I purchased two Monsoon sweaters from your store. The first one I ordered was too big, so I returned it for a medium size using the label provided. I have not received my order placed on November 25 with order number DUX[redacted]14 from Evri. Despite receiving an email from them on November 28 confirming parcel reception, the items - two pairs of men's slippers and a Mantaray ladies purse - have not been delivered.
I find it challenging to reach Evri for assistance, and their website advises contacting the retailer if the parcel is not received within 7 days, prompting me to contact Debenhams. These items are intended as Christmas gifts and require posting, so a prompt resolution is essential.

I recently placed an order with Debenhams online and only received three items out of a total of at least seven. Despite the order tracking showing delivery, I have received two single quilt covers and one king quilt cover, totaling £55 out of £[redacted] spent. I purchased a Godiva ball gown from "Debenhams" for a Christmas event back in November. The dress has been stuck at the Royal Mail Depot Romford MC since the beginning of December. Despite Royal Mail confirming the parcel is there, they are having issues scanning it. I kindly request that the situation is resolved promptly by either sending the package immediately or providing a refund. This will allow me to make alternative arrangements for the Christmas ball.

I recently received an email indicating that two of the items in my order would be delayed due to strikes. As of today, these two items have not been delivered.

I bought items on November 13th, and they arrived in two separate bags. However, I am unsure which items belong to each bag and need to return them in the correct one. I seem to have misplaced the return slip, and after reading the FAQs, the return process appears complex depending on the concession brand.
- Can I use different bags?

I returned a tracked item to Debenhams, and I have proof that it was accepted at the Debenhams YDCP Hub on 26.10.22 at 5:01 pm. I have made many attempts to resolve this issue, but unfortunately, I have not had any success. My order number is DUX[redacted]87 for the Wallis padded jacket priced at £71.20, which was paid for via Klarna. Klarna has informed me that they are waiting for Debenhams to process the refund. I would like to cancel an order I placed on 22/11/[redacted] for a black faux suede cap priced at £10.64. Order No. DUX [redacted]51. Unfortunately, this item was not part of the delivery I received from Evri. The other two items from the same order were delivered separately at different times by Evri. I have contacted Evri, but they mentioned that since they have proof of delivery for items under the same order number (which includes the two other items), they are not responsible for the missing cap. On 6/12/[redacted], I sent an email to Debenhams explaining the situation but have not received a response yet.

I received an order from Evri with tracking number T01TFA[redacted], supposedly delivered to me under DUX[redacted]47. However, the delivery proof photo does not match my address, even showing a different house number on the recycling crate. I notified Evri about this issue two days ago, but they have not responded. The order was a gift, and I cannot wait for another delivery, so I must purchase a replacement from Boots for £36.50. Hello, I am Sue Jones. I ordered three items from Debenhams, with one coming from Evans. The delivery was scheduled for Wednesday the 14th. However, the driver left a message stating that the item was delivered to someone named Bartlett. I did not receive any notification or note at my doorstep.
