A few weeks before Christmas, I ordered my niece and nephew each an Apple Watch from DailySale. I also purchased the purchase protection plan. Unfortunately, the shipment was supposed to arrive the week before Christmas, but it still hasn't shown up. Despite emailing DailySale multiple times, I keep getting the same generic response from a person named Sam, asking me to wait 3-5 more days. UPS Innovations was used for delivery, which hands it off to USPS. However, USPS claims they never received the package. The tracking information has been stuck in McAllen, Texas since before Christmas. DailySale refuses to take action as the status still shows "in transit". I've tried contacting the post office, but they directed me back to the merchant. DailySale's customer service seems non-existent, and this experience has been extremely distressing, especially since it impacted my Christmas plans. I feel let down and frustrated by DailySale's lack of response and the ongoing ordeal.

I purchased a Coffee Grinder expecting it to grind spices and herbs as well per the Daily Sale ad. Unfortunately, the instructions state it only grinds coffee beans. I purchased an iPad in December [redacted] but faced issues with passwords and the iPad locking up. After being contacted by a person named Christian who couldn't assist me, I received a call that my iPad, supposedly fixed by a man named Jason, was on its way. However, the iPad I received had someone else's information on it. I was told that they could have helped if it was my iPad or had locked up only once. I am looking to return two products and get a refund. I have encountered ongoing issues with customer service despite sending numerous emails.
The products arrived late, and the company insists on counting the return period from the purchase date, not the delivery date. I informed them of the incorrect products upon receipt and requested a return label and refund.
After multiple attempts, I was directed to a return site that only offered store credit, not a refund. I specifically require a refund, not credit.
The provided email channels by Daily Sale have been unhelpful, with no responses received. I suspect they are delaying resolution until after the new 30-day return window lapses, forcing me to accept the loss.
This behavior seems deceptive and dishonest.

I recently purchased the RealTek 8762DK Tactical Smart Watch, but have been struggling to resolve issues with it being DOA (Dead On Arrival). Initially, I couldn't locate the charger or instruction manual but later found them. Unfortunately, the watch would not charge using different methods such as plugging it into my computer or using Android and Apple charging plugs. Despite contacting customer service, I have not received help resolving the issue. I would like to return the non-functional watch and receive a credit on the card used for the purchase. Please provide me with an RMA and return postage so I can send it back promptly. I purchased 8 clearance items from “daily Sale” that are supposed to be buy-one-get-one (bogo) free. It seems that the bogo offer only applies to bedding, as I didn't see the same promotion on the other items I selected. Despite being labeled as bogo, I have been charged the full price for all items. While the items were on clearance, I expected some to be free due to the bogo deal. This discrepancy between the advertised promotion and the actual charges concerns me. It feels misleading, like they are prompting customers to buy without actually receiving the bogo discount. I made a purchase from Daily Sale on 12/20 through their website. The order included Two (2) Flying Orb Ball Rechargeable Boomerang Spinner UFO Drone TOYS, totaling $46.28 on my Visa card. Order # [redacted] was delivered on 2-18-[redacted]. I accidentally ordered twin-sized sheets instead of full-size sheets. I didn't realize Dailysale would send a replacement set once I returned the Twin Set, so I placed an order for the full-size sheets, which I received and want to keep. However, Dailysale is requesting I choose a replacement when I return the twin set, but I don't need any more sheets. I would like to return only the twin set sheets, keep the mattress cover, and receive a credit issued to my PayPal account for Order # [redacted]. Thank you for your help.

My order has not shown up despite the tracking information constantly changing. Today, it indicates a "Processing Exception" due to a problem identified at the Oklahoma City OK Distribution Center. The local facility is working on correcting the issue. I am anxious because I bought this item as a graduation gift and it was needed today.

I was browsing Daily Sale for a 4-pack of outlet covers with LED nightlights priced at $11.95. After clicking continue, I was surprised to see the shipping was $11.95 and an extra $3.98 protection fee was added without my consent.
