a futile attempt to resolve the simple issue. It's disheartening how I was treated, especially since I am a regular customer and have never experienced such treatment before.
