I upgraded to 2-3 days shipping and have not received my package yet. I placed the order on February 11, and it was shipped out by 2:30 AM. Despite paying extra for expedited shipping, the package has not arrived. I reached out via email, but no one has addressed my concerns. I regret paying extra for faster shipping when even standard free shipping would have taken five days. The false advertising is disappointing, and I am seeking a $20 refund for the expedited shipping. I recently purchased garage lights. Upon receiving them, I realized they are much smaller than expected and do not emit as much light as I anticipated. The box even labeled them as MINI lights. I'm Larry N. and I purchased an Apple Watch with order number [redacted] in February. The first watch I received was too scratched for my liking, so I returned it using the provided postage. The replacement watch I got was even more scratched. I reached out to Daily Sales, but heard nothing back. I used the same postage to return the second watch. However, After Pay is now claiming my payments are late due to this issue. They said I was refunded, but I haven't seen any money back, and After Pay is still charging me. I would like to return the Samsung Chromebook. I encountered difficulties with the return process as I missed the small print indicating the return policy. Although I received a shipping address, my printer was not functioning and I didn't save the return slip. I later tried to return the item and was unable to do so. After emailing about the return, I was asked for more information, which I promptly provided, but have not received any further communication. I recently made a purchase from the jewelry department at Daily Deals, but unfortunately, my order has not arrived. An amount of $47.99 was charged to my debit card for this transaction. I previously made a purchase in June and received it promptly within 3 days, so this delay is concerning. Furthermore, I have noticed a fraudulent order for a cell phone on my account that I did not make. I am disappointed by the lack of contact information for your company. I insist that the amount charged to my card be refunded immediately. I will report this issue to the Credit Bureau, Federal Trade Commission, and the Attorney General if necessary. I bought an iPad from dailysales. I used it for a few hours, but without a user guide, I struggled to understand how to operate it. Despite numerous attempts to reach out via email and chat, their customer service has not responded to help me return the item. When I attempted to initiate a return online, I accidentally selected "Yes" to having personal information on the device instead of "No," and now dailysales refuses to accept the return because of this error. I am extremely frustrated with their service and need them to resolve this issue promptly. This has been the worst customer experience I've ever had.

I bought a Dyson V11 cordless vacuum from DailySale on June 21, [redacted] for $[redacted].28. I got the vacuum on June 29, but it had issues. I received a text about the iPad 2, selecting the 64GB option. When attempting to purchase, my payment method failed. Following a text from Madison offering a 5% discount and providing a link, I clicked on it. Instead of directing me to the purchase, it took me to the payment page where I mistakenly paid $55, anticipating the 5% discount for the 64GB model. However, the invoice shows I was charged for the 32GB version. Despite requesting multiple times within an hour to cancel the order through support and Madison, the confirmation was sent that the 32GB iPad is on its way, overcharged from the original $45 price. I used PayPal for the purchase and have informed them about this dispute and refusal to pay. Please cancel this erroneous order.

I ordered two laptops for my toddlers for Christmas, but the packages never arrived despite being marked as delivered. The postman claimed they handed them to an individual. I've been trying to return an iPad and a sapphire bracelet. The iPad is prompting for a sim card which is not necessary. I've reached out multiple times for a return label with no success. After being offered a different solution and uploading pictures as requested, I still haven't received a return label. The iPad doesn't function as advertised and can't update past version 14.1. Additionally, the bracelet doesn't have the shine depicted in the ad. The return portal is not working properly, redirecting me to the shopping page.
